warning @!!!! 1. this company provides zero customer service to help with billing issues 2. they will respond to this by saying how happy they are to help i should just email support. 3. nobody will respond. they did not respond to the credit card company or beter business bureau and attendents at the carwash couldn't help. 4. they overcharged me by $10. trying to take care of this minor error i spent multiple hours. 5. things just got worse. i will have to close my credit card that i've had for 20 years, as they keep trying to bill for the next month even though i said ":cancel my acct" in the many emails i sent. now everyday i get multiple notices from my credit card that a charge was declined because i deleted that virtual credit card. only way to stop that was to delete the underlying card. my best advice is use a diff carwash just in case you might havbe a billing issue. seperately i recently saw a post of a woman that got her antenna ripped out putting a hile in her car. they did not respond to hetr either. so....you may be better off using a car wash that actually responds to customers. read more

Got sandwiched in between two cars in the car wash! Idk if the machine malfunctioned or if the car infront of me stopped but I was touched on both ends. There was very little space for error due to cars being close together. I filled out a paper with my info and the manager said he would get back to me within 24/48hrs to tell me what went wrong. He never did and I was never told what happened. This was taken place in January and at that time I only had my car for a few months. I was disappointed but very understanding that it wasn't the workers fault to my knowledge. My guess is they brushed it off because I'm a young women and don't hold a membership with them. Don't waste your money here!!! They don't spray the front with a cleaning solution like nearly EVERY other car wash in town does. The machine pulls you through the tunnel so fast the brushes and soap hardly make any contact leaving the vehicle just as dirty as it was when I came in. When I asked about going through again they said I could but in order to get the bugs off I'd have to scrub them myself... uh no thank you, in that case I'll simply wash it at home myself. I entered the car wash with NO pre-existing damage to my car (I have included a picture taken the week before I went to the car wash for proof) and left with severe damage, as seen below in the pictures. The General Manager, Matthew Martinez, called me to say that my car entered the car wash with "significant damage" and their car wash was not involved with causing what happened. I went to a local body shop and the owner there took a look at my car and said "let me guess, Clean Freak?" Apparently, he gets at LEAST one car a week with damage from Clean Freak. He straight out told me "They should be paying for this, but they won't. They refuse to take any kind of responsibility." I talked in person today with Matthew Martinez and left crying. Perfectly good car, got the bumper ripped right off. He had the AUDACITY to tell my friend she needs to take more responsibility for her car's damage and that the damage was already there. We went in and physically watched the machine on video rip the bumper off, yet he refuses to help or take any responsibility for a repair bill over $1,000. Staff look like they were trained by QuickTrip, always running, smiling, read to serve. Watch tall David at the pay area and you'll see what I mean. Car wash is pretty thorough but misses a lot on back of my Ford Flex. Vacume are plenty powerful even when full. I was so excited when this place first opened up several years ago, but sadly every wash I get here is just one disappointment after another. Their automatic car wash does not wash your car at all! Unless you get out of your car and use the brushes and buckets of soap they have to clean off the bugs and mud off your wheels, this car wash does not do that! If you're washing the car yourself, you might as well go to a self serve car wash for a lot less! Their vacuums are not very powerful either and their employees are not very helpful. DO NOT GO HERE! The employees broke my bike rack trying to take it off without asking me first. I was unable to stop them either as they were not listening to me. Management needs to have signage well before the line that employees will go at your car with power tools without even asking you. As much as I admire the customer service at CleanFreak I do not want my vehicle scratched or scuffed (by the car wash). One conversation later they buffed the scuffs and scratches out and there is NOW no evidence of any paint damage or scratches or scuffs. My vehicle again looks brand new... Employee service here is exceptional. The facility is nice and new. That being said... The parking lot flow seems very poorly thought out compared to other Clean Freaks. On a busy day you may have to come or go via the dirt road to Starbucks... And if you utilize the pre scrub station and there is a line for the car wash, good luck squeaking your way back into line. read more

This place is garbage. The wash is ok, the vacuums are unusable. What makes it bad is the price, at least double what you'd typically find anywhere else for a subpar wash. Clean freak has a reasonably priced unlimited wash monthly pass, which I have used for a while, and really like. It's an automatic car wash, has fun colored lights which makes driving through the car wash fun for my son. They also have a self bug washing station w brushes to pre was bug guts and bird poop off the front of my car. I will also usually pre-wash my license plate area on the back of the car because the automatic brushes in the car wash typically miss a few spots. There are vacuums available for self use on the interior of the car, and I wish they were just a bit more powerful, but for what it's with it's a good deal. Usually they have the first month discounted around holidays if that is when you choose to sign up. read more

Great employees, vacuums, and tunnel experience. You can go through as many times as it takes to get your car clean and there is also a station you can pull up to to scrub yourself if you have a lot of gunk. The "welcome" to the car wash by the young man taking my money was great, BUT the actual product I paid for was terrible. The $12 plan to have the extra tire treatment, etc didn't even seem like water touched the wheels. The drying at the end wasn't adequate so water spots were left upon air drying. Car wash damage to car. I used the Clean Freak car wash on Rte 66 yesterday (1/3/2020). After going through the car wash looked over my car and there are numerous and deep scratches from the front to the rear bumper. Filled out incident report and just received a call from Manager,55 Steve M that they wouldn't pay for the damage. I went to several body repair shops and they said oh you must have gone through clean freak car wash, we get lots of business from them. Ran thru for the $12 car wash in our Jeep Wrangler that was covered in dust. Came thru the other side with streaks of washing. We ran thru again since it basically thru water on us. Came out and still have dust streaks. My toddler grandchild could do better. They need to adjust their rollers to adapt to all vehicles. My car is well-maintained I bought it with barely any scratches on it. Our experience with Clean Freak, which had previously been quite positive, has gone completely down hill. We attempted to cancel our monthly agreement on several occasions because we were leaving the country and were in no need of Clean Freak's services. Each time we attempted to cancel, the website was not working properly. I then sent an email on Clean Freak's website explaining the situation. To make sure we were to be no longer billed, I also called and the recording advised to use the website when cancelling! Unfortunately, Clean Freak has added ANOTHER $19.00 charge to my credit card. Needless to say, my wife and I are NOT happy customers and will no longer be using Clean Freak Car Wash when we are in Flagstaff. read more
