They answered all our questions made us feel at ease that my family member will be well cared especially since we were not local. The staff there was very attentive and addressed all needs. We lived up north and never worried about our family member's care. We were extremely happy and felt they treated us like family. The grounds are serene and relaxing: a mix of (always green!) grassy areas, with flowers, trees, walking paths and intimate areas to sit and socialize with your loved one. It is also very secure, which is important in any memory care community due to wandering being a common symptom in those living with dementia. My interactions with staff couldn't be better either. Betsy, the Activities Director works hard to create an activities program that keeps residents physically active and mentally stimulated. You can tell she is dedicated to giving her residents fun, thoughtful experiences! Stacey, the Marketing Director, is so sweet and enthusiastic in her desire to help you find a community that fits your needs and budget.
