I told them over three times it hurt. I asked them over three times to stop and not file my nails down anymore. They did not listen and continued to file them as it was visibly hurting me. My nail was filed down so much that you could see the redness of my skin UNDER my nail. The fact that they ignored me multiple times is unprofessional. Finally, someone came over to finish her pedicure--but by then, my mom was already distressed and humiliated. Then came the bill. The owner charged us $175 for two pedicures--and swiped my mom's card without even confirming the price or services with us. We were told the gel polish would be $55, but clearly, that wasn't the case. To top it all off, the nails started falling off 24 hours later.
