The service provided by the male technician was incredibly rough and unprofessional. He forcefully adjusted my arm without asking and burned my fingers with nail glue. Despite informing him three times that it was burning, and knowing that nail glue should not cause a burning sensation, I was told to 'be patient.' He also excessively filed the skin around my fingers, causing irritation that is still happening hours later and I even told him it was getting irritated while he was filing. He also repeatedly slipped with the nail file, catching it jabbing under my nail, without offering any apology. Overall, this was a highly unpleasant and concerning experience. Given the lack of care and professionalism, I would strongly advise others to visit the nail place "Sugar Nails" which is only a minute away.
