I've stay here several times and one thing I can say is I love the location that is important to me. Hyatt place is very close to the freeway, if you're a shopaholic like me the mall is a mile away and if you just want to go to the movies it's the same distance. Oh yeah... there are so many restaurants and little food spots you should end up hangry. The rooms are clean and spacious enough for me. I always get a king room. The bathroom is a nice size. I do wish they had bathtubs in them though. The bed is comfortable and if I get too cold there's always extra pillows and blankets in the closet. Sometimes, the music will be too loud in the hallways that you can hear it in your room loud and clear and that can be a little annoying, because why can I hear it loud and clear in my room is crazy lol it will be like that at times all night. This is only if you stay on the 1st floors might I add. The front desk staff is absolute dolls always friendly and polite I have not a single complained when it comes to them. Their professionalism is pure perfection every single one of them. Especially, Ms.Cynthia, Ava, Noel, Kelli, Mario and L.A. My biggest issue and only with this place is housekeeping and how they handle and do things. My very first stay here there was dry blood on the sheets. I spoke to a manager and he handled it immediately he was very professional thank you Austin. Housekeeping never came to clean my room and I would stay here anywhere between a week and 2 wks no housekeeping until I went to front desk to inform them. My trash was piling up, and I would leave it outside my door hoping housekeeping would get the hint. It got to the point I would just ask the front desk for bed linen and change my bed myself. The other major issue I have with housekeeping is I would have a late check out 2pm because I would have a later flight out. Housekeeping would try to enter my room between 9:30-10am especially when I have the do not disturb sign on my door. Disturbing my sleep and disrespecting boundaries regular check out isn't until noon. There was even 1 situation when I was getting dressed and housekeeping knocked in the door I while using there key to enter my room this particular time I forgot to place the lock latch on the door and I was livid. I went off and the housekeeping took off running. I called. Front desk to speak to a manager regarding the incident and she did nothing didn't seem to care that annoyed me because I wasn't fully dressed and felt violated. That manager to do nothing no apology nothing she is just as guilty in condoning the foolishness. For this reason and the whole housekeeping issue I have to deduct a star. From that point on I requested no housekeeping and took earlier flights out when staying here to avoid the stress. I actually do like staying here and I refuse to let a couple bad apples ruin that. The breakfast is decent. They do have some vegan options if you're vegan. I always get the grits, bacon when they have it. The smoked sausage is delicious and I have to have my waffle. I tried the scrambled eggs one time and it's a no go.. I do not do powdered eggs they were nasty and watery. They do have hard boiled eggs though. They have other options a a couple juice selections and coffee, but I always buy the better quality coffee from the front desk or stop by a near by coffee shop. The check out process is a breeze id you have the Hyatt app I just check out from there and go about my day. I get emailed my receipt. read more

OK Hyatt experience. Checked in relatively late into the evening. Wasn't offered bottled water that comes with status, so had to ask for it. Room was fine. Could be cleaner. Did see some stains and some random hair leftover. Parking is a bit of a pain, since it could be a trek to walk over if you need to park in the open lot. But plus that it is free. Avoid breakfast. Really inedible. Open to staying here in the future based on free parking and being more budget friendly. read more

I've stayed here twice in the last year, and it's my go-to hotel for the area. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly if you engage them in conversation. They really take care of you as you build the rapport. It's not a brand new hotel, but it's clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, not perfect, but I was able to have a two-hour Zoom in my room with no problems. The parking lot is very convenient. As always, Hyatt Place free breakfast is great for a hotel breakfast, with hot proteins, pastries, eggs, fresh fruit, juices, coffee and tea, etc. I love the Southern touch with grits at breakfast. Came out on a trip to visit family and ended up choosing this hotel based on reviews, location, and pictures. Staff - People here are very nice and helpful, from assisting me with early and late check out for a small fee. Also they play a role as bartenders Rooms - Room was clean, newer furniture, pool views, good spacious feel and quiet from hallway noise. Lobby/Pool/Fitness - Lobby areas are nice but smaller than most, good size dinning area, tiny office center, small gym with pretty much only cardio machines, and the pool is nice clean, and a good size. Rates - Very competitive to similar places around here with same amenities. Parking - Not bad since they have the restaurant and supermarket parking lot too. Location - Prime in my opinion with the mall down the street, coffee, supermarket, and restaurant in the same complex. Freeway access right down the street and central to everything. This was my first time staying in a Hyatt in a long time. I have been a normal Marriott person, but they have not been maintained well during Covid. This place is nice, well maintained and new looking. It is in a great location and plenty of parking. It is close to so many things in the area that anyone staying for a weekend has plenty of close options. The rooms were nice and had a small sitting area like a suite, which is nice when travelling with friends. There were a few negatives- 1. The first room we got had a very noisy ac unit. When I went to the front desk, she said that they have been having a lot of issues with the AC units recently. So, check you ac unit out as soon as you get in so you can move rooms 2. This is a pet friendly hotel. I am very pro-pet and have two myself. However, this place was over run with dogs. We saw about 15+ that weekend. The first issue with this is- the door next to our room barked when they were alone. So the first night, before we finally went out, he barked 45+ minutes. Then the next morning he started at 8 am... and was still barking when we left. I said something to the maintenance guy and he said..."we are pet friendly here and sometimes that happens"... well when you are paying for a room for two nights... I don't really want it to happen next to me! Secondly, with covid, housekeeping doesn't come in your room hardly at all. We had no wash clothes, low on towels...so more trips to the front. Also, with all the dogs... it makes me wonder how well those dog rooms are being cleaned... hair, fleas, urine, etc... I wish they split their floors as with and without pets as an option. read more

We stayed here when our power was out for 24 hours during the latest tropical storm. The hotel is very nice and clean and I loved the big room with a sitting and bed areas. The bathroom was nice though the tile and grout should be replaced to keep it from looking so grungy. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. So what's the issue? THE BED! It was as hard as a rock. My husband and I could not get comfortable. He prefers firm mattresses but even this, was test of torture for him. We both woke up with back, hip and shoulder pain. In addition, the bed is very hot and traps heat like a furnace. I had to get up a few times to cool off and I even had the ac running. I don't know if this is Hyatt's preferred mattress-I hope not but definitely avoid room 509 unless this would work for you. The other issue with the room was the broken latch on the bathroom door. Every time I'd close it and sit down on the toilet, it would slide back into its pocket. Weirdly, it locked from the outside so my husband locked me in (I made him promise not to leave me in there) so I could have some privacy at least. My husband managed to make it down to breakfast and it's serviceable and about what you'd expect-eggs, sausage and pastries. Pretty standard this day and age. Anyway, it did the trick and it had electricity so I can't really complain too much but I'd think twice about staying here next time. read more

We actually had a really great experience at this hotel. I'm surprised for the low stars. Of course everyone's experience is different. The hotel was extremely clean. The common area, the dining area, the elevators, the outdoor area, and especially our rooms . This hotel pretty much provides everything you could want. The rooms are awesome. The air-conditioning works incredibly well. The view from my room was absolutely beautiful. I had overlooked a full display of woods and a beautiful swimming pool that was in the shape of a Guitar . Heheee seriously it was a beautiful clean pool as well . They even serve an incredibly fabulous breakfast in the morning. Complementary! Hot food and cold, many ,many choices. The grits were absolutely delicious . Lots of amazing fruit as well . The hotel is a great location with lots of things nearby. The grounds of the hotel we're perfectly manicured. Beautiful flowers and greenery everywhere. Some of the most magnificent hibiscus I've ever seen in a potted plant. The pool area was spotlessly clean. The pool itself was also very clean, lots of children were swimming and having fun. They had an outdoor shower for first rinsing before you got in the pool and when you got out. Securely fenced. My family and I have stayed here 2 times in the last 8 weeks while I had surgery at Duke Hospital. Ms. Ava, at the front desk, has been absolutely amazing both times. She's gone out of her way to ensure my family and I have had everything we needed and then some. She's given us directions to eat at great restaurants, as well as ensured our room was better than advertised. When our room key didn't work, Ms. Ava immediately gave us a new room. She also ensured I was able to do my laundry when the machines were a little confusing. She had someone accompany me to the laundry room and walk me through the process. I will continue to stay here and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone, especially someone coming to Duke for surgery. read more

I could not be more pleased with my recent stay and the exceptional customer service I received from Ava at the front desk and from Michael the Asst GM! If you can imagine the panic of realizing in flight that in your rush out the door that you had left your Ipad in the hotel room!! I was able to message my husband in flight, who reached Ava (who had already showed me kindness that am by making a cup of coffee for me at no charge when I had missed the complementary breakfast time). She immediately secured not only the Ipad, but the reading glasses and my favorite lip gloss I had left all on the bedside table! Then Michael absolutely astonished me by mailing the items at no charge to me and was just such a pleasure to speak to. Well done!! read more

I am giving one star strictly for the truly HORRIBLE breakfast experience over the past 2 days. The coffee is absolutely the worst we've ever tasted, like watered down old coffee grounds. Today it was out very often with 10 people waiting. My husband couldn't deal with it and went across the street to buy coffee for himself, me and my mother. The first day there was no decaf, and I can't drink much caffeine. The 2nd morning, there was decaf in a small container and it was cold. There is no creamer substitute like coffee mate if you can't have milk. There was something that looked like yogurt, but was not labeled. Had no idea if it was low-fat, sugar-free, plain or flavored. Or if it was sour cream. The fruit salad tasted very very off, a bit soured like they'd combined old salad and new salad, and the melon was unripe. The bananas. Oh my word. Where did they find these bananas? The garbage bins were overflowing. But the worst was the horrific temperature. It was a constant 78 degrees over 2 days. I asked for the air conditioning and nearly 45 minutes later, it was still 78 degrees. My whole family was sweating. The kitchen people said it was MUCH worse in their area. The management should be reprimanded for treating people this way. I could almost deal if even the coffee had been plentiful and remotely drinkable. I'm here for 3 more days. Wish me luck. read more

I stayed at a Hyatt Place hotel when visiting Honolulu a few years ago and had a great experience, so I decided to book this hotel while I was in Durham for a weekend. I stayed for 3 nights and I thought the room was spacious, I had a great view of the the forest and the breakfast was decent. On my last day in Durham, I went down to get breakfast and brought it back up to eat in my room. I left the room about 11:30am and took the "do not disturb" sign off the door and noticed the cleaning cart in the hallway as I left. I returned to my room late that evening and found it had not been cleaned and my dirty breakfast dishes were still there. I was too tired to call the front desk and went to sleep. The next morning when I checked out I told the woman at the front desk and her response was "Oh really? I'll check on that. So did you want a printout of your bill?" I was annoyed with her response and thought this was bad customer service. The only reason I didn't ask to speak to a manager is because I was in a rush to leave. A few days later I completed the feedback survey sent by the hotel about my stay. A manager contacted me saying she would address the issue and to contact her directly with any remaining questions/concerns. I responded and let her know I felt like the part of the rate for my room includes being cleaned and I would like to be compensated in some way. I have yet to receive a response. So Hyatt Place will be my last choice in hotels moving forward. read more

I was thrilled with our recent stay at Hyatt Place in Durham. We brought our dog and had a staycation during some bad weather. The staff was super friendly, working around the clock to see if anything was needed, and everyone from the desk staff to housekeeping greeted us and complimented our dog (a sure way to my heart!) every time they saw us. Check-in was quick, even though the lobby was full of people and the hotel was sold out. The staff member told me of local restaurants that were still going to be opened, despite the storm. The breakfast buffet was extensive, delicious, and frequently refilled. The gym was very nice and clean. I feel like I got a good workout even though I wasn't venturing outside much during our stay. They had elliptical, treadmills, weights, exercise balls, even a foam roller! I made use of all of them and found them all to be top notch. The room itself was lovely and clean. The standard king room had a sectional sofa (I think it was even a sleeper sofa!) and a huge window that our dog loved. The bathroom was really nice- I just wish it had a bathtub but I'm finding that's less and less common in hotels. We were running in and out quite a bit with our dog (it was his first hotel stay) and we liked taking the steps as an alternative to the elevator. They even had poop bags for us to use! I would highly recommend this hotel, and I'd be inclined to come back if I was ever to be in another sever weather situation where I thought I might loose power at my house. read more

This will be my last stay with the Hyatt in Durham... Business is complex. Managing systems, assets, and personnel requires a ton of energy. Those who do it well are to be commended. Unfortunately, quality customer service seems to be a dying aspect of the user experience with an alarming number of prominent brands. Having said that, I'll make this short. The times I've stayed at this particular Hyatt have been increasingly off-putting. So much so that I'm writing about it! I almost never voice complaints about anything--I don't send incorrect food orders back, and I don't even return clothes that don't fit once I get home. However, the level of disrespect, disregard, and downright hostility I've experienced on several visits to this hotel requires my reflection. I will not call any names except one with whom I had a pleasant interaction. Matt Smith, the general manager, remained calm during our entire interaction. He was professional, he listened, and he maintained the appropriate poise of a solid leader. However, his immediate subordinate was unkind and dismissive. When frustrated by our discourse, this subordinate decided that completely abandoning the conversation mid-sentence was the appropriate course of action. The front desk lacked the hospitality that the South is known for, and those working in the food service area seemed to be frustrated with their jobs, judging by the unpleasant way in which they discharged their duties. At the end of the day, the specificity of any breakdown in service delivery isn't as important as how you treat people. I wasn't treated well there overall. I will no longer patronize this location, and I hope that my feedback regarding how I was treated is taken as an opportunity to offer increased training for existing staff. Thanks! read more

I liked this hotel. The location isn't great if you don't have a car though. The only things nearby are a Town Hall Burger & Beer and a Bonefish Grill (you get a free bang bang shrimp for staying at the Hyatt!!). We had a standard room with a king, but it was very spacious for a standard and was very clean. The free breakfast was really impressive for being free. The wi fi worked well, and most of the staff was extremely friendly. We live nearby so don't usually need hotels in the area, but if needed again I would definitely come back. read more

I'm not staying at this place again. Lies telling me no rooms were available when parking lot was empty around 2 PM. And later, I was refused a request to change rooms by Shantera. WTF??? Really??? If it's too late, most other places tell you to check back the next day, or note down to make a transfer the next day. Not here... This totally changes my view of Hyatt, and I'm questioning my loyalty to the brand. Worst customer service experience I've ever had in a hotel, and I travel for a living. 7/14/19 12:00 AM After working a 12 hour day, I tried to go straight to bed until I pulled the sheets to find FOOD in my bed. Housekeeping clearly did not change the sheets from the last guests stay. I called to have my room changed, and without getting an apology or acknowledgement from the front desk from what I just experienced, had the room key delivered. I asked if I would get compensation for this and the man over the phone literally laughed and said "your company is paying for the room. What compensation do you want?" WOW. JUST wow. Our flight from Tampa was diverted midair to RDU. After five hours of sitting in the airport, we were told we would not be flying to NYC. It was 10 pm and we had nowhere to stay. Frustrated, we looked at our options. This is what we settled on. To be honest, we didn't expect a ton. We just wanted a clean, bug-free hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. The suite was large and well lit. It had a nice view of the woods and the pool. The bed was soft and very comfortable. The bathroom was enormous and had an amazing shower. The staff was incredibly accommodating. We are rewards members so we got the breakfast too. The breakfast was very good with some great biscuits and bacon. A perfect place to ride out Hurricane Florence. My wife and I recently spent a short stay-cation of sorts at the Hyatt Place Durham/Southpoint to ride out Hurricane Florence. Our house is situated with lots of tall trees around it and having been through a previous strong hurricane before I wanted to stay somewhere close to our house that was a bit sturdier in case things got bad and we have a history of losing power if the wind blows at all. One of the biggest reasons we chose to stay at Hyatt Place Durham/Southpoint was that it was pet friendly. We've got a small dog and it was our first experience staying in a hotel with our dog in anything but a beach house. I also wanted to stay in a hotel that seemed very sturdy for the impending hurricane. We had a terrific stay at Hyatt Place Durham/Southpoint. Having essentially spent two full days in the hotel. I'm not sure what the pet situation is in the hotel in terms of specific floors and placement. We knew there were other pets on our floor but didn't really ever see or hear them. The rooms are very sizable and our room had an incredibly comfortable king sized bed and wraparound couch that we hung out in, ate dinner in a couple of times too. The rooms are not sound proof, but very sound insulated. You only hear people when they're in the hallways, never in the rooms. Even during some of the storm I only ever heard rain on the window and nothing more. The bathroom while lacking a tub, had a shower with excellent water pressure and hot water. Also really flattering lighting too. The room didn't have a microwave but had a mini fridge. The maid on our floor was very polite and went the extra mile to make sure our stay during the hurricane was comfortable. Always checking in on us with extra towels and toiletries. I really don't want to let it go unnoted just how great the shower was. The free wifi was also good. This hotel has great placement and is close to lots of restaurants. Some in walking distance and others a short drive. It's also very close to Southpoint mall, a Target and lots of other places like a movie theater as well. Parking is also very easy. They have a small parking deck and lots of ample parking out front. The hotel has a coffee bar, included full breakfast that was very good and included a multitude of things from yogurt, oatmeal, granola, waffles,pancakes, eggs sausage, bacon and other breakfast items. They also have a really nice outdoor pool that is handicap accessible and a small but very adequate workout room. Their cable selection was also very good and their rooms have some really good LG tv's in them too. Checking in and out was very easy. You can also check in via online which is a nice feature too. I'd easily stay at this hotel again for another hurricane or a similar one in a different city. A perfect place for a long weekend or a quick business stay. Highly recommended. read more

This is an excellent hotel when you're in Raleigh Durham for business, or for someone traveling with family & kids. This hotel has an excellent added surprise because there's a fantastic outdoor pool, in a lovely garden, for the kids to enjoy & adults too! There's also those beautiful & comfy wooden rocking chairs here in the pool garden & who doesn't enjoy relaxing in those? For convenience, there's even a laundry room on one of the guest floors with two washing machines & two dryers. Another plus when traveling with children. Most hotels do not provide this type of "do it yourself service." I'm glad this Hyatt in Durham does so! Most hotels usually provide laundry service, but the clothes are sent out & it can be so overpriced. My room was very comfortable, with cozy linens, pillows & soaps. TV was great & electrical outlets conveniently placed throughout the room. I didn't have to use my handy extension cord! My Internet was fast & air-conditioning functioned ideally. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly, courteous & professional. They were kind to everyone & they extended an additional courtesy to me because I'm part of the World of Hyatt rewards program, along with the Hyatt's Chase credit card. I'd recommend anyone to join for the additional benefits! Across the street from this hotel is Town Hall Burger & Beer restaurant. It's an excellent burger joint, who gives Hyatt guests a 10% discount. However, this could be because of COVID-19 still destroying many lives on our beloved planet earth.... & understandably not all services are available at the Hyatt hotel, in order to help & protect everyone. I ate at this restaurant & the burger was cooked to my order perfectly & it had a delicious flavor. It's a definite repeat restaurant & so convenient to the Hyatt, that it seems to be located on hotel property. Southpoint mall is only a half a mile away & the Hyatt was kind enough to take me there & bring me back to the Hyatt hotel in their van. Not sure if this service is always available. But, an Uber would not cost much. The one & only thing that I noticed negative about this hotel is something that other reviews have mentioned.... there is a subtle unpleasant rotten smell in the hallways of the guestrooms. I was only on 2 floors; the laundry floor & my guest room floor & the subtle odor was present on both of those floors. The odor was not present in my hotel room! I hate to mention this because it was such a pleasant hotel stay. But, one must be truthful & forthcoming in our reviews. I wouldn't choose this hotel for a romantic getaway, because in my opinion it's not designed for that. It is a great hotel for business or for traveling with family & children. For starters we reserved a room that looked nothing like the one we were given, we came to this hotel while our apt was being painted and would've honestly been better off inhaling fumes. My family of 4 (Myself included) were awakened in the middle of the night being a bed bugs late night snack.that was room 726. They transferred us to room 703 which was a down grade from our original room. My fiancé and I were forced to hunt bed bugs in the next room as well and there were in fact bed bugs in room 703 as well. Finally they transferred us to room 701 where it was safe from the nasty little bugs. The room was still smaller and not what we signed up for. On the day of check out the GM spoke with me only to inform me that there was a pest control coming to the hotel. The only good experience we had was that of a guy named Jamal but he was gone very soon after we arrived. He was friendly, attentive, and informative. Thank you Jamal !!! read more

This is a great hotel. The staff is always friendly, rooms are very nice. I love all the features on the TV and being able to connect my iphone to it to play music. I love that there is a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast is consistently good. It's different every time I come but it's always a good surprise. This morning had biscuits with sausage gravy! Very tasty! My only request is using real orange juice, not from concentrate. This hotel is run perfectly. There is a shuttle that takes you to all the shopping down the road in case someone thinks it's too far to walk. I've done both. I'm giving it a 5 star because for the price and location, it's the best around here. read more

Good location, grocery, coffee and burgers nearby. Mall and movies walking distance. Quite rooms and great breakfast. Refrigerator in every room. My only complaint would be noisy a/c. read more

This hotel is UBER clean! All the furnishings are new and modern. The beds are comfortable, the staff is very friendly. The carpets are fresh and clean. I have no problem walking on them in my bare feet. Which is rare for me. The showers are large with good water pressure. The beds are very comfortable and have nice clean fresh sheets. There is a nice sitting room in each room with some nice pillows and a blanket. Its a nice touch that adds an extra level of comfort. The TV is large and swivels for viewing in either part of the room. The view from my room was also nice. I got a room on the back side is a full view of the forest. it was very peaceful. The exercise room is typical. I didn't check out the pool. My 4 star rating is because of the proximity to food and other things to do. Everyone has their own reason for picking a place to stay. If you have a car, this place is definitely worth 5 stars. If you don't have a car, then there are limited options. The burger place across the street is TERRIBLE! There is a Bonefish and an ALDI in the parking lot. Other than that, there is a mall up the road about 1 mile. It's an easy walk on a nice day, but if its cold, windy or rainy, I'd take the shuttle. The hotel shuttle will take you, but it doesn't run 24/7 so check with them for times. You don't get much cleaner hotel rooms though, so book and enjoy! read more

Awful. Tl-dr: front desk person made me cry after berating me for several minutes after I asked to have my room changed because it was dirty and smelled Have had good experiences at this hotel in the past, and actually prefer it for work travel to RTP because of location, room amenities, quiet location, cleanliness. Will not stay here again because of an awful experience. Came back from work at 5:30 to find room had not been cleaned and smelled like marijuana - presumably because someone nearby was smoking heavily. Saw a cleaning person in hall and assumed they had just not yet gotten to my room. Returned after 7 and room in same condition - not cleaned, still smell. Asked front desk person to change my room and she checked me out of my room and gave me a new room. Pointed out to her that I no longer had a key to old room to remove my stuff. She seemed fussed, then handed me a master key (yes really). Got into elevator and realized new room was actually in the ground floor. Had no idea there are ground floor rooms so I walked to new room to see where it was.. right next to a banquet happening with tons of people in the hallway. Decided that I could live with dirty towels, unmade bed, and marijuana smell rather than listen to a banquet outside my hotel room door and returned to desk to request that I just go back to my old room and not move. Front desk person was Angry at this point, confrontational with me about various things (why didn't I tell her I didn't want to be in the first floor, why did I ask for the change if I was fine with the smell, why didn't I just ask for the room to be cleaned.) I listened to this for a while - honestly she would Not stop berating me. When I continued standing there listening to her she seemed to get more and more agitated and then she walked away to get the manager, and said she and I were having a 'dispute' and she walked away, clearly unwilling to have anything more to do with me. Worth noting she walked a few feet away and Continued complaining and berating me. Manager asked what was going on and I said please just give me a room, any room, and she gave me a room key. Was crying by this point. Got into the elevator and realized she had not given me my old room key, but key to next door room. I did not have any key to get back in my old room for my stuff, having given the master key back. So I had to find a cleaning person to agree to let me in my old room. Also worth noting cleaning person walked in and say 'wow it smells like reefer in here!' And then said she had a similar complaint from room one floor up about same smell. Kind cleaning person helped me move my things into new room. Phone rang in new room and it was manager calling to see if I 'needed anything.' I said honestly, I think you've done enough.' And this will be my last stay at Hyatt Southpoint. read more

The staff here is really friendly, professional, courteous, helpful. They are first rate. They helped my elderly parents to the room while I parked my car. The check in was quick and kind. My dismay was finding that there was no free breakfast. There is an $11.00 charge for breakfast which I refused because I knew it would be the same breakfast that other hotels serve for free. My next ugly surprise was waking up hours before I intended because the large window in the high-ceiling room is about 4" short of being shaded from the BRIGHT sunlight and the glare in your face would awaken the dead. So much for the blackout curtains. Bring your sleep mask. So I'm getting up after my five hour nap to seek breakfast. It will be an uncomfortable ride home. read more
