No real complaints here. This Hotel checks just about every box. It's in the heart of downtown directly across from the Raleigh Convention Center, they offer valet parking for $30 a day, club lounge for BonVoy elite members, standard gym with Peloton bikes, treadmills, cool towels, etc. Location was very walkable, plenty of restaurants and rooftop bars all around. Beds were comfy, nice pillows, I liked the view of the convention center from top floor. Shout out to "Brie" (hope I spelled her name right) in the club lounge. Loved her energy. She was welcoming, super friendly, and kept things running smoothly. Only downside is the lounge was closed Friday & Saturday, wish Marriott Hotels would change this one da and keep the lounge open on weekends. Though I've never been a the biggest fan of valet parking, the staff handling this assignment did a great job. If you're into authentic southern food, the Rye restaurant fits the bill, this was also a hit. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the RMCC, it's ideal for business travelers like myself. I was in Raleigh for work and booked a 2-queen bed room. I enjoyed the room and amenities and only complaint for the room outlets by the bed were not working. Paid the higher rate and got the breakfast package and absoluelty not impressed witht he food here. I enjoyed comfy beds, good water pressure and hot water (11th Floor), and great views of the city. Did run into a snarky reception when asked for a bottle of water. Told me she would make an exception but vending machines were on every floor. I told her she could bill it to the room but she made some note on my account, asked what room I was in and said it was a courtesy this time. I feel like delivery of the conversation could have been better. Meanwhile another rep offered my coworkers a free bottle the next day after we came in from lunch. I didn't even engage. Aside from that experience, I personally would not select that breakfast included add on offer in the future but did like how you can choose from anything on the menu and were not limited. I would stay here again and looks like a much better option than the Sheraton Nextdoor. Overall service was ok, house keeping was great and left little thank you notes, and the rooms were modern. We were here for a conference, and the hotel was everything I could want. Nice, clean rooms. Big bar and restaurant option. Open lounge for status members. Friendly staff. Parking was valet only, but that's to be expected downtown. I didn't use all of the amenities, but for all of the things I needed, it was perfect. read more

This is a great option for the hearing impaired or anyone not wanting to sleep. The hotel room doors shut so loudly my delicate inner ear bones were rattled to the possible point of hairline fractures. When entering the room, a considerate person could turn the handle and quietly close the door, but when you exit the room, it's not even possible to quietly close given it automatically locks. And again, since it's so loud, if ANYONE on the entire floor has a door interaction you WILL hear it - I estimate this occurred at 15 minute intervals from when I tried to go to sleep until the coffee shop across the street opened. Also, despite it being 2025, surprisingly, WIFI is NOT included in the over $300 per night rate - nope instead Marriott tries to squeeze another $10 or so dollars out of you! On top of all this, the sink started regurgitating sewer water so I had to keep it plugged to prevent vomiting while I got ready. Needless to say, I would NOT stay here again and have yet to recover from "vacation". read more

Here are seven experiences I had at the City Center Marriott: 1) The lobby, room and restaurant were fine and it was clean. The chili was good but it took 20 minutes to get a bowl and the blue cheese on top was odd. The chili and corn bread tasted thawed, not fresh. It was overpriced for not being fresh. The bartender was super professional but he said the reason the chili was delayed was due to the worker being late. 2) Pool was open days one and three but inaccessible day two. I asked if the pool was going to open soon. The front desk person said, it's open now! It was not. See photo. 3) Both bellman, one hyped up constantly talking over me and the other with glazed over eyes and slowed speech, vehemently refused to call a taxi for me and absolutely insisted that I take the black SUV limousine that was sitting around the corner. The high energy bellman repeated three times, "Take this black car here to the airport!" I repeated that I was not going to the airport. Sadly, there's a cell phone 'dead spot' in the lobby, entrance and hotel Starbucks so it's impossible to order a Lyft or Uber without walking well out of range of the hotel. I have the carrier with the best cell phone range. After getting loudly 'talked over' by the high energy bellman more I caved and went over and asked the SUV limo driver how much it would cost to go to Durham. The limousine driver (who had no credentials) said it was $85 to go to Durham. I did the math. That's $102 with tip. He had a creepy demeanor. Lugging my heavy suitcase I escaped the City Center Marriott bellman madness and walked two blocks down the street to the courthouse. My cell phone worked there perfectly! l ordered and was picked up by a kind Lyft driver. I felt safer at a place with a jail than near those bellman! With tip, Lyft cost me $28. Compare to $102 for the only ride I could get at the Marriott. 4) The room was nice except for the towels. All of the room towels either smelled like rancid flood water or fire. I borrowed a couple of blue towels from the pool. Those smelled clean. 5) There were all down pillows. 6) When I checked out the room would not lock! I reported it to the front desk. The exposure is that if something got stolen I could get blamed. 7) The room refrigerator was oddly thin so if you put something in the main part it prevented the door from shutting! read more

I stayed here for a weekend while visiting Raleigh. It is located right in the center of the downtown area. When we arrived there were a large amount of people present. There seemed to be a volleyball tournament and other events already planned. I checked in the staff and entered my room on the fourth Floor. It was very large and spacious. I was impressed. You had a wide-open room with a large bed on the side. The view was not that enjoyable. It was only the roof of the hotel. I managed to get a couple of meals form the Rye Bar downstairs. The Starbucks on the first floor was a plus but it was always packed with long lines out the door. I just wanted a normal coffee without taking a long time. You can walk outside and there are several food and drink options. I was able to stop by a club down the street. There was a New Orleans Bar close by as well as a wonderful Greek restaurant I wanted to visit. It is a farther walk to the Glenwood South area. Overall, it was a good location in the city. I did have some issues with the room. At one point the television stopped working. I had to go to the front desk and ask engineering to come up. They were able to reset everything and make it work but it took a while. I asked for a late checkout seeing as I am a Bonvoy member but they were not able to assist. The cleaning staff came in and picked up some papers that fell on the floor. They thought it was garbage and threw it out. I was able to reprint the copies but it was an inconvenience. Probably the best place in Downtown Raleigh besides the Mezcal bar. I've stayed at a few hotels in the area and this one has been the best. The lobby is huge with a pretty big bar/restaurant inside. It has entrances/exits on multiple sides so depending on where you're going, you don't have to walk around the building. The room was nice and spacious with a good work space. The staff was super friendly and accommodating when I arrived at 10a and had a room available, so I could work (and sleep) a bit. Some hotels just tell you "Check In is at 4 so you're SOL", but not here. Pickup and drop off was easy when using Uber, with a covered circular entrance loop thingy. If I'm every heading to downtown Raleigh again, this would be my preferred hotel. read more

We had an excellent stay here while in town for both the State Fair and the street international wine fair. The hotel itself is quite nice and appears fairly new or fairly well maintained. The staff were all friendly and we had no issues with any part of our stay. The restaurant in the lobby is a little pricey but it was actually quite good food and the breakfast buffet they have in the morning was very nice. It's not quite as good as the buffet nicer Marriotts used to have but it was still very decent. They have an indoor pool and hot tub area which was a nice way to spend some time in the evening. The pool is supposed to be heated but was pretty chilly during our visit. That's really the biggest issue we had with anything at this location. Parking can be a little confusing at first but was actually quite nice. Valet is available and super easy to use but a little pricey at this location, so we chose to self park. That means driving around to the back side of the building and through a massive underground parking deck to find a spot. However, after figuring out where to go I was able to find a spot that was actually very close to the underground entrance to the hotel and convention center so it wasn't a bad experience at all. read more

This was not my first experience with Raleigh Marriott City Center. I came in for work and a conference. Marriott's online check in process is super simple, and if you have the app and a compatible device, you can obtain a digital room card. Pretty easy. I checked in online and then retrieved an old-fashioned key card at the desk. The girl there was super friendly and knowledgeable about parking options. My room was clean and normal. Hotel beds are usually hit or miss for me, and this one was average. I like a firm mattress, and this one felt firm, but somehow didn't satisfy. The pillows are nice though. The only issue I had was not a Marriott issue. Someone conducted a street party right on Fayetteville St. between roughly 11:30p and 1:30a. Loud music. Fortunately, I brought ear plugs and was able to get back to sleep. read more

If you have an event at the Convention Center in Raleigh, this is the only place you should consider staying. From the moment even before stepping into the hotel, customer service was at all-time high. The gentlemen working the valet greeted me warmly and instructed me on how to use their services. When I went to the registration desk, I was again greeted very warmly (I wish I remembered the gentleman's name) and was pleasantly surprised that my room was available well ahead of check in time. I quickly moved my vehicle to the very conveniently located underground parking (leave the hotel and make two right turns). I have left my vehicle there the entire stay and never needed to move it. You can enter the hotel from the garage and the hotel is connected to the Raleigh Convention Center so you never have to go outside if you don't want to. My room was nicely appointed, spacious and clean. I stayed in a king room on the 15th floor. The views were pretty nice, too. The gym was decent. I think the best feature was the "refrigerated"/cool towels! Equipment was clean and there was a variety of machines and free weights to get a good workout. I reviewed the on-site restaurant, Rye, in a different review. Please check it out! My only complaint is that there is only one set of elevators that did tend to get crowded. I did appreciate, however, that you had to use your key card to operate the elevator so walk-in traffic could not access floors with rooms. read more

During my stay at the Raleigh Marriott City Center, two shirts were stolen directly from my room by hotel staff. This was clear theft, not a lost or left-behind item. I have filed a police report for the theft. Despite repeated clear emails with all facts and evidence, Marriott continues to deny any responsibility. Rotating agents repeatedly claim guests simply "leave items behind" and even offered a ridiculous "$10,000 friendly transfer" while refusing any real investigation or compensation. This was my first Mecation ever! I have to say I treated my self like the Queen that I am! I checked in and I was greeted by some lovely gentleman (ladies if you single go eat at Rye and shoot your shot,lol.) I was happy to know that that the pool was open and there was a jacuzzi.! I got to enjoyed the jacuzzi and had an amazing view of the city. I was glad to enjoy it in peace and quite. The pool was on the fourth floor. I went to my magnificent room that was on the 9th floor, I had some magnificent views. While I enjoyed a lovely hot bath for my back, I got dressed up and took myself out to dinner! I went to Rye that was conveniently located in the downstairs lobby. I parked in the parking deck connected to the hotel and enjoyed the luxury of being able to walk to restaurants, clubs shops and more! This was a great experience and I can not wait to be blessed to do it again soon! read more

Perfectly fine hotel in the heart of downtown Raleigh. It looses a star for a bunch of really silly reasons though. They don't have a selection of the usual hotel stuff like wine, beer, nail clippers, frozen meals, etc. Instead they have a vending machine... but if there is something like a CVS or a 7-11in the area I didn't see it. The entire bottom floor was frigid. I get it, it's winter, but turn the heat up or do something with the doors so the heat doesn't get out or *something*. Likewise my room was freezing. I needed to put the heat to 76 for it to feel 70 or 72. And the room next door had an alarm going off at 6 AM, something I would expect housekeeping to check when a room is checked out. On the flip side, the restaurant, Rye, is actually really good and reasonably priced which never happens at hotels. And the valet service was FAST to get my car too. And staff was super friendly. We had planned to use the pool on Friday night and when we went to the pool there was a sign it was closed! This was on not on their website and we were not told this when checking in! One of the mattresses was so uncomfortable it was a good thing we booked a room with two beds or we would not have Slept! Then our room was not cleaned one day! When we requested a set of towels and coffee and we only received the large towels, one coffee filter two coffee cups and two wine glasses, not requested, and NO creams and Sugar! When checking out all that was said was sorry you booked through expedia. WTH!!!! Very bad experience. Only giving a 2 due to location. Not a typical Marriott stay! Do not recommend! read more

Central to all things downtown Raleigh, this Marriott makes it easy to work, rest, eat and explore, in any direction, without adding too many miles to your shoes. While it's already a newer structure among full-service Marriotts, recent remodels make sure we aren't exposed to any of those fashions of yesteryear like the 2010s. You'll be comfortable at that sales conference in the hotel, some bigger event across the street at the convention center, or taking in some performing arts at Duke Energy Center. Stroll a block downhill to the Amphitheater, and only a little further for plenty of good food, if the restaurants in view of the hotel or the in-hotel dining aren't enough. And for those who are looking to put on the shoe mileage, a half-mile away past the Amphitheater you can catch the Rocky Branch Trail on Fayetteville St to connect to miles and miles of multi-use paved trails. Meanwhile back inside, plenty of hot water, towels, amenities, and even a Starbucks in the lobby cover all your in-stay needs. The pool and exercise facility elevate your heart rate when it's too hot or cold to venture out. The staff has been accommodating throughout my years of staying here, from check-in to dining to maintenance. It was no different this time, and I'll return as the business cycle allows. read more

8/28/21: We stayed here for the weekend when there was an International food/ music festival going on right outside. It was convenient & I had a lot of fun at the festival. The front desk rep was NOT friendly here. Maybe he was overwhelmed being up there alone with so many people coming in and out of there. I don't know. I just know that he wasn't the friendliest & needs customer service training. The lobby furniture was raggedy & could use repair or replacement. The same goes with some of the carpet in the lobby. There is a restaurant/bar & Starbucks by the front desk. There is also an ATM around the corner from the front desk. I was bummed that the pool was closed. That would've been fun to release some stress. Oh well. The room was pretty nice. The curtains were dirty and could use some cleaning. There was a fridge only; no microwave. So, please keep that in mind. I'd definitely go back. read more

I kid you not, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at! The staff are super friendly, I've never had a bad run in with them. The rooms are spacious and the beds are really soft. They have a wonderful concierge level that will serve breakfast and dinner on certain days. There's also many amenities like a Starbucks in the main lobby, laundry services, room services, and a whole restaurant in the main lobby called the Rye Bar (which is very good!). And on top of everything else, spending a night here is pretty affordable compared to some other hotels. Just be aware that planning a short notice trip here many not be advisable, as this hotel is right next to the convention center, which is great if you're coming for an event there, but not great if you're just wanting to spend the night here on short notice, as the rooms fill up quickly. My advice is that if you know you're coming to the area ahead of time, be sure to reserve a room in advance. If you have no choice but to reserve a room on short notice, be sure to check and see if any conventions or events are going on that may fill up the rooms. But in my experience, this hotel has really only filled up to max capacity once, so you should be able to find a room to stay in most of the time. Overall, this is a quality hotel to stay at, and you'll enjoy every minute you spend here! read more

Hotel staff is incredibly rude. Due to a hotel billing issue I received a call from the front desk manager accusing me of freezing my credit card post checkout so they could not bill me which was not even remotely accurate / all charges were charged minus 77 dollars. When I asked to give my credit card I was only given an ACH option which was not populated and punishes the guest for an internal billing issue. I would never recommend this hotel as the front desk should not accuse guests of billing issues. read more

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was an easy walk to downtown places we wanted to visit. The restaurant food was pretty good and the bar was lively. We liked the fitness center and pool/spa as well. Wish they were outdoor and rooftop though! Self parking was a little confusing at first but the front desk helped us a lot. Dont forget to ask for free water bottles, what an amazing touch for us from CA who didnt realize how strong the humidity is! So this is pretty much exactly what you would expect of a city-center moderate-upscale chain link attached to a convention center. The one pleasant surprise is that the whole place has been renovated pretty recently, so it's a little fresher than some of this ilk. It's almost always busy, but they handle crowds well. The elevators are efficient and I never had to wait, even though there were approximately 43,000 tween cheerleaders all over the place for some sort of event. The lobby bar/restaurant area is huge but usually still packed. The servers seem to do well and managing the chaos. I haven't tried the restaurant, just because there are so many other options in the immediate area. Rooms are typical Marriott but freshly renovated, with vinyl plank flooring instead of carpet and with an urban contemporary (read: taupe) color palette. They're comfortable, though, and the bathrooms are a decent size with nice walk-in showers. All kinds of restaurants are within a 10-minute stroll. The hotel is on the southern end of downtown near the performing arts center and the convention center and everything else is north. James Beard Award-winner Ashley Christensen has several restaurants in walking distance; Fox Liquor Bar and Death & Taxes are especially recommended. Downtown Raleigh's major hotel offerings are all of the bland, corporate variety and don't have the specific character of some in Durham (21c Museum, The Durham) and this one is probably the best of the lot. read more

The general hotel staff is definitely not the Quality of an Omni Hotel but you get what you pay for, they want to get short tempered and impatient with you when you have been waiting 4 hours for an upgraded suite, really this is an upgraded suite? So because of the lack of patience from the staff, we won't come back. Eat at the restaurant ask for Ann! She knows customer care. It was not all bad, the room, bed, view and black out curtains were perfect. It was staff with hotel that was disappointing. One other thing when 415 came the wife went up and complained and the young man said I gave you a room which is like the room you were going to get, which has been ready. Really? We have been to this hotel many times over the years for drinks and meals at their restaurant Rye. But have never spent the night because I am a bargain-travel kind of gal, and this hotel has not shown up in the past as such. I'm happy to report that it sometimes does now. So armed with a great pre-paid deal, we showed up for our May Friday night stay. They do have valet parking, but we knew they had the deck also, so we just self-parked. ($12 for the overnight...pay at the pay stations before you leave the deck). Check-in was quick and friendly. We were quickly off to to room 822, overlooking Fayetteville Street. Room was clean. We were told it was a queen room, but it had two beds. I guess they were queens, but they seemed a tad on the small side. Comfortable enough though. Room had a fridge, a large closet, safe, nice tv (although we didn't hang around long enough to watch anything). We enjoyed a nice quiet night. Of course we started our evening with a drink at Rye. Good as always! There is so much within easy walking distance: Durham Performing Arts Center with Meymandi, Fletcher and The Kennedy Center are all right there. Restaurants and bars all around. And the free R-line bus has a stop right behind the hotel at the Convention Center. read more

So, I stayed in downtown Raleigh at the Marriott City Center for a wedding. It was very convenient because the actual wedding took place there as well. First, the hotel is located in an area where shops/restaurants are in walking distance. If you want better variety - a 15 min drive is necessary which is not bad. The room - basic, two beds and a bathroom, a refrigerator, TV with free streaming of Showtime, desk, chair, closet with safe. It was clean and well kept. Overall decent place to lay your head at night (or day). The problem - this was a busy weekend! There were several things going on mainly a sports championship, so there were a bunch of kids everywhere and of course a wedding. Okay, fine. But how in the world does a 17 floor hotel only have one elevator bank with four elevators? Upon arrival 2 of them weren't operating. We waited on line for 15mins just to get in the elevator to get to our 15th floor room. On the day of check out it took 30 mins for my Aunt and cousin to catch an elevator to the lobby from the 9th floor smh. Unbelievable and unacceptable. The phone in the room was static filled and had no known way of calling down to the lobby by a press of a button. The pool was closed for maintenance, and the worse part? You have to PAY FOR PARKING!! Get this - parking is $3 per hour or $15 for the day if you park it yourself in the garage. But everytime you move the car you'll have to pay. So don't get hungry or want to go somewhere that isn't walkable. You will pay and it can add up! They have some nice gentlemen outside waiting to valet your car if you choose. For $30 a day!! I'm a guest. Why am I paying to park?! We chose the valet for obvious reasons.. There is a restaurant in the hotel lobby. I didn't try the food but heard the breakfast buffet is $19.99 a person. Starbucks is conveniently located in the lobby. Be prepared, as a line awaits you. But the day we went to grab breakfast there they were out of just about everything. Like really? Overall the stay was good, but can't say this would be my first choice if I ever was in the Raleigh area again. read more

A nice hotel, we booked this stay for a staycation. It's in the heart of downtown and an event was happening and we wanted to be close. They are pricey, and I paid extra for a top floor so when I received notification that my room was ready on the 5th floor (out of 17 floor)I wasn't happy. I attempted to chat in the app, but was getting nervous they wouldn't see it in time so I called and spoke to Amanda who was very nice and changed me to a higher floor facing Fayetteville st and she accommodated. When we checked in we were greeted by Kiara at the front desk, and she was so nice and pleasant. Amanda had placed me on the 11th floor but Kiara found me a room on the 16th floor, with beautiful views. They have a bar and a nice restaurant on the premises and offer a breakfast buffet at a price. We had a nice time, we may use again, but with it being in on Fayetteville st and the event was too it was slightly busy. read more

Wonderful hotel w/ flaws but in a perfect location!! The Marriott is centered in Raleigh, in walking distance of an array of fun things to do, from food, axe throwing, museums, murals, parks, etc. I booked the hotel for my best friend's bachelorette weekend. The staff was nice, particularly valet. My biggest bone I have to pick is the parking and temporarily holding area for valet/check-in parking area. It is super small and completely inconvenient. The hotel doesn't have their own parking. You have to use the City parking deck which is right around the corner with easy access back into the hotel and convention center. I was informed by Valet if it's location and not the front desk, as I would assume. The inside restaurant was decent. We ordered food but there's no actual room service as they didn't have enough staff to deliver the food.....no worries. Visited the Rye Bar area on a Thursday late afternoon to attend a jewelry party for a small group of women. A great after work venue and parking nearby on the street was no problem at all. The place was full of fire fighters attending a conference, which I imagine is the typical scene--out of town conference attendees. The space is open air, modern, clean and comfortable. Our waitstaff was attentive and the wine list, cocktail menu and beer choices impressive. We did have appetizers: fried kale, dirty tots, and sweet potato hush puppies. None of them impressed me as I'm not a fan of fried foods. Curious how patrons with mobility issues (or a baby stroller) can navigate into Rye, which appeared only accessible by descending a short flight of stairs. Certainly there must be another entrance, it just isn't obvious. read more

This hotel met our expectations when we decided to take a last minute "tourist in our state" getaway. Cleanliness of the room was great, the service we received was solid and helpful, and the central location is unbeatable for enjoying downtown Raleigh. Unfortunately, we could hear others' conversations in our room as they walked by in the hallways, but I attribute some of that to the lack of carpet in the room to absorb the sound. Since this is a business-minded hotel, there is only a mini fridge and coffeemaker in the room, but one can use the microwave located in the business center. My partner used it and said it could have used some attention, but we were glad to have it to reheat some food we had picked up earlier in the evening. Like others have mentioned, a Starbucks and a southern style restaurant are located in the lobby, with other popular dining establishments within close walking distance. Metered street parking is available right outside and there is an adjacent/underground parking facility that has the expected higher price tag for "city" parking. read more

But there is really no reason to have the hotel rooms look like a psych ward with such a lack of warmth and positive vibes. Which contrasts with the warm colors of the lobby. Great stay. I am a Hilton honors member, so rarely visit Marriott. We had last minute plans to go downtown and decided to stay overnight. Marriott didn't disappoint . Food was great, they have an inside Starbucks. The room was clean and modern. Room looked exactly like pictures online. Comfortable bed, nice shower, inside restaurant , and close to downtown activities. We will stay here again. read more

I was in Raleigh and visited this hotel for the first time. Upon approach of the hotel, I was afraid to go inside. The entire hotel's first floor was boarded up. I thought for a second that possibly the place had shut down. The lobby is attractive. The employee at the reception area said the boards were from them fixing the fountains. I think it's from them protecting the glass from the recent protests. Check in took a long time. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. It has a mini fridge in it but no microwave. It was fairly quiet for a hotel. It is within walking distance of many restaurants. The hotel restaurant was closed because of Covid. No shuttle available either. The place is accessible from the street. Parking garage was big enough for everyone with multiple options between self park, valet, etc. the rooms are well kept but let me get to the point. The service was great, I spoke with Gary on multiple occasions via room phone and he was always willing to help. We needed pain relievers a few times and water as well. We thought we had to pay for the water but it was free but we took off like we stole it and Gary was all in for our antics. Was there was also a young lady there who helped a lot as well. Sorry I didn't get her name. The breakfast buffet was good as well as the regular breakfast and wings for dinner. We were in town for a festival and we're happy we booked this hotel. Nice hotel in the middle of downtown. They have a parking garage that is unaffiliated with Marriott under the hotel. I opted to park on the street but those spaces are packed and meters start at 8am. If it was not for the covid pandemic, street parking would probably be impossible. During covid, the hotel has limited services, like Starbucks closes at 2pm! They used to have a lounge but it is closed due to covid. The food stops at 10pm and the bar closes at 11pm. The bar was where people were congregating. There was a lot of space for social distancing and a full bar. People are really trying to relive the Before Times. I got food to take to my room. It was a generous portion of pulled chicken for the Cobb salad and oricchette looking pasta for mac n cheese. Both were ok. My room is clean and spacious and the bed is comfy. Love it. The internet doesn't work at all. I didn't want to complain but basically I have no working wifi. Check-in was pleasant and Stephen at the front desk was very professional. My bride and I were schedule to be at a party a couple blocks from here and we knew ahead of time we would be having a few adult beverages, so we decided to book a room here, leave the car with the valet and walk to the party. Good choice. The rooms are comfortable, modern, with a nice view of the downtown area. The beds are mostly comfortable (which is better than most experiences I've had). The breakfast buffet was included in my room rate, and that was also very good. read more
