Everything has went well here for 3 years in a row! We stay here annually because our daughter has annual Children's Hospital Visits every year in the front range. We travel 9 hrs to get to this hotel and the best part is the restaurant for dinner (5 star amazing, on point, relaxing, paired with a pool on the roof and a 5 minute commute from our doctores appt! Love love love everything about this hotel and restaurant. Make sure you tell them you're visiting Children's to get a discount. We live in the country..and this is our treat! Well done! Okay. Here's the situation. I came here for an anime convention. The hotel overall was quite nice. The restaurant and bar were decent. One bartender, Angie (who has been doing this for decades) was amazing. Actually enjoyed the panel rooms. I wish the largest area has been even larger for some of the more popular events. Our hotel room itself was a bit of a mixed bag. We had a southern exposure and the curtains were open when we checked in and the room had heated up quite a bit. It was in the mid 70s in the room and it took a long time to cool it down to the 60s. Probably never complain about the room was that I couldn't 62° and was limited to 65° and it took a long time to get there. My second complaint would be, something that I've seen as a trend recently in hotels. The bed is oriented towards the window, and so the TV is at kind of a weird angle for people who like to watch from bed. It was a decent sized room, but I kind of felt there was so much furniture in there, and at such weird positioning that it felt rather cramped. Bed was OK, pillows were a little small. Refrigerator worked fine, it did not have a freezer compartment. I really would've appreciated a microwave in the room. The bathroom was nice and large and I don't really have any complaints about that. The parking garage was quite large, but it was a bit of a haul from the parking garage to the entrance of the hotel and did not make enjoyable trips with considerable luggage. read more

I want to preface that our plane was delayed from Aspen to Denver and that made us miss our connecting flight. With that, the airline put us up in Hyatt and compensated us with board and meal vouchers that we could us at the Hyatt restaurant. Stay: 5/5 The hotel and its amenities were wonderful. We got a two queen bed suite with a full bath. Everything was clean and neat and the service was stellar. The lady at the front desk was very empathetic to our situation and was a wonderful contrast to service we received from United Airlines. They provided late check out and we were able to stay in our rooms till 2:00pm since our flight was not until 7:00pm. Restaurant: 5/5 We arrived at the restaurant at 10:50am but they did not start serving lunch until 11:00am. Our host/waitress was extremely friendly and even said "we don't serve lunch until 11, but I can ask the kitchen to start early for you". We decided to wait till 11 since we were in no rush. We ordered an appetizer and two entree, the Brussel sprouts, bison burger w/ fries, and a Denver pasta with chicken and mushroom that I cannot remember the full name of. The Brussel sprouts were the most delicious sprouts I've ever had. They were nicely charred and had a light sweet chili sauce on them. They came is this creamy dipping sauce that was to die for. The bison burger was tender and cooked to perfection. The fries were crispy and paired well with the burger. The pasta, however, was our least favorite dish and we did not end up finishing it. The pasta was a little undercooked in our opinion and the noodle was still chewy. The chicken was bland and the pasta sauce did not make up for it. I would not recommend ordering the Denver pasta. Note: at all the other Hyatt Houses, Hyatt Place, and other hotels within this chain, they always have a free breakfast bar. Stayed here while relocating to Denver quite a few times...hotel itself is very nice and staff has always been great. Area not so great! Tried walking to dinner a few times and didn't feel that safe. They are trying to clean up the area, but too many homeless and shady people walking around especially at night. Inside however Thursday feel like a whole different oasis for sure. Rooms are very nice and so are the other amenities. Ate downstairs at least 50% of my time based of convenience. Great bar as well...drinks are a little pricey but so is every hotel. Very poor customer service during my stay. When I walked up to the front desk after another guest finished checking out, I stood there for about a minute before the employee even acknowledged me. When I asked for assistance, she spoke to me in a condescending tone and repeatedly responded with 'you can try,' instead of making any effort to help or contact someone. This all occurred on Christmas Day, which made the lack of courtesy and professionalism even more disappointing. The experience left me feeling ignored and disrespected as a guest, and I would not stay here again. read more

PRO TIP: if you go to the top of the parking garage at sunset or sunrise you can see from Peak to Peak of the mountains. Otherwise, you can enjoy time away from your phone because you can't guarantee the wifi will be working in the hotel or conference center. The hotel bar is quite expensive but the service is stellar and options are incredible. You'll get a great nights sleep as you can control your own thermostat and enjoy a nice hot & spacious shower when you wake up. Pillows are 10/10. read more

I was on a weekend trip with my daughters who had won scholarships to a writer's conference. We were checking in were fortunate enough to meet, Augustin at the front desk. She was absolutely lovely! She was so kind and friendly, I could hardly believe it ( I find most hotel check in staff are less than hospitable). She chatted with me like we were old friends! I learned that she was training a new employee who was also very friendly. What a great example of how to interact with guests (in Augustina!). I shared that i was here with my teenaged daughters that had earned full scholarships for a professional writer's conference. I was telling her that I was not an attendee, so I'd have to find things to do for 3 days. I mentioned that i couldn't even eat dinner with them because in order to attend, I'd have to pay around $80 dollars just for a meal! Augustina was so gracious, she offered to comp my dinner at the hotel restaurant! She also made sure that my parking was taken care of. She was so meticulous and accommodating. I've never been treated with such care at a hotel. I then met Darsana, I think maybe a manager? She was also so gracious and kind. I needed some utensils in my room and she went out of her way to find some for me, finally having to track some down at the restaurant. Also, I tried to order by phone from the restaurant but multiple times, no one answered. I called the front desk and inquired if I had the right number... so SHE offered to take my order and walk it over to the restaurant! Then, she called my room back to let me know when I could come down to get it. I was so impressed with the staff I had encountered on this stay. Both of these ladies went well out of their way to make my stay absolutely delightful! Upon checking out I met Sophia. She was also wonderful and pleasant and communicative. I spoke to her about what great interactions I'd had all weekend and she was so supportive of her colleagues. She immediately shared what wonderful people they are and how glad she was that I had encountered them. This was a wonderful stay! Our room was spotless, bathroom especially! I was treated so well and the women I mentioned genuinely seemed to care that I was taken care of and treated well. I would stay here again, even if it meant I had to drive to my event. I came here for a conference recently. First off the I was very happy to say all of the food they provided was labeled for people with dietary restrictions/ allergies which was amazing! As a vegan it's really stressful to worry what food I can and cannot eat but that made it much less stressful. The staff of the hotel was incredibly nice and very helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and a great size. I loved the mirror in the bathroom and the lighting. There were a few things that I noticed that I didn't love. The shower curtain was not the correct size- so it didn't close but maybe 2/3 of the way . It looked like there was previously a glass shower door because the glue and tracks were still on the shower too. The pillows also looked super fluffy and stuffed however when any amount of pressure is put on them they go flat. The last thing was when I went to the room service menu it makes you download grub hub and only gave me a couple options which I thought was very weird. Overall a good experience just a few small details could be worked on! read more

After a cancelled flight and a death-defying cab ride in a blizzard, I arrived at the Aurora Hyatt Regency at 1:30AM. I can only imagine what I looked like (except wholly underdressed for such weather) but to be honest I'd have collapsed had I not been helped by the very friendly staff at the front desk. The check-in was swift, and our room was fine for the immediate crash. To be honest, I didn't get to luxuriate at all. Early the next morning, the restaurant in the lobby packaged all of our breakfasts to go as we braved another cab ride in an attempt to make it home. As I look back, I never saw the hotel in the light of day, and was only there (to sleep which, after the harrowing cab ride, I didn't do at all) for 6 1/2 hours. But the entire staff of the hotel was so friendly and helpful under such circumstances. I'd never been to Colorado outside of the airport. Now I can say I have, and I won't forget it. The friendly folks at the Hyatt will be one of the few positive memories of the whole ordeal. read more

I took a solo trip to Colorado and stayed at the Hyatt Regency for 5 nights. The room was not ready right up until check-in so I waited in the lobby for the hour before check-in. The staff was very friendly with each interaction with the guests. I was able to get checked in and the room was as advertised. Everything was as it was supposed to be. The only issue was that the light switch in my bathroom was broken so I had to hit it in the right spot for it to actually shut off. I took the shuttle on the first night to grab a bite to eat. My shuttle driver was extremely pleasant. We had a good conversation and she was able to pick me up from the restaurant when I was finished eating within 10 minutes from when I called her. I took this trip to celebrate my birthday and my family was bummed that I would be spending the day alone. My mom reached out to the hotel to see if there was anything special they could do for me while I was there. They gave her the contact information for Brent Z, the Food and Beverage Manager. He was so eager to help see this surprise through. He went above and beyond, sending an employee from the Hyatt to Target to get flowers and a card. He took note of what my favorite flower was and had the staff and even the GM of the hotel sign the card. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was celebrated properly on my birthday and I have never been so impressed. He even hand delivered this surprise to my room himself. Flowers, a card, and dessert. Brent -- THANK YOU times a million. I also used their parking garage for a couple of days. It's right next to the building. I never had to go further than the second floor of the garage, which was nice. In and out privileges. Easy access. No complaints. I ordered room service one night and called it in as I was out and about. I ordered a ribeye that came with mashed potatoes and broccolini. The lady who took my order over the phone was extremely pleasant. The gentleman who brought me my food was also pleasant. The food had great flavor. The steak had quite a bit of fat on it but that didn't bother me too much. Also, a thank you to the housekeeping staff. Every day I came back to my garbage emptied and my bed sheets either cleaned or straightened out and the pillows fluffed. Overall, if you're looking for a well-rounded hotel, this is the place. The location is in an area that's not too busy but also close (10-15 minute drive) to a lot of restaurants or activities. read more

Got off to a bumpy start when I checked in after midnight after a hellish 16hr trek to CO inclusive of cancelled and delayed flights, and they gave me the key to a filthy room that was missed at checkout. Filthy is an understatement.. All I wanted after arriving at 2am was to get a hot shower and go to bed.. but the room was disheveled, sheets on the bed from the last person, a wig still in the bathroom, iron out, towels everywhere it was bad. But the staff on hand was able to give me a new room and all was excused. That said... for a 4-STAR hotel... i was shocked there were no robes in the closet and FLOORED that there was NO FULL LENGTH MIRROR anywhere to be found! How could there not be a $2 full length mirror not affixed to the inside of these closet doors is beyond me!! The WiFi... definitely needs work. It's one thing to have spotty service if you're trying not to be reached.. but this hotel is marketed as a conference center and for the internet service to be as sporadic as it was for a week is shameful. Guys you have to do better. We were at a conference with many women who are technologically challenged at best and to have spotty service did not help our cause to try and usher in more technology in any way. Food was decent. Pancakes were fantastic. Add an item to your register for veggie sausage- i nearly went into cardiac arrest when my receipt said pork sausage. Most of the food at the events was decent.. Staff was super nice. Everyone was quite helpful and apologetic for any misstep along the way. All in all I would recommend. Just bring your robe and use your phone's camera for a full length mirror! Definitely up to Hyatt standards. Beautiful hotel, conveniently located very close to the hospital (and Starbucks). So clean. Hyatt beds and pillows are always so comfortable. Beautiful lobby. The double Queen room is quite spacious. We were skeptical of the soaking tubs advertised, but they really are quite deep. I'd definitely stay here again. I just wish there were an indoor hot tub and/or pool that could be enjoyed year round. read more

We had a nasty one-time issue on arrival: their system was down due to the weather, and so we spent 50 minutes waiting in line. However, the staff did not seem all that concerned about how long we had been waiting. While they diligently processed the queue, we were offered absolutely nothing for the privilege of having to wait an hour to check in. Not even a water bottle or points. Definitely could have been handled a lot better. They didn't even give us numbers, so instead we just had to literally stand in line at nearly midnight. After not getting into our room until almost midnight, we still had to pay full price, to boot. The rooms themselves were pretty average, but could have been cleaner. The bed and covers had a big coffee stain on the corner, and the spare blanket was thin as all get-out and positively riddled with holes. Still, better than nothing, but left a lot to be desired in a snowstorm. The toiletries were unusable because between the two of us, they all contained something we were allergic to. On top of that, the water in the conference areas was routinely out, and the walls were thin enough that the noise from other guests kept me up. The hotel food....well...don't bother. I'm afraid this one leaves a lot to be desired for a Hyatt. read more

Unfortunately, we encountered multiple issues that made our stay very exhausting. Firstly, we were not informed upon check-in that the water bottles that are replaced after our requested daily room turnovers would be an extra charge. Fortunately, we did not drink the water, but had to clarify with the front desk. Secondly, there were multiple issues with the key cards for three consecutive days. On the first night, the key card was unable to get us into the parking structure next to the hotel that we PAID for. The front desk gave us new key cards and informed us that it should work. However, the second time also did not work. We had to grab a ticket that they then validated for us since we paid for parking. After a tiring day, we had to walk back and forth three times between the parking structure and lobby, and the issue was still not solved. The key cards also stopped working for the door to our room. We were informed that this could be our fault for placing it near any other credit cards or phones. However, I am quite sure that my card was kept separate in my backpack, and the keys were not working. The key card maker at the front desk just happened to not be working at that moment, so the front desk gave us the master key, which made me feel unsafe that others may have access to a master key as well. read more

Great hotel in a questionable neighborhood. We've stayed here now three times and this last week was the first time we've seen security in the parking garage (huge plus). Last year there were numerous vehicles broken into in the garage. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and roomy. The hotel is starting to show some wear and tear in the rooms which is surprising since it's a newer hotel. But what made our most recent trip was Miri at the front desk who was amazing! The Hyatt Regency is a nice hotel in the Aurora area built near the children's hospital. We stayed here only one night since we were in the midst of a long road trip and did not have too much time to explore the hotel or the neighborhood. The lobby was nice and inviting. They had fruit infused water in the lobby waiting for the guests. Check in was quick and easy. After a long day of driving, quick and easy was all that I wanted. The room was exactly what we wanted with 2 queen beds. The bed was comfortable and gave me a good nights sleep. The room had a small office area, a bathroom area, and a nice large screen television. The room had plenty of USB ports for charging your phone or other electronics. The large screen television had HGTV so that my wife could dream of what she wanted for our home. Parking was either self park and walk a long ways, or valet. My wife preferred the valet parking. Both types of parking were pricey. They have a restaurant on site with a take out section serving Starbucks coffee and pastries. However, the pastries that we wanted were not available. There is a Panera close by if you want something cheaper than hotel pastries. It's a good hotel for a one night stay. I slept good, maybe it was because of their comfortable bed, or it was because I took a pill to aid my sleep. Either way, it got me rested to drive another 600 miles the next day. I throughly enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency! I was in Aurora for a conference at the medical center, and the Hyatt was perfectly located right across the street. It's a comfortable four star hotel with excellent staff. I stayed in the deluxe king room, and it was clean and spacious. The shower was nice as well. The service I received was amazing starting from when I landed in Denver. Jasmine who works at the check-in desk is amazing! She told me how to get to the hotel using the train and allowed me to check in early. Thurmond, the shuttle driver, is excellent as well. He is very friendly and always willing to drive you to your destination. The shuttle can take you anywhere in a three mile radius, even to random restaurants and other businesses. The rest of the staff was very helpful as well. If you're visiting Aurora, I definitely recommend staying at this hotel! read more

Updated review: On our second night Hyatt employee, Jasmine, came to the rescue. She showed my husband an available room with an easy access shower and a bed facing the tv. She was professional and kind. She told us to contact her when booking future visits to ensure we get a room with these two requirements. It makes all the difference in the world when people are good at their jobs, kind, and professional. Thank you Jasmine, we will be staying in the future. Previous review: If I could rate them worse than terrible I would. First the hotel desperately needs a ROOM renovation. We came here from out of state because I am having a medical procedure at the CU Health Anschutz Campus. The only choice in the hotel apparently is a King bed with a tv that doesn't face the bed, or a two queen with a poorly designed step-in bath. The focus became about the hotel rather than my procedure. We waited 30 minutes for a room that had a tv facing the bed, but instead they gave us the same room model we previously had. The third room, two hours later, had this bath (see pics). We requested the day before our reservation to have a microwave. No microwave, we waiting another 30 minutes after the two hours for them to bring up a microwave with food encrusted on the plate. The only place to plug in the microwave was the desk where my husband planned to work from. Meanwhile we could not feed our dog without heating up the water in the microwave. Did I mention it was a six hour drive before starting this HYATT nightmare? Being a member has NO benefits! We called Hyatt customer service and they spoke to a Mary, who just blew us off and did not call us as the Hyatt customer service said she would. read more

This review is for the conference area only. I didn't stay at the hotel. The conference area is modern, clean, and up to date. The lunch service (boxed lunches) was very fast and efficient for around 300 attendees. My only minor quibble is that the room was very cold and the hotel doesn't have a gift shop so I couldn't by a sweatshirt, towel, or anything to keep warm. Parking is $12/day for self park or $20 for valet. My recommendation for anyone going to a meeting here is: bring a jacket. read more

What a beautiful hotel. We have been coming to this hotel for approximately four years for a softball tournament that's fairly large. Each and every time, this hotel goes above and beyond. The food is fantastic, and the overall accommodations are extremely nice. This trip was extra special as we saw our prior year front desk manager by the name of Darsana Lockard and she was extremely friendly and accommodating. Darsana is one of those team members we all wish we could hire! I work for the largest property management company in the United States and when I meet someone like Darsana, I always want to provide feedback and credit where credit is due! She's a keeper and I'm hopeful management knows what they have in her as an employee! Please make sure the right person sees this feedback as she deserves some major accolades. This hotel is very nice, has nice decor in the lobby, and staff members are friendly and very welcoming. The fruit infused water in the lobby is very nice. I would have thought the garage next door would have been free for self parking and valet a little less than $19 per night. There is literally nothing around that would make this garage be so expensive. The room was huge, bigger than my apartment back home. The bathroom extremely nice. The glass front to the shower is very classy, though its a big fail when there is no door or shower curtain to keep the water from going out of the shower. Need to rethink that through as its not great and would even be worse if you were sharing the room/bathroom with someone at the same time you were showering. The bedroom area is huge. There are lots of outlets around the room, as well as USB ports for charging various electronics. This room was clearly built for the technological era!!! The refrigerator hidden behind the wood panel was nifty. The safe was a nice touch. Coffee maker was expected. But no microwave. With everything else, I would have expected the microwave to be there. Huge TV that rotates. Was great to watch, but channels were not as anticipated. The one bad thing both in the room and throughout the hotel was the lousy WiFi!!! If you are building a brand new hotel, you should make sure there is quality WiFi and not the crappy WiFi that you have come up with. Yes, there was an ethernet plug by the phone on the desk, but if you have a system, like a Mac, that doesn't have the ability to plug in an ethernet cable without an adapter, you're screwed! However, I anticipated the WiFi would have been better quality. Borealis is the restaurant on-stie. There is also a Starbucks that I did not visit due to dietary needs that were handled by the restaurant. The restaurant is reviewed in a separate review specific for the restaurant itself. Didn't visit the pool or the fitness center, but heard the views from the pool deck of the Rocky Mountains was amazing! All in all, this was a nice place to stay and I recommend it. However, if management is reading this, I would highly recommend that you get your WiFi problem straightened out. I wasn't the only one had a problem with how turtle slow your network was. read more

I'd love to give this hotel more stars, but it just wasn't clean and during COVID 19 especially, that is not OK. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is really beautiful, especially if you are looking South towards the trees. It's convenient to the medical campus and only 15-20 min to Denver. It needs an update, but understandably that can't happen during a pandemic. They really need to do a better job with cleaning the common spaces and the guest rooms though. Worst of all, when I let the hotel know on their evaluation, they sent me a generic letter from the Food and Beverage Manger and not the GM. It seemed they did not take the feedback about their lack of cleanliness seriously. I will find somewhere else to stay on my visits to Aurora from now on. read more

We were staying at one of the hotels in the Cherry Creek area of Denver because we wanted to be close to downtown and a main highway. However, the hotel was so old and run down that I couldn't sleep all night. I quickly got online and booked a room at this hotel the following morning. I called over to the hotel and told the front desk what my situation was. I asked if I could get an early check in and head over there. The hotel was so nice and accommodating! We quickly headed over there. We were given a great room on the 10th floor with a nice view of the hospital across the street. Very nice view in the evening as well. The room was immaculate! It was not as close to downtown, but it didn't matter. Downtown and anywhere else in Denver area is just a quick jump on the highway! It was however, closer to the airport than our other place. There are also plenty of places to eat around there! The parking is out front or in the parking garage next to the hotel! Beautiful and so perfectly clean!!!! My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, My only complaint is that the the sheets were so crisp they felt like paper - they were rough and not comfortable to sleep in. What a relief to stumble across this gem. We were placed in a horrible, old hotel under construction for our lacrosse team. It was downright disgusting so we searched for nearby hotels and thank goodness for the brand new Hyatt. We arrived very late at night - the staff and valet could not have been more accommodating. Clean hotel, modern and near many restaurants. Would recommend - especially considering we were being charged for the same rate for an outdated nasty hotel not far from here. Very comfortable rooms and they even have a nice seating area outside and a pool. Can not praise enough how courteous and helpful all of the staff is, whether during the day or night. Downside - parking is $19 for valet and $13 for the garage. No street parking available unless you want to take a risk down the street. read more

This review is going to sound harsh. I was leaning towards a 3.5/4 but had to give a 3. This is a new hotel in Aurora near the children's hospital. Clearly, this is an area in transition and the hotel was put here to for conferences, the hotel and nearby school. We chose it because our usual options were booked during 4/20 weekend, and we had to come in last minute for a funeral. One of my biggest pet peeves with hotels is poor and inconsiderate design. While our room was seemingly spacious with a king sized bed, large love seat, two end tables, ottoman, desk, mini entertainment center, and seating chair, the room can not accommodate this furniture if two people stay in the room. The person on the right sized of the bed can NOT get out of the bed comfortably without banging their leg or hip. The couch should be moved further down towards the window (it is either bolted down or too heavy) to provide easier egress. Secondly; the entertainment center is useless. Put it on the wall and provide an Lshaped desk. Two other issues: there was food from room services left out in the hall for more than 14 hours from other guests. We had to ask the front desk to remove it. They charge for parking whether or not you valet. It is $12 or 13 per day and is a decent walk to the front door. Considering its location, you should not be charged. On he positive side, the shower was really nice, bed was comfortable, staff was polite. read more

Super impressed with this hotel. We were here 4 nights so we got to know it well. Very quiet, incredibly nice staff, beautifully decorated public areas & rooms- although I wish there was more storage in the room. There were only 3 drawers in the dresser, 2 of which were small, plus 2 side table drawers which are only big enough for tiny things. A larger dresser could easily fit under the TV stand. In the bathroom, there were only 2 hooks next to the tub and one towel rack by the toilet. The back of the door really needs hooks added to it. The on-site restaurant, Borealis, is better than most hotel restaurants (I reviewed it separately,) great freebie toiletries, wonderful bed and pillows- seriously what are their mattresses?! I want one in my house! Unfortunately, the parking situation is dumb and confusing. There's a garage next door but it's not owned by the hotel and not physically attached to the hotel. We had gorgeous spring-like weather when we were there, but in the hot summer months (yes Denver gets hot. It's a dry heat, but it's still heat) or the snow, walking back and forth would be an annoying little trek. Plus it's $12/day to park there. Ugh. There is valet, but it's of course even more expensive. The valets and bellhops are absolutely wonderful though- they didn't mind us parking in the front driveway at the entrance for a few minutes to unload and pick up/drop off luggage and people. It's a fairly new, absolutely spotlessly clean and beautiful hotel, but because it's so new my poor GPS could never find it because there are several unmarked streets surrounding it. I ended up just kind of driving around and making my own weird way to it. There's construction all over too. No fun, but the hotel is so lovely and relaxing that it more than made up for the construction inconveniences. read more

Been here for a week and then they had to move us cause of smoke detector and wouldn't move us next door to is because the said they couldn't upgrade me, ate you kidding me im spending 1600.00 for 7 days and you couldn't upgrade us for 2 days are you serious. Then I spoke with the manager Chrystal and she was apologetic and gave us dinner on them. It was nice that she responded as fast as she did read more

Shana was wonderful at check in. Went above and beyond during a very busy holiday weekend. Fabulous room, lobby, highly recommend!

Stayed at the Hyatt in Aurora. The location is central to the hospital at UC, which is great. The rooms are all really nice and up to the Hyatt standards. The reason for the three star review is due to location of surrounding area which is not great for walking and has little surrounding entertainment or restaurants. The hotel also serves as a convention center, so the lobby area and bar/restaurant were always packed. Overall, would be a four star experience if you were coming to Denver for the hospital or a conference in the Aurora convention center. read more

My boyfriend and I had to get a hotel last minute at like 1:00 am. We then were greeted with the nicest employee. He helped us get our room asap and was the biggest help! Our room is super nice, big, and clean. Pretty decent prices too! read more

Nice quiet area , nice rooms , shopping center around corner , and a mall about 4 minutes away , a lot of restaurants .

Everything about this hotel, restaurant and bar was top notch. Upon booking this hotel I had read some off putting reviews about surrounding hotels and had low expectations for this location. I was truly blown away. The room was throughly cleaned. All staff I encountered throughout my stay were helpful, cheerful and the best! Working in the hospitality industry myself... I know the challenges that come with the job... I still can't stop talking about my experience!!! I will be staying here whenever I go visit my family again!!! read more
