    Bread pudding

Beautiful property and friendly staff. When you walk in, go left and reception will be in a little alcove (as well as The Market, drinks and small bites). If you have qualifying status, they'll provide water upon check in (or if you walk up) if they have any in their mini fridge. If you have applicable status, the in room water bottles are also free. Their elevators are a bit narrow (a couple with their golf bags and me with my suitcase were a bit cramped), and may take a bit to get to the floor. The decor from the lobby to the hallways and rooms is gorgeous. I highly recommend their room service, by far the best room service I've had so far at a Hyatt property. Their lamb chops were perfectly cooked, tender and crisp. The spinach dip was delicious with a nice amount of bread. And the bread pudding with the ice cream? Dreamy. All items were still hot by the time they arrived, which I imagine was quite the walk for the staff with how the hotel is spaced. So, why only 3 stars then? The walls are pretty thin, especially if you happen to be next to a connected room. The couple next to me was having a lively argument (thankfully they went elsewhere, otherwise I would've switched rooms), so if you're a light sleeper be warned. Cleanliness wasn't consistent in the room. The velvet chairs had enough dust built up to indicate they hadn't been cleaned (or used) in a while. The bathroom also showed some wear and tear with the ceiling showing built up surfactant leaching, and the hair dryer filter had built up dust. Dust was also built up on some of the in room electronics (like the clock/USB charger). I had opted for a late check out (2pm), but around 11:30am was woken by housekeeping who didn't have a list of which guests were confirmed for late checkout. All and all, I'll probably stay again if I'm in the area. I didn't have a chance to check out their new movie theater, if I return I will (even with adult evening prices being at least $25). If you stay, at minimum try out the room service!

The atrium is beautiful! The movie theater for hotel guest is also clean and comfortable! Will stay again soon :)

    Over flowing trash cans

Unfortunately we had a less than great stay here. $25 to self park but the gates don't work so we had to go back a for the to the desk to reprogram room cards. Property trash cans overflowed and our room wasn't serviced. Three calls to get trash towels limited restaurant offerings and 'room service' was delivery in a paper bag missing utensils. We used points for the stay but feel it was a waste of points that could have been used at a better managed property.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich for a night over a four-day trip through Connecticut. The hotel is massive - a rectangle of rooms around a large atrium. The atrium has a bar, but the rest of the space isn't utilized well. The room was pretty nice (large and well-decorated), but the bathroom had seen better days (there was tape around the air vent in the wall of our shower, which surprised me in such a nice hotel). Self-parking was $25/day, which was reasonable compared to a lot of hotels I've stayed in recently where parking can be as much as $70+ per night. The gym was pretty nice, but you go through the gym to get to the indoor pool, which meant that people were constantly getting wet footprints all over the gym floor when they left the pool to use the bathrooms that are in the gym area. The gym was also very humid and spelled like an indoor pool! The location was convenient but not walkable to anything (a Lyft to our dinner reservation was about $12-15). Overall, a fine hotel to stay at in the area.

It was difficult to find the main entrance. During my visit, they were going through major remodeling, and didn't have many options for dinning or getting any kind of drinks. Only a room in the lobby which offered Inside dinning with very limited menu, closing at 9pm. Helpful and friendly staff. Great size rooms but, the ones that are facing their courtyard get limited natural light. Large parking lot with Tesla charging stations.

After doing a little research, I came across The Wheel, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. I made a reservation for Sunday brunch. Finding the entrance was a little confusing at first, and parking took a minute to figure out, but I eventually learned you can park for free at the Village next door, which made things much easier. Once I arrived, I was immediately greeted and shown to the outdoor seating area. Walking through the restaurant, I was impressed by how beautiful the property is. It is incredibly spacious, sits right on the water, and even has an additional outdoor area next door where you can relax away from the restaurant. The views alone make this place worth visiting. Our server, Freddy, was fantastic. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the menu, answer questions, and offer recommendations, which made the experience even better. Now onto the food. To start, we shared the Breakfast Pizza, topped with smoked bacon, crispy potatoes, roasted garlic, mozzarella, two eggs, and fresh cracked black pepper. It was a fun twist on brunch and had great flavor. We also ordered the Shrimp and Grits, made with cheddar grits, wild caught shrimp, a poached egg, and chimichurri. Rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich looked outstanding. Made with organic Murray's chicken, hot honey, coleslaw, and dill pickles, it came with fries and disappeared quickly. For my entrée, I ordered the Steak and Eggs, featuring grilled hanger steak, two eggs, breakfast potatoes, and chimichurri. The steak had excellent flavor, although I ordered it medium and it came out closer to well done. It was my only real issue with the meal. We also tried a couple of cocktails. The Orange Crush was refreshing and perfect for brunch, while the bourbon, Aperol, peach, Earl Grey, and lemon cocktail was smooth, balanced, and equally enjoyable. Dessert was the perfect ending. The Take 5 Sundae with peanut butter crunch, pretzels, whipped cream, vanilla bean caramel, chocolate ice cream, and hot fudge was absolutely delicious. We also had the Tres Leches, topped with strawberries and vanilla whipped cream, which was light, moist, and a great way to finish the meal. Overall, everything we ordered was delicious. Aside from the slightly confusing entrance, parking, and my overcooked steak, the entire experience was outstanding. The waterfront setting, excellent service, beautiful atmosphere, and quality food make this one of the best brunch spots in Stamford. I will definitely be back. Next time I already have my eye on the Banana Buttermilk Bread, Village Breakfast, Braised Short Rib Hash, Wheel House Burger, Margherita Pizza, Smoked Salmon Pizza, and the Crispy Chicken Sandwich for myself. For drinks, I want to try the Charred Citrus, One in a Melon, and the Orange Crush. And I definitely need to save room for the Vanilla Bean Cheesecake.

Favorite dish selections per voting of the table, were the brussel sprouts (~$20), calamari (~$20), and NY strip (~$50) specifically because of the tallow fried rice that laid underneath the steak! Although we enjoyed the quality and quantity of food, the service was quite slow. Our waitstaff didn't come by very often to take drink orders, refill water glasses, or follow up. It didn't seem too busy that evening, so we were a bit surprised. We stayed in the dining room on this trip, but hope to come back for a nice evening when the outside patio area is available.

Nikki, Charlotte, and their team flawlessly planned and executed our 100+ person wedding in Connecticut and transformed our backyard and home into a beautiful, professional venue. During the planning process, our coordinators maintained transparent communication with us and were extremely responsive to our ongoing questions, concerns, and changes. They helped organize with our other vendors (DJ, photographer, etc.), and provided meaningful advice and guidelines every step of the way - from selecting our menu to choosing venue décor and even providing advice as to how to word our invitations. On the day of our wedding, those same coordinators ensured that the event proceeded smoothly, monitoring the timeline, flow, and jumping in where needed. For example: when we arrived home from the ceremony, we were immediately met by Nikki's staff who had specifically prepared appetizers and drinks for the wedding party to enjoy (and to replenish!) before making our big introduction to the rest of the wedding guests. Many of our guests raved about the food being among the best they have had at a wedding. This is by far where Nikki Glekas Events stands head and shoulders above other event planners / caterers - her food is simply excellent. To successfully plate 100+ meals outside in Connecticut during October, to keep them HOT, and to maintain quality is no small feat. Nikki's team executed this with ease. Maureen, Steve and Sarah are extremely helpful and made our arrival and stay pleasant. Our investment firm needed space for 2 to 3 months prior to moving into full-time real estate in downtown Stamford. Serendipity ended up being a great fit for that time period. Pros: 1. Immediate Move In - You can speak with Maureen and then bring in your laptop same day 2. Clean & Comfortable Space - Solid design, good furniture, and great conference rooms with solid flat screen TV's for projection. 3. Client First Mindset - Maureen, Steve and Sarah who run the location really do put the tenants needs first. They were flexible on several locations. Some small but important examples (needed documents printed quickly, needed temporary access for candidates to be interviewed, needed flexibility on our move out date) 4. Nice Kitchen - There is coffee, snacks (for purchase) and a large refrigerator. 5. More Professional Than We Works - I've been to several of the We Works in New York and some feel like a party. They're more of a fit for people right out of college. Con's (Mostly Minor): 1. Printing - The setup for printing was a challenge if you have a Mac computer 2. Access Door - The one access door between the two sections of the building didn't work very well. Steve and team spent a lot of time trying to fix it but it was a challenge for two months we were there. 3.
