I have been going to Salous for years, and realized that I hand't written a review for them. I also bought a tuxedo from Bill-- it is a beautiful tux, and again, the price was competitive and the quality of the tux was exceptional. I was greeted the minute I walked in the door and was assisted by 2 sales associates - a gentleman who appeared to be in charge and a young lady by the name of Cheyenne who was in training. Both of them were so helpful and I was able to order everything that day for the groom and groomsmen in less than an hour. The next time I went to this store (a month after my first visit) with my fiance for his fitting Cheyenne was again working and remembered me immediately and assisted us on her own with the fitting and was able to answer every question we had - very impressive considering she was still fairly new- and in such a pleasant, friendly manner!! I again had to visit the store a week later as we had a change in groomsmen and wasn't sure how to do it. I walked in and immediately was greeted with a warm welcome and there was Cheyenne ready to assist and again was able to make all the changes I needed quickly and efficiently as if she'd been doing this for years - it's such a relief as a customer knowing you have someone to service you who knows what they're doing and is on top of everything - having been in customer service for over 10 years myself I have no doubt Cheyenne's abilities along with her personality will continue to be a great asset to the Greenfield store!!!!

No help with anything else. No follow up questions. We asked if we could try it on and if there were any pants to get a look of a tux versus just putting a jacket on to decide a wedding outfit. She kept reiterate everything comes from Texas. Manager finally told her to grab a pair of pants and shoes (she only brought 1 shoe). Ended up leaving due to poor service. Will probably go to a different location.

When I went to pick it up, my bill was just short of$70.00, I thought maybe dry cleaning is super expensive in WI (I'm from Illinois where I thought everything was more expensive), again, my fault that I didn't get more information but let me return to the tone that was set by the very unfriendly attendant. But here is why I am writing the review, the gentlemen who waited on me when I picked was contentious right off the bat when I asked about the breakdown of prices, I honestly was genuinely curious. He explained to me that dresses are subject what they subjectively deem type special dresses (my 70.00 dress from David's Bridal cost half that to clean, more than a suit, it is jersey material). I was in sticker shock but that is not the issue, it was his VERY condescending words and attitude that really struck me. I walked knowing that I would be finding a new cleaners, they certainly cant be anymore expensive! Hopefully they will be kinder!

I called here earlier today because I needed something on one of my Air Force uniforms for an event…read morefor tomorrow. Since there isn't really an Air Force Base here I wasn't really sure where to get anything done and ensure that it got done correctly and according to our normal uniform regulations. After calling here I asked if they could show something on my uniform but I needed it today for an event tomorrow . The girl was really polite and said it should be about six dollars but she'd have to look at what needs to get done to give her proper estimate and I'd probably be better off just bring it. So my fiancé and I decided just bring it in real quick and see if it was possible to get it done in time that we needed. Once we brought my uniform and she told me that yes they could take the ring from my shirt and throw it that rank onto my dress uniform. They charge me $20 for a ticket get done right in that moment. To be honest that's the cheapest I've been able to get my uniform done that quickly without having to wait and having them also take the rank off of the previous uniform. Some places will charge you less if you use a sea ripper and get the rink off yourself but we didn't want to deal with all of that. The other woman who I'm guessing is the owner was also very friendly and made sure that everything was done accordingly. While we were waiting several other customers came in and we're very happy about the service that they were getting as well so this is definitely going to be my new go to spot while I live in Milwaukee for anything uniform or alteration needed. Did I mention they have a really cute golden doodle needs stitches ?!

Unfortunately the first person didn't do a good job so my dress was still too big. I saw this place on Yelp and it seemed to have good reviews so I thought I'd check it out. I didn't make an appointment and he took me right away, the store is right in downtown Whitefish Bay. I went in July 6th and he said it would be ready by July 20th, which was plenty of time since my wedding isn't until end of August. When I went to go pick it up, I tried it on and it fit exactly how I wanted! So happy with the results! Definitely come here!

However, sometimes I get the feeling that he charges what he wants and chooses arbitrary times for the items to be finished. No pricing is posted, and while I don't have that much experience with other tailors, the prices seem high. One time I brought some pants to be hemmed and arrived on the day he said they would be done (two weeks from the date I brought them in), but they weren't. He apologized and gave me a discount when I came in the next day to pick them up.
