I was amazed at their efficiency. Gabby, my sleep coach, was supportive and efficient. She was on top of every detail and helped me get medication for my restless legs syndrome. I am having a good night's sleep 70-100 percent of the time, a vast improvement from before. The lower percentages are a result of some poor decision-making on my part rather than anything this sleep center has done.

Lisa helped us properly set up our baby's nursery for optimal sleep and guided us in establishing healthy sleep habits while eliminating the ones that were making sleep difficult. Before working with her, our baby relied heavily on being breastfed, rocked, and soothed to sleep. It often took hours to get him down, and naps could take up most of my day.
