I bought a pound to prepare with my French Press at hotel and the roaster grinded it to a perfect coarse. Side note: please never drink coffee from those hotel room machines. Their pastries also looked very good and with how tasty the homemade bread was, I imagine the empanadas would be tasty as well. They even have a beef banana flavor which I want to try next time.
