My sister and I had scheduled 5:00 PM appointments, arrived early, and still waited over an hour before our IVs were even started, with only ONE other customer there. No communication, no check-ins, nothing. At one point my sister pressed the call button multiple times because she urgently needed to use the restroom and was literally stuck with an IV in her arm, and no one came for nearly 20 minutes. We didn't leave until 7:15 PM. Over two hours for something that should have taken about an hour. I was already sick and this experience made it worse. But honestly, the real issue is how Britt handled it after. Instead of taking accountability, she immediately jumped to excuses. She blamed "unforeseen circumstances," another guest, prep time, anything but her own business operations. Even when we clearly explained that we had scheduled appointments and there was only one other person there, she continued to deflect. Then came the communication issues, which were honestly shocking for a business owner. She ignored our emails for days at a time, pushed for phone calls but would only offer weekend availability even after we repeatedly said we were only available on weekdays, and then justified it by saying weekends were the only time she could talk because she has kids. While I can empathize with being busy, that is not the customer's responsibility to accommodate, especially when it is her business that failed. At one point, after a full week of no response, she replied to our availability with a single word: "Ok." That alone tells you everything you need to know about how seriously she takes her customers. She also tried to shift blame onto us, saying there may have been a "lack of communication" on our end and even questioning whether we actually pressed the call button, despite us clearly stating we did multiple times. Being told "our staff said that didn't happen" instead of addressing the issue is incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. And after all of this, she flat out refused a refund, stating "you both received the therapies you ordered" and ended the conversation with "I think it's time for us to move on." That is not how you treat paying customers, especially loyal ones. This was not just a bad appointment. It was a complete failure in customer care, accountability, and professionalism from the top down. I would strongly recommend going anywhere else.

She had us fill out all the necessary documents and informed us our colonic specialist will be with us shortly. As we waited, we asked her questions about different vitamin supplements they had Available And what she would recommend for high blood pressure, urinary health. Parasite, cleanses, etc. She was very knowledgeable and when she didn't have an answer, she would go out of her way to look it up whether it was online, or a book that look like a Bible that talked about what supplements were good for what. When she didn't find it there, she asked another individual for help! Wish I could remember her name. She gets a 10 out of 10 from me. When it was time for our service, we were walked to the back. The facility was really clean. Everything was decorated beautifully. When I entered the room where the colonic was performed, the technician explained to me how everything worked. There was a television that was off with no offering of the remote or to turn it on. There was a candle not lit. It appeared that there were things available to make a relaxing atmosphere but just not utilized. There was a tile missing from the ceiling. This was NOT my first colonic but it was my FIRST time at Colonic of Atlanta-Vinings. At a first…read moreglance it was ok and I noticed a mop and bucket in the corner. I think this should have been placed out of site. I explain to Treves that I was familiar with colonic and was in the middle of a parasite cleanse and have no issued but wanted to add the colonic to my cleanse. I also told her that I didn't need the demonstration and she was fine with that. She quoted me the time for a 45-minute session but I had to correct her because I paid for the 1-hour session. She left the room for me to undress and get on the spa table. 1. The rectal tube was placed inside plastic that had the tube plus the lubricate packet which was open and soaked with water (this is a contamination issue). The lubricant pack should not be open until you are ready to use and the rectal tubing should not be soaked in water and I didn't know how long this water sat inside the package of water. 2. Once Treves turned on the water and left, I had to call her back to get access to the massager, she never offered and I as unable to reach it from the table. After a few minutes I managed to get the heating pad myself after realizing she didn't offer this even though it was already turned on and ready for usage. 3. Later, I asking Treves to check my tube because it felt like water was going up my back, she was immediately irritated, the tube was in fact bent. In other facilities the tubes are a lit longer and more flexible but this tube was short and could easily be pulled from the machine. I also asked if she could adjust the water temperature- immediately irritated at my request. After my session was over and the water was turned off Treves wanted me to immediately sit up. This is OUT OF ORDER! I just spent 1 hours of my internal muscles contracting, as a nurse it should be common knowledge to give the patient a few minutes alone and if they need assistance then you assist. 4. Treves demanded that I sit up immediately as if I was inconveniencing her (mind you she asked me to come early and I did). I explained to her that I needed a minute for my body to adjust. After about 2 minutes, Treves asked me to message my stomach to ensure the water is out, mind you that's the purpose of the massager, yet I followed her instructions. Then she proceeded to rush me to get off the table and asked me to lean forward. I replied that I did not need help with getting off the table and I could manage the rest. Treves replied "I need you to do it MY WAY so that you don't get anything on the floor". By this time my brain is saying Who TF is she talking to? I paused and did what she asked knowing I could never be back. A patient should never be rushed off the table after a colonic. 5. Treves told me to get dressed and met her in the office. THERE IS A FACET CONNECTED TO THE SPA TABLE THAT SHOULD TO TURNED ON SO THAT PATIENTS CAN CLEAN THEMSELVES AFTER THE TREATMENT. I HAD TO ASK HER TO TURN OF THE FACET TO CLEAN MYSELF AND SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE WHEN I MADE THIS REQUEST!!!!! After I was done, I went to her dirty looking dark office and she had the nerve to have a bible on the dirty table-Chile bye! I sat in the parking lot and after 10 minutes, Treves was already in her car and gone, which means she spent less than 8 minutes to sanitize the???? NO THANK YOU! I WILL NEVER BE BACK. This was an unprofessional and horrible experience for any first timer. Luckily this was not my first time. My spa is "The Essential Nurse" in Marietta and she is professional; the atmosphere is top tier and clean. The nurse is Alicia and I didn't know how high she set the bar until I came to this dirty unprofessional old looking location.
