The vitamin lady completes the test and advises you of your blood type. You are given paperwork on the food that are good for you ajd the foods you should avoid. The vitamin lady then provides information on each blood type and also how your blood type plays apart of your personality. They also have waters, vitamins, creams, juices, salads, soup ajd wraps for purchase. Overall, this was very informative and I would recommend.
