We didn't leave until 7:15 PM. Over two hours for something that should have taken about an hour. I was already sick and this experience made it worse. But honestly, the real issue is how Britt handled it after. Instead of taking accountability, she immediately jumped to excuses. She blamed "unforeseen circumstances," another guest, prep time, anything but her own business operations. Even when we clearly explained that we had scheduled appointments and there was only one other person there, she continued to deflect. Then came the communication issues, which were honestly shocking for a business owner. She ignored our emails for days at a time, pushed for phone calls but would only offer weekend availability even after we repeatedly said we were only available on weekdays, and then justified it by saying weekends were the only time she could talk because she has kids. While I can empathize with being busy, that is not the customer's responsibility to accommodate, especially when it is her business that failed. At one point, after a full week of no response, she replied to our availability with a single word: "Ok." That alone tells you everything you need to know about how seriously she takes her customers. She also tried to shift blame onto us, saying there may have been a "lack of communication" on our end and even questioning whether we actually pressed the call button, despite us clearly stating we did multiple times. Being told "our staff said that didn't happen" instead of addressing the issue is incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. And after all of this, she flat out refused a refund, stating "you both received the therapies you ordered" and ended the conversation with "I think it's time for us to move on." That is not how you treat paying customers, especially loyal ones. This was not just a bad appointment. It was a complete failure in customer care, accountability, and professionalism from the top down. I would strongly recommend going anywhere else.

A new trainee handed me a clipboard with the normal "paperwork" that all these clinics and salons or whatever random company must keep on file nowadays. The wait was about 20-30 minutes. I was seen by the doctor's assistant, who talked with me about goals, current diet, and how I can improve. I'd already lost a couple stubborn lbs. on my own, I just wanted the cheat pills. Hehe. Instead of me returning for 3 more weeks of B-12 injections, I opted for 1 Lipotonic shot. Umm... They give it to you in your bum cheek, so be ready. Not painful for me at all. The assistant tells me that they will mail the appetite suppressants to my house. Huh? Who does that? Just give em to me while I'm here. The sales lady comes in, flies through a bunch of stuff I already knew, then she was out the door. She left the suppressants and vitamins with me. Good. Finally, the doctor comes in. He's an older guy with a potbelly and a little extra weight on him... He acknowledged this immediately & pointed out the irony in him running a weight loss clinic but being a bigger guy himself. He reiterated everything the assistant said about my current diet habits and exercise. Aaand, that was about it. The pills aren't as effective as the type I had before at a different clinic. There's no reminder sent that you're due for an "annual visit" so you need to keep track of when your last appointment was and when your prescriptions expire. They will not renew your prescriptions if you haven't been in person in over a year. The phone is rarely answered when you call, but I was pleasantly surprised that this time I received a text message reply allowing me to text back and schedule an appointment. Sadly still no option to schedule online or via email but at least they allow text messages now. Also in the year 2026 you are still required to wear a mask to enter. Thankfully I stash one in my car for these reasons but I noticed they gave one to someone else who had come in after me. The website is also frequently down. Thankfully I remembered where to go in the garage and which door to enter but if it's your first time you will want to know this before you get in the car to go there. It's not intuitive at all. Thankfully my skin concerns are mostly about routine maintenance at this point so these visits tend to be very easy. Last time was with the female PA and this time was the male. Both were very friendly and attentive. I arrived shortly before my 3:00 appointment and wasn't called to the back until 3:30. The visit was brief and by the time I'd scheduled my next appointment it was already 4:00. Wait time can definitely be improved but at least it's possible to communicate with the office via text now.
