Overall, they are a 5-star operation I did 10 Hydrogen Peroxide IVs starting at 2ml and ending at 5ml. I also did a NAD+ Pros: Excellent service and the most inexpensive in the area, great package deals and also the most inexpensive in the area, always checking to see you are well during treatment and that the IV is fine, they always ask if you need water, cool massage chairs to get the IV in to tight tissues, TVs all around with Netflix and other streaming platforms , and I love the private room. It takes a lot for me to leave bad reviews for businesses but I fought the urge long enough on this one. A couple months ago I went into VIVA and a lady named Lorraine was the person putting in the IVs. I'd never seen her before and I was getting IVs there at least once a week since I opted for the membership a month or two before. She was abrasive from the get go but whatever, I don't need anyone to kiss my ass the second I walk through the door, I just want my over priced intravenous vitamins. I told her what I wanted and sat down, she proceeds to stick my arm In the most ham-fisted way I've ever experienced. Hands down the most painful IV stick I've ever gotten, she tried to jam the needle in and out apparently looking for the vein she missed, all while she's telling me it's rolling, the valve closed, I have tough veins, all of which is code for "I'm a bad phlebotomist". So I say OK Lorraine that's fine why don't we try another one because this is really starting to hurt. So she pulls the needle out continuing to tell me how she's been a nurse for 20 years and this has never happened and it's somehow my fault because I have tough veins; I'm thinking, I don't really care just stick me correctly. It also occurs to me that if you've been a nurse for 20 years lady, how the hell did you end up working in a rinky dink little IV place? So she tries my other arm; again she sticks it clumsily, it was painful but I assumed/hoped she hit the vein, she starts the IV and Soon after that, an intense throbbing pain is going up and down my entire arm and the area next to the IV is swelling up with fluid. Clearly she missed the vein, still telling me how she's been a nurse for 20 years and it's all my fault because my veins suck blah blah blah. Now I'm getting really upset, mostly at the deflection of blame. But apparently I'm not brightest and I think "there's no way she can mess this up three times in a row" ... WRONG! We give it a minute so I can relax and she decides to use the vein in my hand. I could tell almost instantly that she missed it again the stick hurt like a crazy, but I was hell bent on getting my damn IV so I let it ride. She starts the drip and wouldn't you know it swelling and throbbing pain. Finally I'm full-blown pissed off, I wasn't being very friendly at the point seeing as how I'd just been straight up tortured for 30 minutes. I get up, go to the lobby explain what happen to the receptionist, she offers a weak apology, tells me that they'd make it up me somehow and that the owner would get in contact with me; then I left. Well, no one ever reached out. I even went by there a couple more times and asked about someone reaching out, still never happened. There are a thousand of these places around the valley. This one is owned by someone one who clearly has it going as a side hustle, isn't actively involved in the business other than collecting money. Maintaining quality control or hiring competent staff doesn't seem to be a huge issue for him. Not to mention it's grossly over priced. If it were 10 years ago I'd my guess that the owner, the esteemed Dr. Jerome Cordova would have a handful of "Pain Management" clinics if you catch my drift. Don't get suckered like I did, This place is a cash grab and I would strongly recommend avoiding it. read more

Dr likes to over exaggerate! I have as many positive reviews as negative. It just so happens I've been going to K Med Spa for IV therapy, didn't have an issue with her getting an IV started with me. BEWARE ANYONE THINKING OF USING VIVA THERAPIES!!!!! This is my 3rd visit to Viva Therapy and they have always been a great and convenient location. However, I needed to get a rapid covid test to return to work after feeling a little sick over the weekend. I decided to take a CVS lab test the day before, but I needed results a little faster than 48 hours so decided to use Viva Therapy again. I paid $150.00 for the 15 minute rapid which took almost 1.5 hours to receive (don't pay for a rapid here at all if your in a hurry). Then nearly 2 hours later I got my test results saying negative. However, feeling how I felt yesterday, sweating, with a headache, and just feeling super out of it. I thought to myself no way am I going to go to my place of business with over 200 people feeling like this, at the very least I'm waiting for my CVS lab test. Then it was received that same night Positive Covid test. I then sent a screen shot of the test to Viva and they said basically sorry, but not sorry. I told them well for starters I paid for a rapid and didn't receive anywhere near the time promised within 15 minutes, and 2 whoever looked at the results or did the test completely jacked it up which if I was in such a hurry to go to a place with a populated setting many people would have also got covid only because someone in the lab was either being lazy or didn't identify the correct specimen in the test. I asked the owner politely the first 2 times through email to please refund the $150.00 for a faulty test and highly inaccurate as well in addition to the timing. They fought back and said they will only refund $20 for the rapid results taking longer than expected and that the cost of materials to do the test isn't free. Not sure where the employee or owner thought I was trying to get a free test, no I want an accurate test and your lucky I didn't actual go to a populated area with this faulty test. Even my friends and family said I don't know you shouldn't trust that test your pretty sick to be honest......6 hours later that same day I have a clear positive Covid test from a reliable facility at CVS. Sorry I tried to help the local businesses and give you my business the first 2 times. poor customer service and terrible way to handle a repeat client. Good luck!!!! read more

This was my first time getting an IV, and I'm so glad we found VIVA (on yelp)! It was a great experience from start to finish! I called the morning of -- to ask if they take walk-ins -- and the staff was so helpful and friendly. We walked in this afternoon, and they got us in right away. They were really great at explaining the different IV mixtures and the benefits of each. The whole experience was so comfy, bc they had reclining chairs, blankets, and Netflix so we could catch up on Bridgerton while getting our IV! We'll definitely be coming back! read more

Neither the girl at the front desk or the R.N. were able to provide information on what the ingredients of the various choices did for the body. The R.N. was unhappy that I would not let her start the I.V. in my hand. She attempted the I.V. twice and on the second try it infiltrated so it became painful. She did stop the drip right away but left it in my arm so long (she was helping someone else) that I ended up removing it myself. So I don't know how I would have felt after the infusion as I never received it. She continually tried to start an I.V. in my hand after I declined several times. The furniture is comfortable enough. Off white leather. But the ottoman next to me was dirty. It appeared to be drops of dried blood. I was hoping for and expecting so much more than this. I will try another infusion location but will never return here. read more

I'm taking the time to write this because I really need Ivs and want to go here. The nurses need to practice talking to individuals about heir health privately. I was in a dark silent room , no relaxing tv on and she proceeded to push me on why I wanted high dose vitamin c in front of another client. Rookie move in the health field. Put on some Relaxing earth or nature shows on tv or something besides just tossing the remote to someone in the room Better Bedside manner Keep clients health issues private not public discussion in the iv room Educate yourself in high dose vitamin c and perhaps have a list prepared of costs and doses so we can compare for the best price because these girls are clueless. List the doses of vitamin in the bag so we know what we are getting And weather or not we might need a add on I paid 100 for 10 grams of vitamin c. 100 for glutathione and 60 for a saline bag I repeat they charge you 60 for a sailing bag when one other pre made drops are 170 .... My high does was 260 Are you following me here ... when nothing is in writing your just being verbally guided and it is confusing when we should be relaxing. I can't believe I found this little gem. They saved me from having to go to the ER for dehydration last night! I am 30 weeks pregnant and they took me without question where as most of the other iv places refused service to me (across the street). From the moment I walked in they were so kind, helpful and concerned. The chairs recline and are very comfortable while you watch anything you want on tv. I would recommend everyone come here, especially during the summer, for dehydration, vitamins and electrolyte renewal. Don't go anywhere else come to Viva. read more

I've heard all the hype about IV therapy and always wanted to try it. This weekend presented the perfect chance to go as I was feeling extremely dehydrated. We all know that those Arizona summers can really catch up to you no matter HOW much water you drink. I scheduled my appointment online and walked in first thing in the morning. The gals were so incredibly nice and accommodating, the overall experience was very relaxing. I did a hydration + b12 IV and instantly started feeling amazing! The facility was spotless and had a very nice ambiance. I'm a huge fan of the massage chairs at Viva IV too! I got to sit back, relax, and watch The Office on the big screen in front of me. I first learned about IV therapy in Nashville, had a night of drinking in old town and god did I feel it the next day. I yelped a few places in the area and my first stop was the Drip room a few blocks away I actually ended up leaving because the prices didn't match what was on the website and the interior of the location was kind of creepy as if I was in someone's garage , I drove a few blocks to viva and upon walking in I could immediately feel a difference much cleaner and more spacious, comfortable set up. What really made this a great experience was Amanda and April. They were really sweet and kind , made me feel welcome and had me accommodated with exactly what I was looking for. I was able to kick back watch Netflix while sipping on some pedialite while getting some much needed fluids. Amanda was able to put an IV in the first try without any difficulty (she did brag about this afterwards ;) ) I feel a million times better already as I'm typing this and watching animal planet on Netflix. So far I've learned that Slugs have four noses. . Elephants can't jump The heart of a shrimp is located in its head ... Anyways , if you're hungover check this place out , hopefully you get Amanda or April , you'll def feel much better. I'm about to leave here and go drink again :) read more

Been here twice. Love the idea. For the second time I went, I was a little irritated. Was sitting for a little while when the nurses didn't come check on me, take vitals or anything. They helped two men who came after I did and did not have an appointment. I watched one nurse wear the same glove after helping four people. I had to ask her to change her gloves before she touched me. I get it, it was busy for the two nurses so maybe adding another one for the 7 people would be better to allow proper procedure. read more

The nurse hit a nerve sending my body into a vagal response which made my whole body tremble. She took out the needle and said I still had to pay $150 for the bag. I said no and she said I have to try again. I said no and she called the doctor that said I had to pay for $75 for it. I push back and eventually they didn't charge me.
