However, as luck would have it it didn't work. I called Elk Grove Power equipment to see if they could fix it. I was referred to California Steam. I called and spoke to the Manager Rick and told him what had happened. He told me to bring it down with all the parts and said they would take a look at it. I met with Francisco, a very pleasant gentleman. He looked at all the parts and was able to use one of the existing parts that had frozen and replaced everything else with Quick-Connect parts. It took some doing but he was able to get the job done. Upon completion he not only checked to make sure the pressure washer worked correctly he also gave me a quick lesson in properly charging and discharging the pressure washer. Francisco was very thoughtful on the process and took the time to work out my problem. It is nice to see someone take pride in their work and be helpful to the customers the good old fashion way.
