The initial problem was structural but Mohammad conducted a comprehensive analysis to ensure the mower was cutting correctly, the charger was working properly and the battery was holding a charge (it wasn't). I was so impressed, I brought over my son's gas mower and they fixed it on the spot. I was expecting to pay quite a bit for the repair of both mowers. However, the bill I received, for what they did, left me feeling I should be paying more. It was just an incredible value. In addition, through discussion of our home needs, Howard suggested evaluation of a Central Vacuum system the home was built with. Since we had not used the system after purchasing the home 5 years ago, we had Howard come to check the system for us. The level of efficiency is unmatched.
