This seemed reasonable, so we made an appointment for the following Monday morning. Monday, Carlos texted me early in the morning, letting me know that he would arrive within half an hour, assuming we still needed his help. I confirmed, and he came on time, ready to work. He neatly and efficiently dismantled the dryer and identified the part that was broken. Gave me a quote for the repair, and let me know that he did not have that part with him, so he would need a couple hours to pick it up. When he returned with the part, he installed it, reassembled the dryer and tested everything. He then advised us to do a vent cleaning (something he does not do, but he does have contacts) to avoid another failure. I found him to be very capable, a really nice person, reliable and offering fair prices for his services. Should we have an issue with another appliance, I would definitely hire him again and I fully recommend him.

My unit went out when the temperatures were still dropping significantly at night. Not only did the technician replace the amp that went out, but I also had a smart thermometer/thermostat that I wanted to have installed but had not made an appointment for he was able to do both very efficiently and I would say in about an hour and a half. This also included allowing me to paint behind the new thermostat so that the wall paint matched. I feel like this appointment was one of the most efficient. Appointments I have had in a very long time as I got three things done in about one hour! Highly recommend! Very good technically!
