Our toilets started raising up and not flushing. We had a man come over and clear the vent, which…read moreseemed to solve the problem. But then it returned. Meanwhile our drains had always been sort of slow I called Drain Medics to just look down the vent pipe to see if it had really been properly cleared. They have a visual tube to stick down pipes and see what's going on. I thought the vent pipe may not have been fully unclogged. But when Austin arrived he immediately spotted something on the front yard that changed everything. A wet patch right under our window was in fact leaking sewage. With poopoo and all! When he put the visual tube in that big drain pipe we saw the entire inside of a very corroded old cast iron pipe going all the way out some 30 feet. Austin said this rough corrosion would catch T-paper and plug it up. Then in a day or two they'd melt, but then in a few days it'd do the same thing again. Austin told us most plumbers would replace the drain pipe. That would dig up our lovely natural lawn, take several days, and would be pricey. He could do a coring out of the inner corrosion of our pipe and then coat that with a strong epoxy resin which would fix the problem. It's guaranteed for 25 years at about 3/4 the pipe-replacement price, would also save our front yard from destruction, and take only a day. We accepted. Upon further research, I found they were indeed representing the situation correctly and their prices were very reasonable. And moreover they among the few plumbers uniquely qualified to do such repair and at such a price, as this was their specialty. They showed up and did the work brilliantly. I've watched people work and have some experience in the field, and they were top notch. Everything went without a hitch. Again, I cannot praise their professionalism, friendliness, and efficacy enough. Well, a few days have passed. The drains drain faster. The toilets flush better. A job I feel really good about. I consider it among the best investments in our little old casita that we've made.

We rarely write long reviews, but Drain Medics truly deserves it…read more We started having recurring sewer and drain problems that kept getting worse over time. After multiple backups and temporary fixes from other plumbers, it became clear our sewer system was failing. We called several companies and got a wide range of opinions -- everything from full excavation to vague promises of "trenchless" solutions with very little explanation or proof. From the first visit, Robert and the Drain Medics team were completely different. Instead of jumping straight to selling us something, they took the time to properly diagnose the issue. They ran a camera inspection, showed us exactly what was going on inside the pipe, and explained the condition of the line in a way that actually made sense. What really stood out was their real-world experience with sewer relining. Other companies said they offered it, but couldn't show past work, footage, or confidently explain the process. Drain Medics clearly specializes in this -- and it showed. Robert walked us through every step of the relining process, explained why it was the right long-term solution, and answered all of our questions honestly. There was no pressure, no scare tactics, and no upselling. Just straightforward facts and options. The crew was professional, respectful of our property, and incredibly efficient. They restored and relined our failing sewer and drain system without tearing up our yard or home, and kept us informed the entire time. The before-and-after camera footage was impressive, and the final result gave us peace of mind we hadn't had in years. What really sets Drain Medics apart is trust. They do what they say they're going to do, they explain why they're doing it, and they stand behind their work. You can tell this isn't a company that just "added relining" as a service -- this is what they actually do, and they do it extremely well. If you're dealing with sewer issues and want an honest diagnosis, real trenchless experience, and a team that takes pride in doing things the right way, choose Drain Medics. We're extremely glad we did. They also were very affordable compared to other companies!!

Second,…read moreinflated prices, and overstating services needed are apparently the status quo based on the majority of reviews posted. Sadly, my experience was very similar. Response time was great, but I had already made accessing the drain obstruction very easy by removing the toilet. I used my own drain auger and discovered a potential obstruction no more than 6 feet in from the toilet access. Needing a larger auger, I found Mr. Rooter offered a drain clearing service for $95, so I called. Two plumbers arrived within 45 minutes or less. I was immediately provided a quote of $350 for them to clear the drain. I argued against this, showing them the coupon online. They would not honor it because the coupon stipulated accessing the drain from an "external access point" which is outside of the house, and nearly 50 feet away from the drain obstruction. I argued that it was much easier to go through the exposed toilet drain than to run a snake a longer distance from outside. The plumber held firmly with his quote. My renters were looking for me to make a decision. In their best interest, I agreed to the $350 and figured I would settle it with the office later. The plumbers brought in their large auger and ran it through the drain. They pulled out some debris and immediately told me that I needed a hydrocleaning service at a cost of $1500. They started packing up their tools. I told them that if I am paying $350, I want them to run their auger through the drain at least one more time. One of the plumbers told me that it would not do any good except punch a hole in the clog. I told him that the more holes he punches in the clog, the better off everything will be for now. Reluctantly, he agreed to it and ran the auger through one more time. We dumped water down the drain and it flowed freely. Contrary to what you see on their commercials, they did not leave my bathroom as they found it. There was a layer of fine dirt all over the floor, which was shedding from their clothing, from a previous job they were on. One of the plumbers did offer to clean it up, But I told him I would take care of it. I would imagine there was a trail of dust 2/from the front door as well, but not nearly as noticeable. After the plumbers left,, I called the local office to dispute the charge and was connected to a service manager. The service manager told me that I had already approved the service and there was nothing he could do. I then asked the manager about another online coupon for $75 off a service of $200 or more. Again, he refused to honor that coupon saying I already agreed to the services and they were paid for. He also said their system would not allow any refunds. This is beyond absurd, as any point of sale system will allow a credit/refund to be issued to a customer. He was standing firm. I told him that I wanted to speak to the owner of the franchise because it is in their best interest to have a satisfied customer as opposed to someone very dissatisfied as I was. The service manager told me he would pass along my message. I received a call from the general manager, who once again echoed that I had approved the services. I told him that I paid $350 for 30 minutes worth of light duty work and that I was only asking for a $75 credit. He did eventually agree to it and issued the credit. I let him know that the online coupon lacks detail and is designed to lure customers in who are then giving a much higher quote for a similar service. He said corporate is responsible for the coupons. To me, this is a classic bait and switch scheme. Lure customers in with an easy to read, low cost coupon, and then stick it to them when it comes time to quote. While I was issued a $75 credit, I still ended up paying $275 for 30 minutes of very light duty work. I researched The hydrocutter tool that Mr. Rooter was proposing to use at a cost of $1500. You can rent them at Home Depot for $89 for four hours. This is a DIY tool that any homeowner can use. Of course, Mr. Rooter will tell you that their equipment is far better, when in reality, it is exactly the same. So, bottom line... most any plumber is going to take advantage of an unsuspecting customer due to their ignorance of plumbing overall. I am pretty well-versed in all of the trades, and was still taken advantage of, even though I knew what the issue was, and how to best resolve it. I was just at their mercy because my tenants were looking to me for a quick decision. Unfortunately, I don't have a plumber I could recommend, as I believe they are all very similar with their sales tactics. I just know I've been burned by Mr. Rooter, so will never consider them or recommend them. It's much easier to make a customer happy than chance a dissatisfied customer who will tell everyone.

They did not want to even consider any form of warranty. What is the point of using a professional plumbing company that charges so much for toilet installation and then it does not even last a couple of years. The toilet does not even flush. And they also were not able to give me an appointment for a week or so out. Needless I I say I will not be using them for any on my properties, nor will I use them for other services or HVAC due to this poor customer service. Poor value!

Title: Beyond Disappointed…read more I rarely leave reviews, but what I've gone through with Fusion Air and Plumbing has been heartbreaking and financially devastating, and I don't want anyone else to experience what I have. I hired them to install a brand-new air-conditioning system in December 2024. I trusted them. Instead, I ended up with a faulty A/C fan that ran nonstop, caused my home to stay extremely uncomfortable, and left me with an electric bill that skyrocketed to nearly $5,000. When I called Fusion for help, I explained that the electric company believed the issue was most likely a fan that wouldn't shut off. Instead of addressing that, Fusion charged me 2000 dollars to remove an old, already-disconnected swamp cooler from my roof. They assured me that was the cause of my crisis. I didn't know any better, and I believed them--because I had no reason not to. But the bills kept climbing. The stress was overwhelming. I called again, desperate for answers, and only then did the technician admit the obvious: the fan they installed was the problem all along. They replaced it, but the damage--financially and emotionally--was already done. What has hurt the most is the complete silence from the owner, Sean Stewart. I provided copies of my electric bills. I asked for a phone call. I wrote letters. I called again and again. He never responded--not once. Not even an acknowledgment. Since July 2025, I've been struggling under thousands of dollars of debt from a situation that should never have happened and was not my fault. This is on top of the cost of the new A/C system ($11,000) and the unnecessary charges for removing the swamp cooler. As a disabled senior citizen living on a fixed income, these months have been painful, frightening, and deeply discouraging. I wish my experience had been different. But based on what I've gone through, I cannot recommend Fusion Plumbing and Air to anyone.

Joe, Tanya and John are truly the best and take real pride in their operations. I live in a 1953 home. I had just spent $20k with Rooter Ranger to repipe under the home, yard and reconnect to the sewer (11/2025). My bathroom sink still wouldn't drain. I called RR back out. RR snaked it and "jetted" it and still couldn't clear it, drained but slow. I called them back and turns out this national company went out of business. Crushed doesn't begin to describe it. I spent a small fortune, for me at least, on this and they were out of business. We were using a bowl in the sink and the smell was unpleasant. I began looking online and found My Plumber. They had excellent reviews. I called and they were available immediately to help. John came on time, he was kind and professional. I told him that it was previously snaked with no luck. I told him I didn't want to have to pay for it again because it didn't work. He assured me that he needed to check and if that was the case, it would be credited to new work. Wouldn't you know, John CLEARED IT! It was an old black cap that had perfectly gotten stuck in the pipe. I was so grateful and emotional because I assumed this was going to be another costly bill. He did tell me that the hookup to the pipe was corroding, under the sink. I should replace it before it gave out and caused a larger problem. I said yes, good idea. He did warn me that if they couldn't remove it-because of the age and corrosion-we may need to go behind the wall. I understood. Today owners Joe and Tanya came to take camera footage and replace the corroded hookup under the bathroom sink. Joe was able to get it off and replaced without issue. Another win for my wallet. Tanya showed me the video of the gunk and build up in the pipe and suggested to hydrojet it. I did ask how long the buildup looked like it had been there since I was told by RR they had jetted it. This was years and years of build up, RR did not jet it-should have known. It was black and stinky. After they jetted it, the water quickly swirled right down the drain. I was shocked and so happy. I did ask if repiping was something I needed to worry or prepare for. Joe and Tanya said no, not at this time. There was very little cast iron that came out, I should be good for a long while. Pipes were in better shape than we thought. They packed up, cleaned up and let me know if I had any concerns or if it for some reason the drain got clogged, to reach out and they would take care of it. Sigh of relief. These are highly trained and educated plumbers, with a family business that will be around for a long time. They truly care about their work and customers. I would recommend My Plumber to my family, friends and complete strangers. Thank you again to Joe, Tanya and John! Your thoroughness, knowledge and integrity saved me money and gave me peace of mind.

I went through home warranty, so I was a little skeptical at first since I have had bad experiences in the past. Jacob showed up and started handling business quickly. I was very appreciative of how Jacob minimized the amount of wall that needed to be cut and placed back so that I can take care of the work for patching. Jacob was also very knowledgeable and kept me very well informed as the work did take some planning overtime. I had a great experience considering the work that needed to be completed.
