I am so happy we chose this outfit. We had a slow drain, attempted to snake it myself, then called in a different company to try. They fared no better, and a week or so later things were backing up again. Not fun. Drain Medics came out, put an inspection camera down the pipe (at no charge), and imaged a collapsed pipe in the middle of my living room floor and intruding roots inside the pipe. Disaster. They gave me a competitive quote and left me to contemplate my options. After sulking about that for a few days, we called them back and they quickly scheduled the project, and then rescheduled it at our request. On Monday of this week their crews arrived, took up our carpet, built an airtight enclosure around the work area, and jackhammered their way through the floor and dug 5 feet down to the problem area. This was a PITA for them; contrary to what I told them, our slab is in fact post-tensioned, and they had to work around those supports, and randomly-laid water supply pipes too, before getting to the trouble spot. The root they extracted was as thick as my leg, and the waste pipe split and crushed. No wonder that tree was so happy :-). 2 days later, its done. The new pipe is laid in a bed of rock salt, which will keep the root at bay in that area. The 8 x 3-foot hole in my floor was backfilled, tamped, and re-cemented with added rebar for strength. They took down the enclosure, vacuumed and cleaned up all of the dust, dirt, tools, etc, and we're back in business, and our house did NOT get destroyed with dirt and dust as I feared it might. On Friday one of their business partners will return to re-lay the carpet. Outstanding. When I tell you I was wound up about this project, Austin (head cheese of Drain Medics) can vouch for that. He took my calls after hours, assuaged any concerns I had, was responsive to my ideas, etc. He and his crew also showed up on-time, were considerate of my WFH spouse, and just pleasant and respectful of us and our property at all times. Great crew. I highly recommend these guys, they did a great job for us on a tricky PITA project, they were professional, prompt, and got us a great result. A+.

New Drain and replaced plumbing lines too!

$310 dollars to snake out a slow running bathtub seems much Nice enough technician, no hard sell and we left things amiable.

So, not only with Bills Plumbing, but I will also be yelping about many of the other companies I have found on YELP. These companies show 5 stars but do not seem to offer the service or return calls. After living in Tucson for 2.5 Yrs now, I am sick and tired of being treated like this by these so called "Professional" contractors and vendors. So, I felt I had to warn potential clients of what I am finding not only with Bills Plumbing, but other unprofessional contractors and Vendors that do not want to work or care about it. I have interviewed over 10 plumbing companies with no reply, just promises, then I never hear from them. Same with Cabinet companies, drywallers, stucco companies etc. It is just mind boggling and I hear it is an issue here in Tucson. When I reached out to Bills via phone calls, and followed up with additional phone calls, never did I received a response. Also, what is is with the contractors and vendors the do not have an outgoing message to see if you are reaching the write company or not. VERY unprofessional. I want to know who I am calling. God forbid that they answer the phone with their business name. Just hello! I always ask, is this so and so company? I have a three-time rule now, you ignore me then I am moving on as it is obvious you do not need business or a job. At least let a potential client know upfront, you are either too busy or not interested then provide excuses and lies you cannot meet up too. When I had my showroom in CA, customer service was performed to all our clients, hence why were slammed due to our response. Never EVER leave a client or potential client hanging. It is rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I told my employees ALWAYS return a call and never lie to the clients. It is harder to remember lies than the truth. Sadly, this new generation does not understand this concept or of customer service skills or professionalism. Hell, they do not even know how to sign their name in cursive. Very sad.

But He was able to fit me in for an appointment at a time that actually worked for me and I didn't have to take off from work for. Not only that but he was early! He communicates well and let me know when he was on the way and explained what the game plan was before he actually did it. His price was affordable and the quality of service was impeccable. My house is older so I always seem to have a plumbing issue and until now I've never found anyone I would consider my go to guy, but Bill's plumbing will now fill that void. They did not want to even consider any form of warranty. What is the point of using a professional plumbing company that charges so much for toilet installation and then it does not even last a couple of years. The toilet does not even flush. And they also were not able to give me an appointment for a week or so out. Needless I I say I will not be using them for any on my properties, nor will I use them for other services or HVAC due to this poor customer service. Poor value!

Title: Beyond Disappointed…read more I rarely leave reviews, but what I've gone through with Fusion Air and Plumbing has been heartbreaking and financially devastating, and I don't want anyone else to experience what I have. I hired them to install a brand-new air-conditioning system in December 2024. I trusted them. Instead, I ended up with a faulty A/C fan that ran nonstop, caused my home to stay extremely uncomfortable, and left me with an electric bill that skyrocketed to nearly $5,000. When I called Fusion for help, I explained that the electric company believed the issue was most likely a fan that wouldn't shut off. Instead of addressing that, Fusion charged me 2000 dollars to remove an old, already-disconnected swamp cooler from my roof. They assured me that was the cause of my crisis. I didn't know any better, and I believed them--because I had no reason not to. But the bills kept climbing. The stress was overwhelming. I called again, desperate for answers, and only then did the technician admit the obvious: the fan they installed was the problem all along. They replaced it, but the damage--financially and emotionally--was already done. What has hurt the most is the complete silence from the owner, Sean Stewart. I provided copies of my electric bills. I asked for a phone call. I wrote letters. I called again and again. He never responded--not once. Not even an acknowledgment. Since July 2025, I've been struggling under thousands of dollars of debt from a situation that should never have happened and was not my fault. This is on top of the cost of the new A/C system ($11,000) and the unnecessary charges for removing the swamp cooler. As a disabled senior citizen living on a fixed income, these months have been painful, frightening, and deeply discouraging. I wish my experience had been different. But based on what I've gone through, I cannot recommend Fusion Plumbing and Air to anyone.

They seem proud to be one of Tucson's most expensive plumbers--claiming their prices are worth the quality. Here's why we disagree: In Nov. 2024, their tech Kenny came to check a sluggish shower drain, but did not unscrew the drain cover to look inside. Instead, he sold us their $89 bio-enzyme powder. Numerous nightly treatments did not help. We later opened the drain ourselves and found a 3" thick, 12" long wad of hair and grime. We reported this to the company with images, supporting our concern that the drain was not adequately inspected or treated. In July 2026, Al Coronado charged us $3,715 to rebuild our main water service line and rear patio plumbing. They originally quoted $1,340, then owner Andrew Coronado called to warn us we needed backflow prevention and other services. Our experience is consistent with other reviews we've since read about this company making upsell recommendations. The written quote included a line item for "prep work area for home protection and cleanliness of install"--ironic, given what followed. Their website's Home and About pages also promise technicians "lay down drop cloths" and aren't "interested in upselling work you don't need." None of that matched what we experienced. Kenny failed to lay down a drop cloth to protect our new acacia wood walkway next to the main service line. He then shoveled a large pile of rocks, gravel and grit directly on top of our wood tiles, scratching the tiles badly, and causing the walkway to become off balance. We had to order new wood tiles and reinstall 10 square feet of our walkway. Kenny also shoveled rocks, gravel, and grit atop both in-ground irrigation shutoff boxes--one by our front courtyard walkway, the other on our rear patio. (Home security videos show he also set all his sharp tools and other materials directly onto our rear acacia wood deck, with no drop cloth.) Two weeks later, we discovered the irrigation running continuously 24/7. Our irrigation specialist found loose gravel and debris inside the shutoff valve, which caused the irrigation valve to jam open, preventing it from closing to shut off the timed irrigation schedules. We had to pay $75 for that call, in addition to a sharply inflated water bill from excessive usage. We provided Mr. Coronado with audio/video documentation from our exterior home surveillance cameras showing what Kenny did on-site, and video/audio footage of the irrigation specialist discovering the jammed irrigation valve and attributing the cause directly to the plumber's work as described. We also shared video documentation showing the walkway damage. He initially offered to reimburse us for the irrigation repair, 10 damaged tiles, and the elevated water bill--contingent upon seeing our water bills from the prior month and same time last year. But then he sent several emotionally charged text messages, asking to come to our home so he could have an in-person meeting with us and give us a gift. When we politely declined, he again insisted, despite our stated preferences. Providing documentation, we reminded him this was the 3rd time we observed issues with inadequate site protection and inspection. Mr. Coronado's messages read as if he blamed us for declining the meeting and gift. His tone also shifted from solicitous to curt and combative when we provided documentation of the drain incident as a reminder this wasn't just a 1-time lapse in service. He didn't address that issue but instead wrote that our report was "self-injurious" to him "from a psychological perspective." He also copied his email to 8 employees we'd never interacted with during our 5 years of loyalty to his company. To us, that's not transparency: it felt like triangulation intended to involve others in a dispute. Regardless, what happened, happened--more than once. Won't be surprised if he posts a carefully worded response, blaming us for all. Notably, he asked us for an accurate review. We stand by these well-documented facts.
