I am from out of town and I was looking for a massage. I read lots of reviews for different places and this one had consistently good reviews compared with other options. The price is also more reasonable. I was able to book a massage for the next day. The booking process online is easy. They email you the paperwork so the check in is fast. You only need to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. You will be waiting outside on the patio. Drew asked me about areas I wanted her to focus on and then gave me a nice massage. The treatment room had a lot of light and that is only downside for me. I like it dark in the room if possible. I recommend getting a 90 minute massage so they can focus on issues and give you a full body massage too. The location is great near lots of shops and restaurants if you want to make a day of it. read more

The first 2 times I visited Precision Healing for a massage I had a really great experience. I had the pain relieving massage with Frances and had an amazing reduction in pain. The third time I went Frances was not available but I trusted/hoped I would have a similar experience with a different massage therapist. Sadly, I had the most disappointing massage of my life. Not only did I not experience any pain relief, I had increased pain for the next 5 to 7 days. I would say your overall experience will depend on your massage therapist. 2 other issues to be aware of One is the difficulty in parking. You will need to allow extra time to potentially drive in circles trying to find a spot and then may have to walk multiple blocks to get to the address. The other is that most of the massage rooms are upstairs This could be an issue for those with pain. read more

I have been a regular for a few years now. I highly recommend it, though as with any massage studio, you may need to try a few providers to find the right fit for you. I have a lot of chronic pain and issues that require a lot of management, and Brandon has been really great at adapting to my needs at any time, whether it's newly recovering from a surgery, or keeping my muscles relaxed enough to function well when I am doing more strength and stability exercise. I went in today for their special Pumpkin Spice Fall Bliss massage, and it was lovely. Due to scheduling limitations on my end, I saw Taria instead of Brandon, and she was wonderful. Definitely a different style from Brandon, but she picked up on the issues in my body quickly even though it was my first time seeing her, and used a variety of techniques to relax strained areas. She, like all the providers I've seen there, was proactive about communicating with me to make sure I was comfortable and my needs weee being met. read more

A year ago, I had surgery for a severe disk herniation in my low back. Unfortunately the herniation recurred, but this time since it's less severe I decided to try and heal it without surgery. I'm so, so glad I came across Precision Healing and tried a massage with Taria as she's been heaven sent during this time. I've been getting cupping massages with her weekly to help the healing process and undo the layers of tension. I have made a lot of progress thanks to her soft tissue work, chiropractic, and PT. For the past year I have received massages from Precision Healing Clinic practitioner, Frances - and could not be happier. I have experienced many massages over the years for pain management and her expertise and responsiveness to what my body brings to the table is incredible and not something you can find even in the most veteran of practitioners. She listens to requests on what I want focused on during the session, while also tending to the areas that contribute to the pain from an anatomy and physiology perspective. Frances has a warm and gentle energy, but her deep tissue massages are able to get in and relieve even the most pervasive discomfort. I have seen a couple of the different therapists here, and all are good, but Diane is my favorite, and now I book with her. She's good at her job, professional, pays attention to what you want, and friendly. A couple of things I love about this business: I love the location on NW 23rd because it's super convenient. If you have spine issues or related muscle issues in your back, glutes or hips, I would highly recommend Jesus Garcia. He goes above and beyond. I've suffered from sciatica off/on for the past 15 years due to a herniated/ruptured disc on a nerve. When I first came to Jesus last winter, I could barely stand up (I was very hunched over). I was also in pain. Over a couple sessions, Jesus massaged me back to stand like a normal person! He does incredible deep tissue and trigger point work to get to the problem areas. BEST MASSAGE EVER!!! Jesus was amazing. Last weekend, I decided to treat myself to a 2 hour massage.
