Local professional service. I got three estimates and this one was the middle one. They arrived on time within the two hour window they gave me. Victor was patient and thorough answering my questions about the job. They cleaned up the junk and debris from the gutters. He even repaired one of the gutters that was damaged at no extra cost. Hyper wipers have come every year to clean my windows, and every other year to clean vinyl siding. This year they cleaned the cement patio. They are clean, neat, fast and pleasant. The work is beyond anything i could do myself. One year there was a small tear in a screen, and they replaced it within hours. This year it was very difficult to clean the cement patio. They returned the next day to do it again. Also, there is a method for cleaning siding so that there is no damage and no water is pushed under the siding. They are experts . Hyper Wipers just finished cleaning all my windows and they did a fantastic job! Trust me, I usually have extremely high expectations and don't bite my tongue when service I am paying for sucks. I knew my windows were dirty, but even I was amazed at how clean they were after Hyper Wipers cleaned them. I'm appalled at how bad I'd let them get....I had no idea! It literally looked as if they removed the glass altogether once they were done. The windows were pristine! Like a previous reviewer, I did not get the names of the two young men who washed my windows & they deserve big kudos. They arrived right on time, worked neat and clean and were in & out of here in less than 2 hours. The price was reasonable, even without the Living Social deal that I had purchased for the first 20 windows. Full house done, inside and out, including screens. We just had some remodeling done and there was construction dust they cut right through. They did an inspection of all windows and pointed out things that need attention. We appreciate that, as they picked out a few things we didn't notice that are probably still under warranty from the window company. We will be using this company again and recommend them highly. read more
