I had a great experience with this company. We lost water due to plumbing repair so had to reschedule. The gutters were full and heavy rain was forecasted. Garay's cleaning came out to clean the debris before the rain and agreed to do the wash when our water was restored possibly avoiding a heavy repair bill. They also collected the garbage into bags as they were cleaning leaving no debris on the property. Upfront with pricing on the first call..no wasted time doing an additional estimate visit. We booked them in July to come out in October... they were fully booked for months ahead, which was a great sign! They spent the day cleaning our solar panels (which hadn't been cleaned in many years), and cleaning out the gutters and washing our outside windows. They were super thorough and super nice. Although my windows were very dirty, most of the glass does look a lot better. However, they left with several of my screens to be repaired. I was told they would contact me when they were ready. I heard from no-one for at least a week and a half, until I finally contacted the owner. I also discovered some of the window sills were still dirty and covered with cobwebs, as well as one of the windows is still very badly streaked with some sort of film. They informed me the window couldn't be cleaned because the cleanser would scratch the glass. I would think that they would either test it to see if it works, or find something that does. I am very dissatisfied at the lack of communication and the fact that some of the windows were not thoroughly cleaned. Better communication would have kept me satisfied. read more

I told him what I needed, and he explained what they could do. They came as scheduled. Very professional. This review is for the house cleaning service that Garay Cleaning provides. A one time cleaning service was needed for a house that was in need of major deep cleaning. They were very courteous and easy to talk to. They gave us a quote and we agreed to the price. While much cleaning has been done for the price it was clear that they had underbid the job and were forced to leave many parts of the house uncleaned. This was at an inconvenience to us as we were left to complete the cleaning process ourselves. It would have been better to have given us an honest quote and timeline to clean the entire house properly. read more
