I highly recommend Hypnotic Creations for any bodywork you may need. On Friday, I noticed my front bumper had begun to separate from the hood of my Mini Cooper (see before photo). A friend of mine recommended Jamie at Hypnotic Creations, so I reached out to him that day. He got right back to me with a quote and the option to bring the car in when he opened on Monday. Was referred to Hypnotic Creations and I'm so glad I was! Right before they open at 8:30, I had an auto body issue come up and was hoping to get it fixed ASAP. Jamie was there to talk to me about the fix, talked to me in a respectful and concise manner. Even with the short notice (and probably a little bit of luck with their schedule) they were able to take the car in. The fix was done with a great turn around. It's been almost 4 months since Jaime worked on my daughter's vehicle. We have had zero issues and you can't even tell she was ever in an accident. Since she was cited, we had to pay out of pocket. It was still an expensive job, but it was no where near what I would have paid at a more advertised shop. He was on time, had a clean and family-friendly establishment and was open to any questions we had. They're also privately-owned by Vegas natives, which I always prefer, (especially when my mechanic knows and recommends them). It's a good place to go if you're looking for custom work, as well. He has a lot of pretty custom jobs in his garage. it says they are open from 8:30am till 5pm i drove half vegas to come here and it's currently 3:10 pm and it's closed.

I had the hood and roof repainted on a 91 pick up that still looks pretty good because I always took care of it and kept wax on it. I also had a sun roof installed, the interior headliner replaced because it was starting to come down, and 2 interior lights added to the headliner. Jamie said it would take 2 weeks and he had it done in just over 1 week. The paint job on the hood and roof looks terrific. The sun roof Jamie found and installed is perfect. A perfect fit, doesn't leak air nor water. The headliner he had upholsters install was a good job, but they could have paid a little more attention to details; like a rip they sewed up, they missed upholstering spots around the existing dome light, they appear to have run out of the matching red thread so they just used white after they ran out. Now here is the problems. The upholsters left dried glue on the headliner, the windows, the seats, and the carpet. It took me days to get it out and a few spots are just not going to come out of the cloth seats. My truck was covered in white dust that stuck to everything when I got it back. It was even in the interior. I had to wash the truck twice to get it all off. I spent a day getting the white dust out of the interior. Worst of all the air ventilation system was loaded with it and 1 month later is still blowing out a little of this white dust. The paint on my truck next to the areas that were painted has a bunch of small spots where the paint was pulled off by the tape that was used to mask off the adjacent areas. What did you use, duct tape ? There is some kind of hard black stuff stuck to the exterior mirrors that I still can't get off. The positive battery terminal cable clamp was removed so they could do their electrical work, but it wasn't tightened down when they put it back. I was away from home with the truck and had no electrical power at all when I went to start it. I found the problem and managed to get the positive battery cable terminal clamp pushed on enough to start the truck and get home where I fixed the problem. I think all this is just sloppy and inattention to doing a complete job. For $3100 I think they should have shown much greater care in what they did. Such as: Protect the interior from glue and shop dust. Remove glue and the white shop dust from the interior. Protect the ventilation system from the shop dust. Tighten the battery cable terminal clamp. And they should of had the truck detailed to remove all the shop dust. This would have made their work really stand out. There's more to doing a good job than just the installation. You have to clean up your mess too. read more
