it's been almost a year and still not happy with my results! I drive a scatpack somewhat expensive car. Unfortunately a car backed up into my front bumper which resulted in me getting it replaced. Paid $2,541.97 for these cheep ass results. Would NOT recommend. I did go back and tell them the issue i had with their work. They tried to tell me it was because of the plastic which does defect the color but if they were really experienced they would've known how to fix this paint color correction. Taking a car to be repaired is never a pleasant experience unless you take your car to LMS Auto Body & Paint. I have used them twice and both times were exceptional. But my latest experience was something I could not have imagined. I have a bumper that needed replacing. Instead of dropping off the car and being without a car while waiting for parts and the work to be done. Martin looked at the car on a Thursday, ordered the bumper, painted it then had me drop it off the following Monday morning and it was ready for me to pick up the same day!!!!!! I originally went in for a paint job but asked for a few favors. I had the front bumper of my C6 Corvette repainted due to miles/age/rock chips. The paint turned out awesome. I asked if they would install my after-market headlight assemblies since it required bumper removal for install (they were already going to have to remove the bumper for paint). Not only did they install my headlight assemblies but the box also contained fog light assemblies (which i was going to do myself) which they took the initiative and installed also! I was very impressed by all of this then the price came. The total even with installing the light assemblies was less than the quote for just the paint alone had i used insurance! I paid cash and between the work, customer service, and education/information, I felt I got my moneys worth 2 times over. Very Highly recommend! read more

My car was hit on Sept 18 , 2021. The damage was significant. I had made arrangements with another Auto Body shop to fix it ,a month later . I was told the latest was the soonest they could get it in .I called and spoke with Martin and sent him pictures of the damage and he told me to bring the car by so he could look at it. I brought the car in and he explained fully what they were going to have to do to repair it. He told me to let him get the parts he needs so the car wouldn't be sitting there waiting . The car was still drivable just really ugly. They called me and told me the parts were there ,I brought the car in and got it back today .I am very pleased with how my car looks and would recommend them to anyone who needs a great body shop. It's a 2016 Vw Jetta and I was involved in a small wreck but of course not only do you have to worry about what's visible but also what's not. Wow! Where do I even start Jorge and his team are amazing. Part of my rear bumper was hanging on for dear life, luckily I came across Jorge's shop on yelp and sent out a text asking for a quote. I got a response super quick asking me to come by same day (huge plus) so it could be looked at. Initially, I got a little lost finding the shop it's a hidden gem in the back of the complex but again I called and got an answer right away with help finding the location (thanks Martin!) once I got there I was greeted quickly and didn't wait long to get help. Po was the one who helped me and he was wonderful. He looked at my bumper and stated I could get the whole thing replaced (a few hundred dollars) but looking at it further he stated he could try something first since my bumper was pretty much fine except for missing a few clip pieces. Sure enough he took the time and was able to fix the bumper right on the spot, saving me hundreds and time. Backtrack a little, while Po was under my car Jorge the owner came out and introduced himself and answered any questions I had about other services. Super, super friendly team of people.
