Very slow on everything. They do not offer the lowest price in Ohio. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

I look forward to going here and seeing them because I actually miss them over the course of a month. My doctor is Arial Dunson she is feisty at times but so loving and caring and will fight for what her patients need. He took the time to review my health and RX history, asked related questions, and took ample time to address the questions that my partner and I had. He was very approachable, caring and a good listener. I'm looking forward to working with him. Seeing him today has eased the uncertainty of transitioning my care from CA. Dr. Wilson explained Nevada pain management guidelines and how he works with his patients. Before seeing him, I was getting the run around between specialist and who can treat what here in Nevada. My care now feels less fragmented. Thank you Dr. Wilson And shout out to the office management. It was easy to get an appointment, office staff very professional and polite, and the office is very clean. There's easy parking right out in front!

They've always been attentive to my needs over the years, and also I've never had an issue rescheduling an appointment within a few days of canceling one. Once I was annoyed with their lobby TV having TMZ on a couple times I was there. After mentioning it to my PA, they now only have non political stress free HGTV on. I know, this reads like a promotional review lol, it's not. I just hope, because of my kumbaya review here, I've not jinks myself.

What was most upsetting was hearing the practice manager MARY CLYMER say, "We just give pills."…read moreThat statement alone perfectly summarized the experience. We were seeking actual medical evaluation and support for my husband suffering chronic spinal pain and limited mobility, not a rushed prescription visit with no compassion or meaningful assessment. To then be told he could return and pay even more money ($150 to $300) for another evaluation after already spending hundreds of dollars ($350) was incredibly frustrating. Patients are being extorted and demeaned in person and over the phone by admin staff. $350 for 5 minutes is enough to submit my formal complaint to the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners. This office presents itself professionally, but our experience felt cold, dismissive, and heavily focused on collecting payment rather than genuinely helping patients in pain. My husband sought treatment at a pain management office after spine surgery because he lost insurance coverage and now has to pay out of pocket while living on disability income. Unfortunately, our experience with this office was extremely disappointing from start to finish. At the first appointment, almost nothing was accomplished because the office claimed they did not have his medical records. I personally offered the records to the front desk, but there seemed to be little interest in obtaining or reviewing them. As a result, we paid for what felt like a completely unnecessary visit just to be told they could not properly evaluate him. I spoke with the Dr.Sharma directly about this and he stated he would address it with his staff. Before scheduling a second appointment, I specifically contacted the office (disrespectful rep) to ask whether the doctor would complete long-term medical disability update forms, because these appointments cost hundreds of dollars and we could not afford to waste money. I was told they "Normally don't," but that the doctor "sometimes makes exceptions." Based on that information, we scheduled and paid for another visit hoping he would finally receive a proper medical evaluation. Instead, my husband was treated with open irritation by the front desk staff. The woman at reception spoke to him rudely, acted annoyed by basic questions regarding billing, and repeatedly stated she "didn't know" why charges were so high. He was unexpectedly told he owed $350 due to a prior balance we were never informed about. Rather than helping clarify anything, the staff directed him elsewhere and treated him like an inconvenience. A black woman whose name I was not able to obtain was bouncing her leg aggressively to make her annoyance pronounced. The actual medical visit lasted no more than five minutes. He was not properly evaluated for pain management. He was not asked to demonstrate mobility limitations, identify pain areas, discuss restrictions, or explain the severity of his symptoms in any meaningful way. He was simply prescribed medication and sent out the door. Days later, we were informed the doctor would not complete the disability paperwork after all. The explanation given was based on an older follow-up note from another provider stating he "may" be able to return to work in several months. I only provided that previously completed form so the office would have a point of reference when filling it out. The entire reason we paid for the appointment was so this office could conduct their own professional evaluation and determine his current limitations. The form I am referring to was only 1 page long. We believe Dr.Sharma's office is forcing unnecessary visits for financial gain, this is unprofessional conduct facilitated by front desk. There is also an additional $100 random drug testing fee that they may charge you for whenever they see fit. Please read all the reviews before entrusting your care with this facility.

This place accused me of doing other drugs twice. My wife died and I did have a couple bad days. So…read morethe second accusation was correct. But what a time to drop someone. I mean. People have ups and downs. I've only had one down in almost 15 years. So it's totally bullshit. The 1st one, where's they said I had opiates in my urine was definitely a false positive. They even sent it out and I KNOW it was a false positive because I DID NOT mess around. I'll tell you. They keep switching Drs. Things were ok with Dr. Kempka. But as soon as he left, it went downhill. I didn't hit it off with this Asian woman at all. I felt like she was was totally against me from day one. Didn't look at me. Didn't ask any serious questions. That's fine. I know I can't win the argument about 2 positive urine tests... Even though it was definitely one, the day after my wife died. So there's no heart at this place. I wouldn't suggest going there, at least to the Durango offices. This isn't too say there aren't any nice people working for them. They've just moved them somewhere else. I'm angry with them. I am. Because they basically called me a liar. And that's not the case. I insist the first positive urine test was a false positive. I DID NOT take anything that would make it a positive. The word thing is, until this Asian lady came asking, I felt like they liked me. I felt like we had a good relationship. Look. If all you want are drugs, maybe this is the place . I asked for surgery recommendations several times to no avail. So I'm off on my own after all these years where nothing has gone wrong. Am I an addict? No. My wife died. I cared for her in our home watching her rapid decline. Then I had a 2 day meltdown. I called my therapist and my social worker immediately and got things under control before it spun out. But this place punished me for that. Maduka is an interesting guy. I've always liked him. You don't see him very often though. I hear he's a billionaire. I wonder at who's expense. If you think there might be a day in your life where things go wrong and you screw up ONCE, I would avoid this place like a plague Oh. And be careful what you say about them because I'd played a negative review of the Asian woman's attitude and the next time I went there, they dumped me It doesn't matter what they say or do. I think they did the wrong thing to me. I dunt know how false positives work. But AGAIN, I admit I went off the rails after Sep 30th for two days, in 15+ years with them. I had to witness my wife of 42 years decline daily and die in our home. I only hope that when it's their turn to deal with death in that way, somebody has a forgiving heart when they inevitably screw up or completely break down

This business screwed up and failed to give insurance company proper information…read more Im waiting on approval all for nothing. I had to make several calls to fix their mistake. Whats worse is that I told the lady that answers the phone at Las Vegas Pain Institute that Im in pain and just want help. She replied and laughed and said she is also in pain and does not have insurance with this company. How pathetic and unprofessional of her to say this. I was told person responsible for submitting to insurance is Adagia. I see her name on other complaints on Yelp for numerous errors. If they had a competent individual performing her position I could have had some or complete relief of my pain. Im certain she does not concern herself at all with patient problems. I shall never step foot in this office again. BEWARE OF THE MOHAWK/BLUE DIAMOND location. If you choose this office good luck for you shall need it. Check often with insurance to make certain she did not screw up as usual, or you shall be waiting indefinitely for approval.

So I initially chose this place bc it was an interventional pain clinic where both the office and…read moresurgery center were " IN" network anthem BCBS VIA employer. So I was under the impression it was above board. My husband has a lower thoracic/ upper lumber compression and wedge fracture from a dirtbike accident many years ago that was never surgically fixed. Hes a tough cookie goes to work, works out with it, and when the pain finally got to be too much we sought some sort of interventional treatment, rather than just pills which we both feel just mask it versus fix it. This place has been a NIGHTMARE from the very beginning. 1. First the office staff is lacking in proper training and professionalism I think her name was Adasia was incorrectly submitting the prior authorization or just not submitting them at all!!!! I had to personally conference call her with Nevada Health Solutions (the prior authorization company) so the lady could instruct her on how to correctly submit it, bc eventhough adasia Claimed on multiple occasions to have sent the authorization and was just awaiting approval, the approval company never received them. So if it wasn't for my own due diligence and tenacity he would still be waiting..... Then after all that and he recieved the approval for bilateral branch block procedures, we were initially charged a $90 dollar co pay, then for the second procedure the other side, it went up to 150 with no notice , (obvi the first one we must have been under-charged unbeknownst to us) so for the second procedure the doctor over heard the issue with the change in co-pay kindly approved it at same 90 dollars we were initially charged primarily bc my husband was doing it with no anesthetic so he could drive and saving them time and money, this all started in December.... fast forward to this week 2/20 and at least four copays of $90-150 later, he's there for the post procedure follow up; after waiting 15 mins while ill prepared receptionist was trying to work from her phone bc she had no power cord for the office laptop, she informs my husband that he has a balance of almost $300 and unless he pays 100 of that he won't be seen. Mind you, he was under the impression he was paid in full; given the $90-150 dollar copay each visit prior, I'm assuming this balance is all because of the miscommunications and discrepancies in co-pays, NONE OF WHICH IS THE PATIENTS FAULT THAT IS DUE TO UNTRAINED OR INCOMPETENT STAFF. my husband always paid his FULL co-pay EVERY VISIT and the one and only time he didn't was when Dr. Maduka okayed it at $90...... so why is it our fault if you undercharged us or didn't charge us the right amount? Then scheduled the follow up appointment AND NEVER MENTIONED IT and then just drop this bombshell on us that we owe you guys money when we were under the impression we were paid in full each time???? and this is an in network Dr WITH ONE OF THE BEST HEALTH INSURANCES It's an absolute joke. There's about 10 other incidents I can highlight of unprofessionalism, but I rather not waste the TIME!!! and you shouldn't either!! find a different doctor!!!
