It has been a while since I came to The Salt Room. I have been having a very trying time in my life.. I came by for a Halo Therapy session to celebrate my birthday. I called over the phone, and Alex helped me and got me in on the same day. This location is very peaceful and relaxing. 45 minutes of pure bliss. At some point, there was a lot of salt everywhere. Make sure you wear something you don't mind getting dirty because the salt will be all over your clothing!!! Maybe come in shorts so your skin can absorb more salt. I had the room all to myself and enjoyed some complimentary tea. They have all kinds such as detox, ginger, green, sleepy tea, etc. When I was at the other location in Summerlin other people were also in the salt room with me. It was nice to have the room to myself. Already feel my sinuses opening up more. Skin feeling smoother too. I left feeling happy, hopeful and very relaxed, much more grounded than when I came in. I had another wonderful experience. I haven't been back since 2022 and Aarecca gave me the best treat. She was pleasant, thorough and thoughtful from start to finish during my 1 hour Pure Relaxation massage. She also made sure I was taken care of after our session, in the salt cave. This second service was discounted which made me add it, @ $20. Aarecca brought my refreshments and a blanket for full comfort. She was truly lovely and reminded me why I came back. I am so happy HSA payments are now accepted although still relatively new, the front desk clerk effectively and kindly took care of me to ensure that I was satisfied. We came here for the mother/daughter retreat and it was overall very good! It was advertised as a retreat of "togetherness," but unfortunately they split us up to take turns getting massaged and sitting in the salt room which was kind of a bummer, but they did already warn me about that at the time of booking. The massage itself was lovely and the salt room was relaxing to sit in. My step mom luckily got the full 55 minutes massage, but we were 5 minutes late and the receptionist took awhile to get us checked in and get the forms handed to us, so my massage was actually only 30 minutes :/ Reception was busy when we came in and when we were leaving so we did have to wait quite awhile before being checked in as well as we were leaving to pay. I was gifted a spa day by my sons for my birthday. I've been to other spas in Vegas, recently at the M casino and this location, by far exceeded all of my expectations. From the warm greeting at the front desk, the relaxing and soothing ambiance, this establishment deserves 5 stars. Anna did my facial and she was fantastic. Very experienced (30 years in the biz) and knowledgeable. Crystal did my massage and was so fantastic, I discovered aching muscles I did not realize I had, notably, my feet. It was hubby's bday and he wanted something different so we signed up for their promotion....45 min massage, 45 min facial, and 45 min in the salt cave. Massages were amazing. Always checking on comfort and pressure. I enjoyed my facial, hubby not so much. It was his first and he didn't know what to expect. It may have helped if there was an explanation on the products being applied. The Salt Cave, well it was different as I am still not sure what I should have expected. Nonetheless, it was relaxing. I read and hubby snagged a short snap. Everyone was kind, professional, and always offering us water. Things to note, I didn't see much parking for this business. Our appointments were at 10 on a dreary day so we were able to find parking. I can see this being a problem with appointments later in the day. The reason for the 1 star reduction.....the restroom. The lower part of the wall was dirty and dusty. Same with the base of the toilet. To me, this is a huge miss. Also, The Salt Cave, not really happy with sitting in there with my cloths on. I had the best massage done by Erica today! She hit all my trouble areas and got my knots out in my traps and upper back. Her massage flow is also different than what I have ever experienced before, which made me so relaxed that I caught myself snoring lol I was able to sit in the salt cave after my session while waiting for my friend's facial to finish and we were both gifted 45 mins extra to sit. My husband and I just did a Couple's 55min Pure Relaxation Massage & 45min Halotherapy session. This place is 100% worth it. We've been to a few places now in Las Vegas and this is hands down our new favorite place. Our masseuses were Aarecca & Ambre. My husband had Aarecca and he said that she did an amazing job focusing on his problem areas - specifically his neck and full back. He was able to move his neck in circles with zero pain after the massage and no cracking. Ambre did a great job also focusing on my same problem areas and making sure the pressure was perfect for me. I had pretty tight muscles and she did wonders kneeding them out. The Salt Cave was SO relaxing! FYI you do get salty, so don't wear clothes that you plan on wearing out later if you have plans afterwards. We got to sip on hot tea and enjoy the space to ourselves. My husband has sinus issues and felt cleared out and his breathing was noticeably clearer. There's soothing background music and the energy from the salt stone was weightlifting and mesmerizing. We discovered Salt Room Summerlin the moment we moved to this neighborhood. Last winter my little son who is 4 got sick a lot, he was coughing back and forth for about 2 months. Of course, doctors only suggested us antibiotics. As a mom I was looking for alternative. And I decided to try SALT ROOM. I didn't know they accept kids as well which is a huge plus and that they have different locations. The lady on the phone was very kind and nice, explained everything and the session for 45 min for kids is only $ 25. I had nothing to lose as I knew about benefits of salt since I was a kid. We did try and already after second session my son felt better!!!! He likes to play with salt and we bring some toys to make him busy. They don't have an option for 6 stars so I want to start off by saying they need more stars. First I was going to book it online and had a little trouble with that, not the websites fault, I just didn't know what I was doing. I called and Trinity was there to help me and she went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. She even called back twice to make sure everything was in order. Upon arrival I was greeted by Mia who was super helpful. The waiting room was relaxing as my anticipation grew. We started off with the Salt Room and it was very tranquil. I passed out for 45 mins and when it was time for the massage I felt like I had slept for 4 hours cause I was rejuvenated. The massages were done by two amazing women and I'm so sorry I forgot their names cause they are phenomenal but they did such an amazing job my brain shut off. I can say that it brought my partner and I closer with this experience and I felt it for the rest of the day. I will be going back to continue this enrichment to my mind, body, and soul. This place is always so tranquil and has good vibes. Staff is so friendly. I did a Reiki session with Svetlana who is amazing! She is so in tune with assessing your needs and her healing power is on the next level. She had helped me previously when my father passed away and the grief was causing me so many health issues like heart palpatations, trouble eating and anxiety. I had seen a couple doctors and all they wanted to do was throw meds at me. I also tried acupuncture which did not help. One session with Svetlana and I was completely healed.
