So this morning I went to see if I can get my money back and this nasty lady (her name was Cathy) was refusing to give our money back. She was trying to give us coupons instead on a $50 cake. Also she tasted the cake which was only the vanilla part and said it tasted fine (that wasn't the part that tasted bad it was the chocolate part. Then she proceeded to try and shove it in our faces to taste it again. This isn't how you treat a value customer like I said we order cakes from this location since I was a kid. This is why it is important for business owners to train the people they hire about appropriate customer service because although the employees are not owners, they are representatives of the business.
