Where do I even begin?! The BEST Vietnamese restaurant I have ever been to. Hoi An is a special restaurant because it has specialities from Vietnam's middle region, a region best know for its beautiful presentation and clean and fresh taste. Not So don't just get pho here, but the middle region's specialities which is rarely found in the majority of Vietnamese restaurants.
I ordered the cao lâu, a middle region favorite, a tumeric based noodle soup, and the restaurant's specialty/best seller/family recipe. And wow, did it live up to my expectations and more. It was an EXPERIENCE, a warm comforting loving experience.
The rest of my family ordered canh tôm with rice (sweet sour soup with shrimp), râu mung (sauteed morning glories), gà hp (steamed chicken with ginger dipping sauce), bún cha gio (vermecelli noodles with springrolls and beef) and bún ch Hà Ni (vermecelli noodles with pork). My grandparents confirmed it was absolutely delicious.
If you are a Vietnamese and visiting Paris, a dinner here is SO WORTH IT!!!! read more
