My Tesla was damaged and Iris at i10 auto body was so helpful! She made sure the vehicle was repaired up to Tesla standards so when I return it next year it's good as new! They worked really well with my insurance and kept me informed the entire time. It took 4 weeks to repair the damage. Thankfully insurance paid for everything so I'm not sure the total value paid, but overall it was a great experience. read more

Almost 5 months this shop worked on repairing front end damage on my mini. Song and dance from the start. Even my adjuster couldn't get adequate communication. Ordered the WRONG parts on a consistent basis- excuse being they had to send someone from the shop to pick up parts from Ontario? . FINALLY Picked up the car, headlights didn't work and weren't set properly, the parking light on the front was improperly installed and drained my battery- no response from Art who I've called multiple times on this issue- the cars fluids not checked and oil wasn't registering so had the car serviced. Absolutely no accountability or responsibility from this. Quite a bit of money lost on car rentals and additional repairs- guess this will have to go to a different forum to gain satisfaction. read more

Wanted side stripes painted on both sides of new car. I was sent there by I-10 Dodge. Estimator said they don't custom work when I showed him a pix of what I wanted. This body shop has a special to repair bumpers and headlight restoration. I went in for an estimate. $1800 , She tells me that the ad price is just for polishing the bumper. I don't think so lady I read the ad. It's just to get you in the door . Who would commit to such an outrageous prices anyway? it's just a waste of time. read more

I had been rear-ended by an SUV at a red light, thrusting me into the car in front of me. As I'd never been involved in an accident before, they patiently guided me through each step, including setting me up with a delivered rental, helping me with the insurance companies involved, along with Art noticing and pointing out the extensive damage my car had endured, both asking me if I was sure I was ok. They both earned my total trust, and under Art's watchful eyes, the work on my car was performed phenomenally beautiful. My car looks brand new, and the paint looks great! Due to Covid, the extensive work, all the needed parts, it took a bit longer than I'd wished, although they kept me abreast of everything, warmly explaining each process as we went on, with genuine empathy. I needed a rear back panel repaired on my car caused by someone backing into the passenger side. When I took it in originally, the original estimate was for $1,292.13 and 3-5 days to complete. This became an insurance claim that ballooned, with the final payout of $5,626 and it took almost a month to complete the repair. While the quality of work was good, the lack of communication with me was unacceptable. I was the one having to call for updates, not vice versa. I was disappointed in the time it took, the lack of follow through communication-wise and wonder if everything done on the car was necessary. read more

Their ads for $350 bumper repairs are a way of getting you to come in for an estimate that is 4 times that much. In my case, the estimate to repair a small dent in the rear bumper would be $1269. This included replacing the bumper, not repairing it, and the cost to match an Audi stock paint color. They assume insurance is covering the repair and apparently insurance companies don't care because they pass the cost on to us in the way of inflated insurance rates. I 10 Auto Body is an elaborate rip off scam. Find a locally owned repair shop and support small business. I 10 Auto Body is a big business rip off machine. read more

I needed major work done to my car and we were treated from the beginning to the end with professional employees i.e. Office manager Britta and body man Brandon. We were called twice a week with updates and were kept abreast of everything as it was progressing. Caliber did a beautiful job and we could not be happier.
