Lagged on fixing my Kia. Then when it was ready I couldnt come the same day to pick it up so he had it parked in his parking lot area. Someone tried breaking into it, shoved foil into my key hole. Assumed it was just a one time thing so i came back for a second repair after a semi wheel hit my car. He didnt put the clips on my back bumper so the underpart hangs from time to time. Then he kept pushing the finish by date blaming part manufacturers ( 4 times ). He never put the cap on my front wheel cause he was waiting on it. Dude never reached out, if he even recieved it. He even asked me if i was trying to get money from insurance, because he could say it costs more. I didnt need the money at the time but obviously he did. Shitty half caca work. Dont come here unless you want the run around. Too bad so sad. read more

I've never used an auto body place and was weary of being given honest help. Literally from the first phone call with Matthew I was convinced his would be the shop. Over the last year, unfortunately my poor 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT was rear ended and side-swiped plus the electric mirror was knocked off thus 3 separate areas needed repairs. I highly recommend this shop. I brought my car in for repairs to the front of the car from a rear ending accident. Matthew gave me a very reasonable quote. As they were performing the work and removed the front bumper, they discovered additional damage to the frame. Matthew made many phone calls to get the parts needed as cheaply and quickly as possible. He also did not charge me any labor for the additional work that was needed. My wife and I had decided to change the color of our 2000 Corvette from a tired navy blue to a nice custom Yellow. We were concerned because color changes can be tricky if not done right. We looked around at several shops and spoke with several auto body owners, and shop managers while looking for the right shop. After seeing the reviews on Yelp, and speaking with Matthew from Matthews Auto Body, we were convinced that he would do a good job for us. We brought him our car and shared with him how concerned we were and that we wanted him to treat our "baby" with care. We left our car with Matthew as he assured us he would do a good job. After a little while we received a call to come down and see the progress of the car. All looked good and we knew that it would not be much longer. After about another week or so, Matthew called and told us to come see our Corvette. We could not believe how GREAT! our car looked. The car shined better than it ever had, and looked as though it came from the factory with this beautiful yellow paint. The cars shine was, and is amazing and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. What Matthew promised and what they delivered are exactly what he said. The professionalism and courtesy of the shop staff, and the quality of the work they do, far exceeds the cost that they charge. My drivers side door was damaged in my Toyota Sienna minivan and I was dreading the whole process of getting it fixed, but these guys made it painless! I called to see if they could give me an estimate, Matthew did some research and sent me an estimate within a couple of hours. He had to order a new door which needed to be paid for upfront. The door arrived within a few business days. My van has a blizzard pearl paint color and I was concerned that it wouldn't match but he was able to blend it in to the adjacent panels and it looks great!!
