He offered a solution that would require moving a low used circuit on to another one to free up a slot for the double slot 50 Amp breaker. He suggested a certain type of charger that they install frequently. I was able to find a different brand that would work for Consumers Energy rebate. I got great communication from Flat River with a break down of costs. The unit I bought was cheaper (tons to choose from) Flat River installed the products I purchased for a reasonable fee. Then she asked (!) if I would email photos of the inside of my home. Tired of the email exchange I asked her to simply call me. She delegated that call to one of her staff. So I declined the opportunity to work with Blue Enterprises. I later noticed that I was responding via email and the conversation was actually occurring in Yelp's messaging, which is probably why she was content to message extensively. I'm from an era when a phone conversation is sometimes best. But it should have come from Ms. Blue, not her associate.

I called a company and had them out for an estimate and they wanted between $4000 and $7000 for a new panel and breakers. I was fully transparent with what I was looking for and provided the instructions because I knew it was an odd task and I didn't want this to become exactly what it did... After two days and hundreds of dollars, I was left with a barely built and bent gazebo. This included whole pieces not put back on and a giant hole in the mosquito netting. Not only did they not complete the job, they ruined the gazebo. I received no reimbursement of any kind. And on top of everything, they were extremely late showing up both days and communication was terrible.
