No major issues, and Henry also threw on a screen protector and charger (which charges much faster than Apple's standard charger and both only add around $5 to my monthly bill, not bad) and added insurance to my plan, which I thought I originally had. Twenty four hours later still having problems and the phone functions but only a small portion of apps and data transferred. I went in today to do that, and received horrible service from employee Josh. He sat behind the desk screaming at me from across the room, refused to process the return, said I had to pay a $110 restocking fee for the phone, which was never told to me. When I asked for a district or regional manager he screamed no one is going to waive the fee and wouldn't tell me who they were. I went to another location and was told I had to deal with these asshats. Once I left I discovered this jerk turned off my old phone so I couldn't even call to complain. I spent 5.5 hrs on the phone with ATT 1800 #, getting my old phone back on he purposely turned off, getting direct tv & internet returned, and returning the phones with ATT loyalty care. I was also forced to get a different ATT plan to " buy a newer phone" Now I am paying $200 more a month for the same service I had before & had to pay $110 restocking fee for phones I just returned with ATT loyalty. I have wasted 1.5 weeks of my life and multiple hours on the phone trying to rectify this mess! Do NOT go in here! In fact, don't even bother with ATT anymore. The internet didn't work and neither did their Direct TV. They have lost my service for life! Been with them forever too! Waste of time & $. Horrible, horrible, horrible shady service!

So to help these lovely folks I'm here to say I have zero idea what the last poster is talking about. I had all questions answered immediately and got the new 13 pro shipped to me next day. Which next day is a blessing because right now I seen some people are waiting until Christmas to get their new phone. Thanks a ton for the help and service Santos and Cassie!
