Firstly, what I really enjoy about this Goodwill that I always try to find at other locations is that it has a restroom and a fair amount of changing rooms. This is one of the busiest Goodwill locations that we have ever been to and I reviewed a lot of Goodwill locations! It's almost like Black Friday inside. Staff here was friendly and courteous and plenty of mine was will be replenished as quickly as they were taken off the shelves. Fair selection of men's clothing though I didn't find too much for myself. Great selection of picture frames and wall hangings as well. Prices here are actually pretty modest on a good majority of the items. Overall, I thought this was a solid location check out lines can't be very long

If you're going to tape up the boxes, then make sure all components are in the box or just throw it away. These are FREE donations and you are stealing people's money. They think they are getting a complete puzzle or game. Top it off, this location is dirty, unorganized, and a mess. Do better.

You'll definitely need at least an hour and a half to make it through the whole marketplace, because it's jam packed with antiquities. The room you initially enter was originally built in 1853 and was the First Congregational Church of Crete. You can see this in the architecture and the stained glass windows which still bear the names of the family's who paid for the windows. Most of my postcard collection comes from this shop, as they always have some of the most beautiful and unique vintage postcards I've ever seen. The pricing has gone up a bit I've noticed, but not to anything unreasonable. If you visit in summer, the front is a bit warmer than as you make your way throughout, but still worth the visit. They have all kinds of little bits and bobs everywhere, and there's something for everyone there. I'm looking forward to my next visit home so my dad and I can go Christmas shopping.

This place is exceptionally dirty, unorganized, and has no rhyme or reason, and I wouldn't have it any other way! It is a thrifters dream. Don't wear something nice, you will get dirty. If you have allergies, take a Claritin before hand. It is worth a visit, trust me! They have furniture, China, glassware, lamps, art, kitchen stuff, old nuts/bolts/fittings, old tools, and more. They have a little bit of everything. It's a labyrinth of small paths, dead ends, strange rooms, all full to the ceiling with stuff, literally stuff hanging from the ceiling.

In fact, if you decide to walk-in hungry, makes sure to get a hand stamp (or maybe 2) to allow re-entry. You can find all the Mexican eats your stomach may desire inside, however the best eats are actually around the perimeter before you enter. More specifically nearby 43rd & Wood Street. Park on 43rd and take the hike to S-O-R. Trust me, you have to try the food along the way. And this way, after you've spent the day at the place you can even find lunch on your walk back to your car. From my experience, stalls start to close down around 1pm, target arriving early, perhaps between 10am and 1pm. Pro Tip: Bring a minimum of $50 in cash so you are prepared to shop & negotiate. Though I did not find what I was looking for I found a few items I liked. Only $1 entrance fee. Make sure u get stamped if u need to take items to your car or need to step away. The Bridge Thrift Shop opened their second location in Frankfort just off Harlem Ave and Lincoln…read moreHwy. The inside is spacious and very well organized into categories like Media, Antiques, Jewelry, Glassware, Plants, Lighting, Crafts, and more. The Antiques section was my favorite as there was clothing, toys, shoes, and other fun blasts from the past. I also enjoyed their Plant Shop that had both living and fake plants of all sizes. The staff did note that the Frankfort location has more home decor while the Orland Park location has more clothing. They have a donation drop off around back of the building for the community to give away items. All profits benefit The Bridge Teen Center in Orland Park which helps fund holistic programs to troubled teens in the area. So happy I stopped in to take a look around!

I found some very good deals and made a purchase. I seen a used ottoman I liked, but for the price, I could get it new elsewhere. Between the two floors, you can lose track of time and end up browsing for hours. Sometimes you have to be lucky to find exactly what you're looking for. Some sellers will lower prices if you ask, particularly for items under $100. I've found excellent typewriters here, all in working order. Three Sisters is an antique story lover's dream come true.
