Told them it was a serious issue and if anyone could come by on the 23rd. Without hesitation we were told Travis would be there within the hour. First off, Travis was courteous and knowledgeable. Took his time to trouble shoot. Found the problem and cleared out the issue. Epic save for Xmas weekend. After it was done, Travis went around to see if there were any other troublesome issues. Shared them but wasn't pushing to fix. Another plus. They could've charged and arm and a leg to have him come out. But it was reasonably priced and will be used again.

The guy was great (friendly, professional , knowledgeable and punctual), he checked everything for potential problems, so there's no problem with the quality of the work or customer service, but for something that simple the $60 visit charge should have been folded into the labor costs.

I explained on the phone every single thing I needed done, and they said OK. They come out, call, and still have not completed all the items. So then I need to ask them to do all the items, and they will only do some. So then we need to tell them again. Then I asked them to test the faucets, etc., but they said that since the engineer is testing, they do not need to. If they say a master plumber is coming then do what you say you are going to do.

The day after Christmas I was able contact my usual plumber and he came right out. He used a small snake and cleared the clog. He only charged me $160. It only took him about 20 minutes.
