But the lack of actual attention and care... Horrid. Pushed something I was open to, but never once opened my current account to see how I was set up and what my payments or anything looked like prior to insisting on needing to do a credit pull to see how much the potential new vehicle would cost. Would've known wouldn't be remotely interested given where I was at. So cool, now a pull on my credit that was entirely unnecessary. Around this time Tony came back and I immediately got out from under D&M. Same account manager had no idea I had gotten rid of the vehicle I had through them over a month prior. Again, either it's that disjointed or just absolutely no homework done. Zero regrets in leaving. Wouldn't recommend.

Actions like this erode trust and reflect poorly on your business.
