I couldn't handle the no sleep so called and luckily they were able to get me in last minute. I waited in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes, waited for the provider who came in less then 15 minutes afterwards, and was diagnosed with strep throat and with a sinus infection. After being given 5 prescriptions later, i got to go home with self care instructions. So far, this has been the easiest and best Urgent care I've been to in all of OC and Riverside county.

After going back and being placed in a room I was called back for X-rays. The doctor came back and confirmed what I knew about my toe. He told me he couldn't do anything, he couldn't wrap it and he also told me I could purchase a boot and wait for my orthopedic referral. I felt so defeated and depressed. My toe was literally leaned over and they didn't not care at all. I ended up at menifee valley hospital (I think that's the name) they were quick and friendly. I would say it seems they do not like African Americans, I do not know these people and I have insurance it was no reason for anyone to mistreat or not properly provide me with medical assistance. I pray every one in this office that was there on Tuesday soften their hearts and be more kind to people.

The problem I had with them was once I got home I noticed the dressing on my heel was not properly applied and I was concerned of possible infection. I wanted to go back into carbon health to get it redressed but I was told they close in 10 minutes at 6 PM. I guess they didn't want to hang out an extra 30 minutes and redress my wound. My wife and I had thought we found a good urgent care, but now it turns out we won't be going back. Personally, if it was my business, I would've stayed late and taken care of my customer the right way.

Imagine me walking in stiff and battered looking for an x-ray to ensure nothing was broken, I was in strife! Thankfully, Temecula 24's front office staff were polite and welcoming. The online check-in process was seamless and I was seen in less than 30 mins. Upon entering my room in the back, my wounds were cleaned up and I was bandaged by an amazing radiology professional. Next, I was seen by an NP who gave me a shot for the pain, followed by a tetanus shot since a piece of metal hit me during my accident. I was so thankful for the thorough treatment and forethought to prevent infection and complications. Lastly, I was taken to the x-ray room, provided a protective cover and had my leg and elbow examined. The radiology lady was very sweet, she was with me every step of the way and ensured my comfort to the best of her ability! Once the results were in, I was told I didn't have any breaks or dislocations, phew! I was given ibuprofen and given an antibiotic cream for my wounds. The NP suggested physical therapy only if needed. Overall, this visit was a huge improvement over the last time I came here. The clinic had great music and a much better vibe this time! Note: Doctor's notes are only good for 3 days! Plan accordingly.

She then went on to tell me to get a jar of vasoline and rub it all over the infection. This was malpractice. I contacted the office manager when I left and she stopped me from going to any other A Plus locations yesterday because they may not get paid for the exam that Lois gave me if I am seen at 2 locations in the same day. So that confirmed it they only care about money. These people no longer care about you or your health. I will never return to this location. Made an appointment for a TB test to be able to volunteer and work for the school district. It is a…read moretime sensitive test that I had to come back for within 48-72 hours. For the initial visit it took two hours from the time we checked in from the scheduled time of the appointment to be seen. After the appointment, we specifically asked if we needed to make a follow up appointment to check the results and the medical assistant who administered the test said no. That all I had to do was come back within the time frame, go to the front desk and I would be able to be seen quickly. I came back today and it took an hour for a provider to check the spot and give the okay. He apologized for how long it took. But that doesn't take back the time spent on a test I already knew the answer to just needed to have it signed off to be able to work. If staffing up is an issue, they should really work on that. They should also be up front that even if you have a scheduled appointment, be transparent about the actual wait time when you check in. The MA should've also been more realistic with the protocol of coming back. "Quickly" is not an hour of waiting for a two minute visit. We used to trust coming to this urgent care but there was nothing urgent about it the speed of service on these last two visits that make me feel confident in coming back to this location.

He went through the pages thoroughly. He spoke of how much he loves teaching, sharing his knowledge, skills, talent, and experience with others. He is helping create more proficient and skillful surgeons.
