I went in after 5 days of feeling like my stomach had decided its job was to make me hate my life, and fighting through work because my boss is the type to not give a shit how you feel. After 10 minutes in a waiting room, Katie brought me back and was kind, honest, empathetic, and got me through it. She even made it funny(although pooping in a bucket is kind of a comedy lay-up). I clearly showed them the link and now she's acting brand new. She gives me a horrible attitude and look at me like it's my fault instead of trying to help me figure out a solution. The ladies at the front desk are nice. But the Nurse practitioner gave me a broad spectrum antibiotic for my condition. Didn't offer me a lab which is medical malpractice. I called them a few days later when my antibiotics were not working... I have no insurance.. so I managed to talk them into just letting me get lab work instead of trying to charge me for another visit out of pocket. So more antibiotics were issued because the first didn't work... Horrible service read more

When asked how long the illness is supposed to last, the answer is "I wish I could predict the future". When asked if currently contagious-- "I wish I could predict the future". The care here was excellent! Our medical assistant was so caring and attentive to our son. The practitioner gave us clear instructions and explanations. We are used to Kaiser's two hour wait but we changed insurance recently. So we were shocked when we were seen within 20 minutes. I deeply regret ever taking my 7-year-old son to this urgent care. He was in pain and complaining about his right ear, so I brought him here hoping to get help. The doctor told me he had wax buildup and needed an ear wash. After the procedure, she suddenly said she saw an infection and sent us home with an antibiotic. After just two doses, my son had a frightening allergic reaction. I rushed him back, terrified, only to be told by a nurse practitioner that there were no signs of an infection at all--he had been given antibiotics he didn't even need. Shortly after, my little boy became so sick that he had to be admitted to the ICU. I consulted other doctors, and they all confirmed that there was no ear infection. What a difference a new doctor makes! Dr. D was incredible and thankfully the staff was able to get me in even though there were so many people that were trying to come in today. Thank you guys so much! I have been sick every single month for the last few months for a week or two at a time And I will call him Dr. D because I don't want him to get too busy. His bedside manner is one of the best that I've had in my whole life. If anybody is going to be training doctors new or prior this should be bedside manner. He explains things he doesn't condescend and he's thorough. Very very thorough and like I said involving the patient and keeping them informed is Paramount. Obviously I'm sure you have to be selective with who you can be like that with but I appreciate that he was extremely straightforward And he put knowledge behind it and didn't just expect me to go along with anything and he did not jump to prescribing prescriptions! I think the biggest thing for me when I see a doctor especially if I mention that my back is hurting at all in addition to not feeling good not once did he mention prescriptions. So it wasn't like a test to see if that's what I wanted and I appreciated that because obviously in this area I know that's an issue. I just wanted to see what I did to my back! They got me in and the radiology technician was also incredible and very professional and very thorough. Tonight the whole staff is great even though they had somebody get frustrated with them. I get it when your kid is sick it's can't be scary but sometimes they are just trying to do their jobs. I think the staff has been really great. So we need to hopefully that guy will come back and apologize for hockey treated them. He was probably just scared or something I don't know. Either way if you're reading this thank you so much and hiring staff needs to look more into how Dr. D interacts with his patient. Healthcare would be so much better with that approach of knowledge and explanation but where it's so fast and precise it's not over someone's head or unnecessary information. There's only one other doctor that I've ever been to that has been asked through and she is constantly booked in Huntington Beach. To be honest, the last few times I've had to take my child to urgent care I've avoided this one because of the reviews. I went last night for the first time, child had EXTREMELY HIGH temp and I couldn't recommend them enough. I didn't wait very long at all compared to other facilities. They ran the test on my 6 year old and came back within the 10 minutes it took to process. Explained medications thoroughly to me and left it up to me if I wanted to give them to him but provided the prescription just in case, because I was hesitant. Absolutely every single nurse/ doctor were all excellent, thorough, and knowledgeable on what and why they were prescribing. I'll go back to this facility next time needed read more

I love the office staff and behind the desk but the wait is ridiculous. Even with an appointment the wait to be seen was still over an hour definitely not accelerated. Hardly anyone is here. Unfortunately primary care doctors are closed today and it is urgent. I've been here one other time without an appointment and the wait was about 3 hours only for the doctor to rush us and saw her for less than a minute. Literally. Maybe it's because I'm upset for my friend but if I could give zero stars I would. I brought my best friend here to get seen for her HS, she had an enflamed cyst and was hoping to get it drained. Initially, NP Clarissa Smith started out very friendly and told us extensively about her own experiences with her own health, but refused the service. We finished up a little confused, we couldn't tell what the exact course of action was. We spoke to the PA and could tell she had felt attacked, so I tried to clarify that as the liaison between us and the physician we just wanted to know what the course of action was and had a few questions. By the time NP Smith came back she had completely changed in tone and bedside manner; coming off very confrontational, impatient, and plain rude which was very weird considering nobody was angry or raised their voice, my friend and I were just trying to understand if she's just not comfortable performing the procedure or what we can do to relieve her pain today when her initial advice was to wait another ten days after my friend has been suffering with the cyst for seven days at this point. Having worked in customer service ourselves we understand that interactions can be unsavory, but neither one of us was unkind, we smiled and respectfully asked questions. We are not medical professionals, so we don't know what we don't know. It felt very punitive. I called ahead of time to make sure an x-ray tech would be present to have my daughter's back checked...I made an appointment. We have been in the room for an hour when the x-ray tech stated she could not xray my daughter because my son was present and she could not take her in by herself for liability reasons. She could not take a child under 10. My daughter turns 10 in 3 months. So we've waited an hour spoke to 4 different people from entry to xray tech and nobody thought to mention this. Even when I asked the receptionist if we could get an xray they could have said do you have someone to watch your son but nobody did. So I had to call in my mom from 15 minutes away to come watch my son so my daughter can get her xray. read more

**Extremely Disappointed - Unethical Behavior by Accelerated Urgent Care Staff** Last night, my family and I had an incredibly frustrating and costly experience involving Accelerated Urgent Care located in the Vineyard Complex in Murrieta, CA. We were simply trying to enjoy dinner with our family and support local businesses--specifically Chick-fil-A, located in the same complex. Due to heavy traffic and congestion--likely related to a graduation event happening **across the street** (which we were *not attending*)--parking in the area was extremely limited. We parked in the Vineyard Complex lot, which had available spaces and signage indicating it was for **Vineyard Complex customers only**--which we unquestionably were. About an hour later, we returned to find our car had been towed without any notice or visible justification. There are **no signs** anywhere in the lot indicating that any spaces are designated solely for urgent care patients. When we spoke with Accelerated Urgent Care staff, they claimed we had parked in "their" spots--yet this is a shared parking lot, and *no spaces are marked as exclusive* to them. What makes this situation even worse is what we learned from the **towing company**: Accelerated Urgent Care **staff had been sitting and reviewing surveillance footage for 45 minutes**, watching people park and walk in various directions, and making assumptions about who was attending the graduation versus who was a complex customer. They then called to have vehicles towed based on those assumptions--ours included. We were left stranded in the cold with no transportation and **an infant car seat still locked in the back of our vehicle**. It was not only irresponsible, it was downright cruel. On top of that, we were forced to pay \$600 to retrieve our vehicle, despite being fully within our rights to park there as patrons of the complex. We have taken photos, filed a police report, and will be pursuing a small claims case against the urgent care facility and the towing company involved. This was an outrageous abuse of power and a complete disregard for decency and community responsibility. **After reading their two-star review average at this location, this sadly does not surprise me.** It appears our experience is not an isolated incident, but rather part of a pattern of poor judgment and even poorer customer service. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when visiting this area, especially when it comes to Accelerated Urgent Care in Murrieta. If this is how they treat families and local customers--spying on them through cameras and making baseless decisions to tow their cars--how can they be trusted to provide ethical or compassionate medical care? Went there today and we waited 11/2 hours only to be seen for 5 minutes. By this time our pharmacy was closed so we asked they send it to the one that is open 24 hours. When we arrived they didn't have it because the staff sent it to the closed one. I specifically asked them to send to the one that was open. Now we have to wait another 30 minutes . I made an appointment at 1:45pm got to check the vitals fast, less than 10min Came in with a really bad migraine, stayed in a room waiting for a doctor for over 45min, they're not ever busy, there was nobody in there besides me. From the room I could listen they talking about Halloween, what they gonna do or dress. I was excited to try this place-I appreciate that they open at 8am as some others don't until 9am. The facility is clean and a lot of room in the waiting area. I do wish there was a tv or something for when it's a long wait. We checked in at 830. There were 2 people in the waiting area. One was a sports physical (I heard her say) and the other no idea. The check in process is easy. We were not called back until 930. I feel like that was quite a wait for not seeing anyone leaving or going back. At 10am the PA comes back. She says my sons foot needs an X-ray. 15 minutes later the X-ray tech comes in and Guess what? The wifi was down and not able to do the X-ray. The X-ray tech, I'm sorry I didn't get his name was the most pleasant and upfront person in our entire visit. I think an hour and half wait seems rather lengthy when you hear the office staff worrying about their Jamba Juice order and what they did over the weekend. I would have appreciated an update or some kind of idea what the timing was looking like. The communication was seriously lacking. Rather than wait for the wifi to come back or return when we could get an X-ray we went somewhere else and we're in and out in less than 40 minutes. read more

If you have a young child with autism this is not the place to go. I tried to have my son seen and doctor T. Pham, PA-C refused to see him. I believe it's because he's autistic. I confirmed with the corporate office about our needs and they said they can do it here and scheduled us an appointment. Accelerated Urgent Care cured my painful plantar wart. What does a plantar wart feel like? Some people say it feels like an uncomfortable pebble in one's shoe. But for me, it hurt! Everything went smoothly with the removal. The physician or nurse used enough anesthesia. Then, the man went to work. He burned or froze off the plantar wart. I was even allowed to make a video of the procedure with my phone. To this day, the plantar wart is gone! What patient could not be thrilled with the result? read more
