He gave me a explanation of what was going on with my body, my shoulders and ribs not aligned and the muscles over compensate for it's misplacement. If during the twist you feel like a really sour sensation, your practitioner hit a really good spot. Embrace it! I didn't realize that Dr. Lu was inserting done needles a good 3 inches into me.
