I hurt my back at work, and had called my brother who sees a chiropractor regularly, asked him how to find a reputable chiropractor. He said to look up Mark Dederichs and see if he was still in business as he was the go to chiropractor 30 yrs ago... I was surprised to find him still practicing. I called at around 10 AM and his receptionist was very kind and able to get me a same-day appointment. I arrived, and she took me back to the most peaceful outdoor area to just relax, she then called me in Mark was very thorough and understanding exactly what took place leading up to and during my injury. He was thorough in testing my range of motion always making sure that I was comfortable and not in pain. He explained everything and made sense of what had happened and how my body was reacting to it. He treated me in office and I left walking better and feeling less tension and pain. Also while I was there, he adjusted my 11 year old daughters back does gymnastics. She was nervous going in and now is asking me when she can go back. I was very skeptical about going to see a chiropractor after breaking my back back in 1998 and hearing some horror stories about how some like to apply so much pressure you hear cracking. When I pulled my lower lumbar muscle and could barely move without excruciating pain. Two weeks ago, I twisted my back. I was stuck unable to move or walk without constant severe pain. I got in touch with Dr. Mark, and that was the best turn in my recovery path! Since I was unable to move, he stopped by my house and helped me to understand what was going on with my back. I followed all his advice and started seeing results almost immediately. I have been going to see Dr. Mark for about 12 years. He is an excellent Chiropractor and Acupuncturist. Dr. Mark is very caring, he takes his time and as like other doctors that wants you back every week, he will only have you back if it is necessary. Mark is amazing. I've suffered from lower back problems since I was a teenager and nothing has ever helped more than my visits with him. I tried out a chiropractor that charged me 3x as much and never did a thing for me even after taking x-rays and having numerous weekly visits. Mark knew exactly what to do and I felt much better after 1 single visit. He didn't even ask me where it hurt. He just felt my spine and told me exactly where my problem was--he was spot on. I go see him bi-annually because that's all I need now. I once was dealing with very sore shoulders and mentioned it I him. Friday Aug 2nd 2019: I went in for acupuncture. I hit my arm really hard and got a lump that wouldn't go away and it was painful. I also went in for stress, anxiety and depression. Mark made me feel very welcomed. He spoke to me and also listened to me very carefully and with patience. He did an ultrasound massage on my arm, then a heat pack, then acupuncture. He did the acupuncture on my arms for pain and he also did some for mental health. Best experience I've ever had. It's also very affordable. I feel blessed to have gone here and meeting Mark. Dr. Dederich is very knowledgeable, super nice and totally honest!! I've been to him a few times when I see I'm crooked! Never does he try's to upsell me to come every week... always have left feeling better and like new in a couple of days!! I even sent him one of my massage clients and after an evaluation he told him to come back and get massage because his back was fine.... Who does that?!? Only $35 a session after 1st session, $25 tuesdays!! Think I'm going to have to go a little more regular for maintenance at those prices!! read more

Local high school athletes can get their physical and the required "ATHLETIC CLEARNCE" form completed and sometimes the same day you call to schedule the appointment. This is a great service for parents and his exams are thorough and helpful. My son Jack looks forward to seeing Dr. Mark to discuss weight training for football and any other sports conditioning questions. I experienced a lower back muscle spasm- the first I have ever had- I was debilitated, could not move. I found Dr Dederichs - I called the office , now let me remind you this was my very first visit, new patient. The staff was so accommodating and understood the pain and situation I was in and made me an appointment that same day( actually within 15 minutes of my call) and took me in right away. Dr Dederichs saw me twice that day to make sure I would be on the fast road to recovery I was able to return to work the next day. I could not recommend a more knowledgably, thoughtful, professional Doctor and staff. Highly recommended. Dr. Dederichs even came by to see my husband to see how I was doing ( I happened to be out of town when he stopped by). Now in light of this I would saw an angel was watching over me because my original call was to a Dr. that I had seen years prior for work on the same area of my lower back, never returned my call and the staff never made an appointment for me.
