I asked them to honor the gift certificate. Then I asked to speak to the manager. She was not on the premises so they called her. She also refused and said it doesn't matter what was written down. Only the money matters. No surprise there. They have lost a few customers but they have so many I guess it doesn't matter. She was very argumentative.
