Found my dress here after trying several shops across Texas!!! The selection here is amazing, and the prices are even more amazing. All of the dresses are under $1500, so it was very easy to find a dress in my budget. The owner was very nice, as well as the employees helping me with picking and getting into several dresses. The location is a bit hard to find, as it is in a building with several suites, but plenty of parking and it is spacious inside! Upon walking in, I was greeted by a very friendly woman (possibly manager or owner? I'm not sure) but she assured me we'd get a stylist as soon as possible. Once I started picking out dresses, I had a gut feeling this wasn't going to be the place I say yes to the dress. Anyways, I proceeded to try some on and the stylist threw my dresses to the ground each time and proceeded to step over and around them. I told her that I would prefer if she helped me put them on but instead she watched me get completely nude and it made me uncomfortable. Sure, the dresses were beautiful but it's the experience that wasn't worth it. And on top of that, majority of the dresses I tried on were stained. I wouldn't recommend this place! read more

I just bought my dress here today and I couldn't be happier!! :) I'm sooo glad I listened to the reviews, they have a huge selection of designer dresses for an unbelievably budget friendly price! I had my heart set on a Stella York, Christina Wu, Allure, or Mori Lee dress, but I just didn't want to spend over $2000 on a dress that I'm going to wear for only a few hours! They had dresses from all those designers and sooo many more for wayyy less than the other bridal boutiques I was looking at online. The lowest priced designer dress I tried on was a little over $500 and the highest I tried on was $1150, so definitely affordable for every budget! Riley, Andrea, and the owner were so knowledgeable and kind they weren't trying to push a sale or steer me towards a higher priced dress or a certain style, they actually encouraged me to try on multiple styles. I tried on over 13 dresses with Andrea and every one was gorgeous but I narrowed it down to two dresses, and after that many dresses, you would think she would just be ready for me to hurry up and pick one, but nope she never once got impatient and actually suggested I try my two favorites on again to compare them to make a final decision. I was very impressed with the customer service, even more impressed with the selection of designer dresses, but absolutely astonished by the pricing! We booked a private event which I highly recommend if you can do it! We had the entire studio to ourselves and our bridal party for two hours. The staff were LOVELY! They made my daughter feel so special and so beautiful. They took so much time with her helping her select the most perfect dress. Each time she would come out and step in front of the mirror they would ask her, "how do you feel", "what parts of the dress do you like/dislike?", "is this in your top 3?" They gave her time to process and see it and to answer her questions. More importantly they remind you that this dress is made to fit your body, no matter the figure or the size and the remind you how beautiful you are over and over. They really listen to the bride. They help you get in and out of the dresses and it was not awkward at all. I had a friend take photos of the dresses I tried on, and after looking at the pictures I decided which dress I wanted. I called and the owner let me come in before they opened to try my dress on one more time, pick a veil, and to check out. It only took 20 minutes and I got my dress and veil for under $1,000! I'm sharing this review on two places hoping that no one else has to go through the same experience. I would love to know that someone reads the reviews and knows what to expect from shopping here. I felt icky after shopping here, no one should feel this way during/after wedding dress shopping. I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this store... Others have complained about the same things that I dealt with yesterday. I bought a dress (a beautiful dress) but i'm having buyers remorse and of course, the store does not accept returns or exchanges. I really don't have to explain what happened, all the other bad reviews say it all. I left that store feeling bad and knew that I spent too much money for a dress (although beautiful) that is cheaper elsewhere. I just went here for a scheduled appointment and the place was a absolute zoo. Their brides from in the morning appointments we're running late which caused them to overlap with the afternoon appointments. The whole experience was horrific from trying to find the shop, the frantic staff members that were overwhelmed, the pushy manager, and the poor organization, and crowded (singular) room. I even had different consultants and the manager walking in on me as I was changing in the dressing rooms with no notice. The whole experience took me from wanting to feel so special to very annoyed and underwhelmed. I was so excited to come here per the other reviews and tried on one dress and left in a hurry. This place!!!!! I was told about this place from a friend who was going to spend about $4k on a dress but her mom told her to come here and she found the same dress for like $800. I made an appt for a boutique that morning, went there and found a style I loved. We came here and was a little sketched out.. the location is not ideal and the building looks terrifying as well but do not deter!!! The ladies do not work off commission and will be 100% honest with you about what looks best on your body. They are honest about not wanting you to spend an arm and a leg on a dress, veil, headpiece, etc. they understand this is an extremely important day and you shouldn't have to spend your life savings on a dress. I am so glad I came here and recommend it to any bride. Even if you aren't on a budget- definitely worth stopping here. I had a good time here. I got to try on a lot of dresses, and the girls were really personable. The seamstress was nice and very accommodating. I didn't end up getting my dress here specifically because I didn't want to put down the $100 to hold the dress. I just wanted to think on my own and risk it being bought within the weekend. When I explained to the owner that I was going to risk it and let her know by Monday, she says okay that's fine then told one of her workers "go show it to the other girl in there." Totally unprofessional. The other girl wasn't even my size, and she literally did it to pressure me into holding the dress. I had a great experience. I wandered in about an hour before closing thinking I wouldn't find anything but still wanted to check out the store. I'm plus size and had a very specific look in mind. I told the owner what type of dress I was looking for and the name of a designer whose designed I liked but didn't come in plus size. She said she had something that was similar just in. She wasn't wrong. I found a beautiful dress that had all my must have features and for a fraction of the price I thought I would have to spend for a similar dress. First of all, I didn't even buy a dress from Lisa, because at the time nothing I tried was exactly what I wanted. However, I cannot discount my experience. Lisa was friendly, and accommodating. She was helpful and I was able to try on styles and dresses that I would not normally try on, or afford for that matter. Yes, this is a consignment shop, I don't think it's fair to dismiss it on bias because of that. To be honest, I'd probably give my dress to a consignment shop, it's not in my plans to wear it again, and maybe I can help another bride. I did not have a good experience here at all. They were pushy and seemed like they were tired of me trying on dresses. I tried on four and didn't really like any of the dresses. They have a small dress selection and a lot of them look cheap. I feel like people go here when they just need something cheap and aren't trying to find some thing that they love. The lady helping me seemed disengaged. We all have bad days so I am assuming she was having one. I was patient with her, it was my first time trying on wedding dress so I wanted a to have good experience. I think that they didn't think I was prepared to buy a dress so she didn't invest any energy. I was the only bride in the shop though. Lisa came out and basically told me if I was picky it was not the shop for me. Kind of rude and definitely pushy. I wasn't picky I tried on 4 dresses that were different silhouettes they just didn't pull anything I was interested in. Needless to say after this appointment I went to Bridal Connection in Stone Oak and found THE dress in less than 45 minutes. It helps when a shop actually has great customer service, quality dresses, a wide selection, and an attentive patient staff that listens! I adore this place! I started my dress shopping a year ahead of my wedding. When I called to make the appointment, the owner wanted to make sure I was really prepared to buy a dress because they are an off-the-rack place. At first, I felt a little put off. Once I went in and met them, though, I realized she just has an incredible wealth of experience and knowledge that she was trying to share with me. I went through and picked a couple dresses and they picked a few for me, too. I insisted on trying one of my picks first, and it fell flat. Best part of my experience here was the owner's expertise in knowing her inventory and flattering cuts/silhouettes. I went in with a certain style in mind only to realize it just didn't work for me. The owner then pulled 2 dresses that on the hangers, didn't look like dresses I would wear. So glad I was open to trying something different and had a hard time choosing between those 2! With the affordable price of the dress I was able to have the neckline altered and bustling within budget. Tried David's and Bridal Galleria before I came here.
