I had my wedding dress alterations done by Irina, and I just cannot praise her enough! I came to her feeling so defeated, my bridal salon ordered my dress two sizes too big so when I finally received it I absolutely hated the way it looked on me. So much so in fact, that I actually bought a second dress. Unfortunately that one had even more wrong with it. I originally went to another alterations shop in Chinatown that had positive reviews, but my experience was not positive at all. The woman completely rushed me and was not willing to make any customizations, which I really needed since I was not happy with either dress. After leaving that appointment feeling completely defeated, I found Irina online and ended up bringing both dresses to her. She was BEYOND patient with me and had me try on both dresses to see what we could do to each, and helped me decide to go with my first dress. I went in for weekly appointments- we completely changed the shape of the top of my dress, added rhinestone trim, took it in a TON, added two different bustles so I had options, and hemmed it. She did all of this for $450 which was beyond reasonable compared to what I've seen some other brides pay. I also brought my Mom's wedding dress to Irina and she added lace from her dress to my veil, and took lace from my dress and added it to my shoes. She did that for an additional $100. She even allowed me to bring my 3 bridesmaids and my 2 Aunts in for a fitting when they were all in town for my shower. Overall this was such a positive experience and I would definitely encourage other brides to go to Irina for their alterations and customizations, she is the absolute best! read more

Irina is a God send to put it simply. She made my wedding dress into something I absolutely loved. When I bought my dress, I bought it as a strapless dress. I started to second guess my choice as I originally wanted something with straps due to having a larger chest. She took appliqués from the bottom of my dress and turned them into straps and it came out beautifully! I couldn't even tell where she took the appliqués from, she did it so seamlessly. She also did my hem and bustle. She worked with me and my schedule, always told me not to worry and made sure I was beyond happy with how my dress turned out. I can't thank her enough! Everyone was going to charge me $400-800. Irina has INSANELY reasonable prices. She's so easy to work with and she is passionate about making sure your dress fits exactly how you want it. I cannot praise her enough! She was a complete life saver. I had everyone complimenting my dress. Even while I was walking through our hotel to the shuttle, people stopped to tell me how much they loved the dress. Irina had to take it down about 4 sizes. So I needed my grandmothers dress altered for my wedding but she lives out of town and she wasn't flying into vegas until two days before. This was a huge concern of mine for the dress and finding reasonable prices and quality work! I put out a few messages to ppl on yelp with what I needed bc I also needed my daughters jr bridesmaid dress shortened and my nieces dress was sent four times bigger than her lol. Irina made the process painless and beautiful. Wow! So fast she made these changes and everything fit perfect! She even made sure my niece had a fitted dress but made adjustments so that her mother could use the dress agin once he got bigger! Thank you thank you! Irina is the best, and I mean the best. I've gone to many alterations when I used to do cosplay and they've always gone wrong. This woman knows what she's doing and she will take care of you. There is no fee for every time you see her. She was also there on my wedding day because well we've also hired her husband who is also a videographer to film our wedding. Her husband is amazing and did a great job at filming our wedding. Our wedding looks like you'd buy a DVD from a store and it even has a menu selection as well. To describe myself and the dress alterations. I am a plus size lady with a size 26 in a dress.My actual dress is from the Disney fairy tale wedding collection and I got the character Belle and the size of the dress is a 22 women's wide. Attached to this review, I have my before picture and after. With my dress she made a bra piece inside the corset since I have big breasts of a size 46 DD. She also added straps to my strapless corset dress. She added a heart on the bottom of my dress. The straps that she added to my dress looks exactly like it was part of my dress. You couldn't tell that all these altercations were added. Ladies if you want a great alterationist please go to Irina. She does everything in her house and she'll make you feel like home. She will take care of you and she will help you out throughout the entire process. I am glad that I have found Irina and Dennis on Yelp and if I didn't I probably have a hard time with my wedding. Irina is absolutely amazing! Her prices are affordable, her hours are flexible, she pays attention to detail, takes pride in her work, and most importantly, she is so thoughtful and genuinely wants to make sure you're happy. I've included 2 before and 3 after pictures, although it's hard to see the details so it really doesn't do it justice. It was originally so ill fitted that my bridesmaids/Mom didn't like the dress and couldn't see the potential. By the end, my mom was very impressed by the transformation (and she is not easily impressed!). It has some fairly intricate beading and the illusion back is see through mesh material with the lace/beading continuing on to it from the rest of the dress. My dress needed quite a bit of work. It was tight around my hips and loose in the bust, too long for my torso, and lumpy looking from the way the fabric folded. I wanted to add lace to the bottom and remove/adjust the jewels around the neckline, and a few other details. I went to 4 other places before meeting with Irina and they all quoted me between $900 and $1200 to only do the bare minimum and upwards of $1500 for everything. My dress was only $1100 so for that price I could have bought another dress. One of them actually sent me away saying they couldn't let it out and I should see if I could get my money back and get a new dress! I was devastated. But Irina was able to do all of the things I asked for and more for only $200. She let my dress out at least half an inch more than anywhere else was going to (I think about 1 1/2 - 2 inches total) and made other adjustments to the tool underneath to add space. She found extra lace appliqués she had leftover from another bride that matched the ones on my dress almost perfectly, saving me $150-200 on the fabric. She recommend I look on amazon for my veil where they were $12 instead of $200 like at the bridal shops. Then she customized my veil to match my shoes by adding pearls and jewels I found at Michael's. She went above and beyond to save me money and you can tell she still thinks about her clients after they leave. She also added a beautiful bustle with clear buttons so you couldn't see it while it was down. She even took the time to make sure my bridesmaids new how to pin it up for me. She did all of my bridesmaids dresses and they came out beautiful and with plenty of time to spare. It was between $15 and $35 each for hem and cups. She even fixed my flower girls' flower crown at no extra charge! She also steamed all the dresses the day of the wedding so they would be wrinkle free. I couldn't be happier with all of the work she put in. She is very kind, personable, and hard working. 10000/10 would recommend! read more

Danny is a excellent Videographer. I hired him to do my wedding and was extremely impressed with the quality and quantity of my video. My wedding was at the M casino in Las Vegas. I had multiple vendors and he was the best. I would recommend him to anyone that needs video for any event in Las Vegas. He is truly one of the hidden gems. After I found out that my photographer F%^&K up all the picture.(nobody was looking at the camera) I asked Danny to pull stills from the video because we were extremely upset. We had no good pictures. Within a week at NO EXTRA CHARGE Danny gave me a DVD with pictures he was able to capture. This made me very happy because I was afraid we had no good pictures of my father. Also I had no good pictures of my husbands best friend who passed away shortly after the wedding from cancer. Danny really came thru for us. I will hire him again when eventually my brother in law gets married. :) read more

I can't say enough about this husband and wife team and how they helped me with my wedding. I needed alterations made to my wedding dress and found Irina on Craigslist. She saw me quickly and OMG her work was amazing and prices beyond reasonable. I mentioned that I was also looking for a photographer and BAM she tells me that her husband does weddings. Denny was fabulous. He did my engagement photos - lots of fun at the Las Vegas Neon Museum - my wedding and my reception the following day at the Las Vegas 51s game. Highly recommend! When I purchased my wedding dress I felt that it fit perfectly and it didn't need alterations so I wasn't going to take it in to get altered. A little less than 2 weeks before my wedding, my fiance requested and insisted that I go to a seamstress to get a second opinion. I was stressing out since the wedding was so close. Where do I begin with this review. My mother wanted my dad's memorial service to be recorded as many of his family members from back south would not be able to make it out. She wanted to send them a copy of the service so they could hold their own memorial service back there. I had reached out to several within my network circle and was given a couple of referrals, neither one of them came through. Pushing our deadline to have my dad's memorial service finalized (in addition to the planning of my dad's memorail service my family and I traveled to Seattle to memorialize my sister-in-law 3 days before my dad's service) I found Mr. Danny on Yelp. I gave him a call, explained to him what services we were seeking, he gave us a price, I discussed it with my mother, and the deal was done within 20 minutes. Mr. Danny met with my mother I to be sure he understood exactly what our vision was for the service. He told us what it was he needed from us and after receiving it went to work. Every step of the way he reached out to let us what parts were completed and invited the family to come out for a viewing and approval. He was caring, showed empathy during our period of bereavement, and timely. He does not present himself to be something he is not and is truthful of his capabilities.
