I went to see Julai last minute a week before my wedding. Not only did she see me quickly but she finished just a couple days before my wedding. I didn't need much done like the straps adjusted and a bustle fix. But she was great. Very friendly. She's appointment only but that's ok I was a few minutes late and she saw me anyway. I ordered my dress from overseas 4 months ahead of my wedding. It was custom made to my measurements at a great price. However, I was still losing weight between ordering it and receiving it, so by the time I got it, I was a full size smaller. The same thing with my reception dress. After taking my dress in to get it hemmed and get a part of the front of the dress replaced due to staning she said she refused to alter it because it would take too much work for her. When getting measured for the hemming she tried pushing a lot more unnecessary alterations that I kept refusing. Come to having getting it dry cleaned the stain did not come out and when called like she said to get it fixed she said that she was going on vacation and didn't have time to fix it and to find someone else. She was not very helpful in getting you what you want. I highly recommend going somewhere else especially if you have a special request for your tailor or are on a time crunch. read more

It took me weeks to finally find a dress for a wedding. I took it here because of the good yelp reviews. Got my dress back today one day before I leave town for the wedding and my dress is ruined. This lady took apart the seams of my dress and stuffed my extra strap inside. This dress has white panels and you can see the black straps through the material. I'm in disbelief right now.
