This business sells third party vendor parts that have known defects and when the customer is not satisfied with the result, they basically try to explain to the customer that they get what they pay for. Do not go and get your iPhone 6 Plus screen replaced because you'll get back a screen that is repaired, but the screen will not be as bright due to the fact that they don't use OEM parts. So I go in today with an iPhone 4 in mint condition, no iCloud lock, and good ESN. There are two young caucasian girls in front of me that were 18 yrs old at best with the same phone but theirs looked like it had been run over by a car with a iCloud lock as well. The guy that was in there, smiling, face all red, looked at the girls and said well it has an I iCloud lock on it and its beat up really bad but "uh, you know I could give you 10.00." My friend took my phone in on Sunday 6/1/14. They said I need a new charge port. The price was $49. I brought it back on Wednesday evening to have it fixed. The man took the back off the phone and asked if we had bought the battery there. The answer was no. He said he wanted to test the battery. The said the battery was bad. I said the phone works with that battery. It just does not charge. The man said it would be $69. My friend was there and said "That is not what you told me on Sunday." "It was $49." He then shuffled around and had a disgusted look on his face. Then ask for my information. He said he would call me when it was ready. I never got a call. I came back in on Thursday afternoon and he said they could not fix it. He said it was not repairable. Today 6/6/14 I took it to 10,000 Cell phones on Normandy Blvd. It was ready and working in just over an hour for $55 with a 30 day warranty. I called this business when I cracked my cell phone screen and needed a screen replacement. I dropped off my phone on Wednesday. They ordered the part and when installed, it shorted out, so they had to order another one, keeping my phone in the process (I understand that). I asked them to have it sent over night (because they were not able to give me my phone or a replacement one) but that didn't happen. They were able to find another vendor who could send it overnight, which I did appreciate (hence 2 stars instead of 1). I finally picked up my phone on Saturday evening. The tech told me their adhesive was not allowing the screen to seal and there was a Styrofoam spacer missing, but the phone worked and I needed to charge it. I went home and charged the phone and the screen remained black. I brought it back to the store on Sunday and showed they that the screen they had put on was cracked from the tech lifting the screen and trying to push the screen with the adhesive that wasn't sealing, he apparently cracked the screen. The salesman, yelled at me called me a liar and said that I cracked the screen. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and hostile towards me, and I did not treat him like that in any way. I would like to get a refund because I cannot use my phone and should not have to pay for a product that they broke. The Tech was a nice person and not the person I am talking about here. I will never go back and have been telling everyone I know to avoid this place. read more

I took my phone here because it wasn't holding a charge. Was told that it needed a new battery and charging port. They had both in stock, and after several hours, I came back to pick up the phone. I discovered I was able to get phone calls through my car bluetooth, but that people could not hear me when talking directly into the phone. Called IFix immediately and relayed the problem, whereup I was told they sold me a defective charging port, and they had to order one. Once the part comes in, I take the phone back over. Wait several hours, come back to shop, and they tell me it is not the charging port, it is the speaker, and they would have to order that part. Leave shop, find out now I cant even communicate through bluetooth in my car (kept getting "out of area" messages.) Drive back to shop. They cant figure it out, and tell me I should go to the ATT shop down the rode. ATT tells me iFix & Cell damaged the antenna while doing the "fix". I email iFix &Cell to tell them to cancel the speaker...never want them to touch my phone again. read more

I have an old iphone 4 and finally decided it was time to get a newer one because my 3G speed was starting to drive me nuts. Went into this place, guy was pretty nice and sold me a iphone 5 for $229. Took it home, synced with itunes (a process that took almost 3 hours after updating iOS, etc.). After trying to use the phone for a few days, it was clear that the phone would not hold a charge, and took forever to charge. Something wasn't right. I even reset the whole phone, but still same problem. Returned the phone, explained the problem. The same guy said he could have a new battery installed in less than 30 minutes so I went to lunch with my hubby and came back (I specifically asked if it was a new Apple battery and was told yes, they don't install used or after market batteries). True to his word, phone was ready. However, after a few hours, it was clear some new problem had possessed the phone - it randomly shut off with out warning, would say there was no battery life when there was plenty, would open apps without prompting, and keyboard would go crazy. Returned the phone next day, same guy said no problem he could fix it, but I asked for a new phone, and he obliged. Swapped for a different iphone 5 at no extra charge. Took this new phone home to sync with itunes... after that whole process, I started to type in my password for email and suddenly realized that the letter A on the keyboard would not work! The rest of the keyboard worked a little TOO well - touching a letter would usually give you 2 or 4 of that letter. But that letter A - wouldn't work at all. So after a couple of hours of updating and syncing, I took the phone back (same day as getting it!). Same guy said he could fix (AGAIN), but I was done - after two phones and 4 visits, I just wanted my money back. He obliged. I was extraordinarily frustrated with the whole situation, but was never given attitude or any issue at all - they were completely willing to fix. So even though I ended up not buying anything, and got a full refund, they were nice about it all so I give them 3 stars. Just wish they had a better process for checking phones before selling them - I've NEVER had such bad luck with a phone, and I ALWAYS buy used phones! read more

I went in because I accidentally dropped my phone (an accident any human being could have made). When I went in one of the men was extremely condescending towards me, talking down to me like I was a little girl. He told me, "Honey you made a mistake and dropped your phone your gonna have to pay." So I paid to get my screen replaced. However, in the process my technician accidentally broke my home button (again any human being can make mistakes). They replaced the home button part free of charge. When I picked up my phone though I noticed the home button was still extremely loose and not sitting right. I went back and spoke to a very pleasant WOMAN. She told me immediately, "Yes I see exactly what you mean. It looks like there's a washer missing. We'll order another part and have it fixed." So I go in for a third time and my home button is still messed up. When I go to pick it up though, it's the same condescending man I dealt with my first time there. He told me, "Sweetie, you broke your phone, it's never going to be factory again. This is not something to stress about. You can call back again but it's never going to be factory." Now I know I made an honest human mistake dropping my phone. However, the home button was broken by the technician fixing my screen. That was not my error. I definitely did not appreciate the way this man treated me. Talking down to me and being condescending. I'm glad they were able to fix my phone in a relatively short amount of time but depending on the technician you interact with the customer service sucks. I wish there was the option of no stars. One of the worst experiences of my life. All I needed was for my screen to be replaced. When I finally got my phone back two weeks later... It was completely broken. My power button was pushed into my phone and the screen was flashing black and white dots. On my way to my car the screen started to come off my phone... She gave me $100 for my phone only after arguring for two weeks. I'm on the edge program with Verizon so I have to send my phone back. I had a hairline fracture on my screen... I decided to pay the $125 to get the scream fixed instead of $300 for sending in a broken phone... I should have read more reviews. I took my phone to a Verizon trusted and recommended store to see if they could work with it and try to fix it.... They said I had missing parts and that the screen was glued on incorrectly. I got it back in the same shape ,so I took it back to them .They called next day said it was ready Got it home same problems ,but at least I wasn't charged another $89.00 . Wasted my time and money . I just arrived home and am still shaking my head. I've never been treated with the rudeness and vulgarity of ALL the people in this store. We picked up my wife's phone after having the battery replaced. They were a little later than they had said, but not too bad; so far so good. We got in our car and drove away after plugging in the phone. About a mile down the road, I called them because the battery didn't appear to be charging. I explained what was happening and the male on the phone asked what model phone I had. I asked to talk to the man in the front of the store (only because he had all the details and this man did not). He immediately called me an a$$hole. (I'm going to use his exact words but sanitized because it's important for the reader to hear the unbelievable extreme vulgarity used). I was completely shocked. I may have sounded exasperated, but there were no words whatsoever used on my part to elicit this from anyone. When I pressed to speak to an owner, he called me "F-you you're a F-ing douchebag". I asked why he would talk to me this way and he called me a "dick" and hung up. I turned the car and called back. The owner appears to have answered because he knew which phone we had. I told him I was entering the parking lot. When I entered, he told me effectively to stay quiet - I did not. All he cared about was to make sure that the lone adult male customer he had in his store did not hear the language that his employee used with me. I wanted the man to know exactly how I was treated and spoken to. The owner said (direct quote) "I didn't hear both sides of the conversation". I told him that I didn't say anything to bring this on, but that even if I had, no employee should use words like (fill in the F bomb). The final nail came when he handed me the money for my repair and said (again quote) "Here, now get out". If you don't mind this treatment, and I swear I did not bring this on in any way, then take your chances here. I know that I never will. Buyers Beware! They should be put out of business. Took my iPad to them for a new cover screen. After paying $200.00 dollars, got it home and it was broken (lights appearing and screen going out). I took it back within an hour of getting it and they admitted it was broken. The next day they wanted to charge me $100.00 more. I refused and they said I should take it to Apple because it is under warranty (CLAIMED THEY TRIED TO FIX IT). When Apple saw it they told me within 2 minutes that the part they (IFIX IT) used was faulty and not Apple approved and that was MOST probably the reason it was broken!!!!!!!! I took it back to ifix it and the owner was very rude and abusive. She insinuated that i was a liar and discounted everything I tried to tell her. I am out of an iPad and $200.00. Do not go there.
