Had a cracked screen on iPhone 15 pro max. Was asking for almost $400 to fix the screen. He ended up fixing it for the price of the other store. Needless to say I dropped the phone again with an otter box case a week later and he says that my case is broken and I'll have to pay full price for repairs. I brought my ipad in with a cracked screen and he gave it back and told me "my ipad was bent" with half of my screen not working,. I brought it back and told him and he responded that he put the wrong screen on there and he had to order a new one. I waited three days for a new screen gave it to him to fix again and he gave it back and a few days later a line pops up in the middle of my screen. Called him to get this fixed and he tells me he wont fix it because it is something i did. He would not give me the manager's number and he even hung up in my face. Idk about yall but a cracked screen should have been a easy fix i have never cracked my ipad before and i never had any problems with it. Don't take your electronics to this business. Contacted business by phone 2 days ago and was told cost would be $55 for battery replacement. Arrived today (Walmart - Hulen) and was told that the costs would be $135 because "they only had the expense battery". When I declined service the clerk then made a phone call and said that he could complete the repair in 45 minutes to an hour. I agreed, filled out paperwork and left my phone. I returned 1:15 hours later and nothing had been done to my phone. I asked for a refund and my property back twice and was ignored by the clerk. I then informed him that if I was not issued a refund and my property returned that I would call the police. At that point, another customer stated that he would not issued her a refund. The clerk's response was that "we needed to calm down and just wait". He placed my phone on the counter which I picked up and I proceeded to call the police. He then agreed to a refund, but stated that myself and the other customer were not doing good business and being unfair! In what world? I prepaid for services not rendered and as the customer have every right to request my property and money back. The company does does not operate in good faith! read more

I visited iFixandRepair at the Auburn/Opelika mall location. Jason Billingslea helped me find a case for my iPhone 6 and also showed me some new things on it compared to my old one. The staff there were courteous and quick without being too pushy like sales people typically are. Jason gave me his contact info just in case anything happens to my phone or screen. He said he can fix most phones in about an hour. Hope I never have to use it but I saved his contact info. Great service! read more

Came here to get my charging port fixed and they fixed it but when I got my phone back the microphone was damaged. Now nobody can hear me over phone calls. A friend came here to get his phone screen repaired and they fixed it but now his home button doesn't work. I went back and told them about the microphone problem but all they said was that they were sorry and I could buy the same charging port piece again to see if it might fix it. NO I will NOT spend MY money again on something that shouldn't even be an issue . Will be finding a new phone repair store to go to . read more

I wouldn't take a device here to get repaired if it was the last repair shop in town. We took our xbox there in May to have it looked at, we moved from Hawaii and of course during the move it got damaged. They said call them in a week and they can give us an idea if it can be fixed so we waited, 2 weeks go by no call. So we call them and they say oh we couldn't repair it but from the looks of it we should be able to send it out to get fixed. Cool so we stop in. Fill out some paperwork. They said give it 2 weeks. A month or so goes by, never heard from them. We call, they say they will call back. By the time we got ahold of them without having to go to the store it was August. They said it was not repairable and they still had it in pieces said we had to only pay the shipping cost since it was beyond repair. So we go up there, pay, he goes we will call you tomorrow once we put it back together. That was about a month or more ago. We're now ending September and still no reply. So I wouldn't recommend going anywhere near this franchise unless you like being ignored, charged for nothing since they couldn't repair it anyways. So save yourself a lot of headache and go elsewhere to people who know how a customer service job works. read more

My daughter got her iPhone 7 screen replaced and they installed a third party subpar screen. My daughter wasn't happy with it but they wouldn't refund, even partially. And in all for a whopping $100!!!!! They just said No. Nada. Not even a "Sorry to hear that, bring it back and see what we can do". Customer service is zero. I didn't realize this business was in the mall until my husband needed his Iphone fixed. AT&T told him they don't fix Iphones but Ifix and repair at the mall does. I took the phone in and Jay, the young man who waited on me, was terrific! Friendly, helpful and totally professional. The phone had a piece of metal from a charger lodged in the charging outlet. Jay quickly fixed it. Thanks for superb and friendly service. I HIGHLY recommend this store. Will definitely return when we need something fixed. After dropping off my xbox in May 2020 because it would not remain powered on, I got it back today. This xbox was never abused at home, but when I got it back it was in pieces and I had to argue that they still had my cords after they claimed I didn't include any. I posted pictures on Google Reviews, but the inside was in pieces and the hardware was missing the securing screws. The fan and board had wires ripped out of them and two capacitors were loose. The plastic had been snapped. Not sure why they would even try to put it back together in this condition. It's 100% a loss now. I was told it would be an "easy fix" and YouTube showed the same thing. I just didn't have the time to fix it in May. It cost me $40, 7 months, and an xbox. The store manager was unprofessional and unresponsive, and the general manager refused to return my calls and voice mails after the initial complaint. The only redeeming quality is that the employee who returned it to me today was kind, professional, and shared a smile (even if I did have to convince him to return my cords). Don't do it. I was in your store yesterday with my niece getting her screen fixed and I was thoroughly impressed with the young man that serviced her. He was very professional with a positive attitude. He had a smile on his face and helping all customers coming into the store with ease. Not once was he too familiar or talking crazy to us, or other customers coming into the store. The manager came in to start his shift and he was on it too. He jumped right in to assist, and I can tell they work well as a team. When patronizing some businesses in the past I have felt disheartened due to poor service. I didn't get that from your store and the fact she can bring it back within 30-days if defective was a HUGE plus. Frankly stated, this is not a common occurrence when patronizing a lot of businesses and I was really impressed. We were at the mall location and the young man's name was Anthony . i would like to talk about absence of henesty in this store; it is not dishonesty. A week ago,I have cracked my samsung galaxy note 10+ and went this store to fix it. They called around $360 for repair to replace the screen and it was cheaper than other stores. And a week later after I paid, and a day before my fix day come, today, I found out that it was not the crack on screen; it was crack on screen protector. I know that I am a fool and it is too late because there is no refund in this store. but I am quite sure that the professional in this store would have known that it was just screen protector matter. Customer service is severely lacking. Employees were very flippant in discussing why their "repair" did not fix phone. Phone was actually worse after "fixing" as I could not connect to my network provider anymore. After, going back to this store, then being sent to the one in Wal-Mart on South College (to be told to return to the mall store the following week after they had a chance to research on YouTube a fix - and the employee was not there to meet me) and emailing (with no response), returning once again to the store to be told "oh, that can't be fixed" then having to ask for a refund, being told they would put the broke screen back in and to come back again to pick it up and, finally, getting a refund with which those working a the time were, obviously, not happy with - I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I would have much rather the phone been fixed; however, they lost me with the rude customer service and runaround. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more
