If you don't want to give it to them, they will not be held accountable if anything doesn't work afterwards. You have a 90 day warranty and I got the glass screen protector for half off. $99 to fix it and $15 for the glass screen protector. My total came out to be $125. At most, it took about 20 minutes. I left for the coffee shop and he was waiting for me outside when I came back. Also, I just happen to have my dog with me and thankfully he let us both in. If not, my screen would have gone unfixed today. So far everything is working and no cracked screen anymore!

He listened carefully, took my phone, asked me to wait. About 5 minutes later he brought my phone back, said he had given port a good cleaning and promised me it would work fine. He charged $20. My iPhone has worked perfectly since then! It had been driving me crazy before, now it's good as new!
