I was kindly reminded of the damages caused by this company when my computer shut off when the power flickered as I was working on a manuscript. I sent a question and request via their online chat the next day I figured out that they had torn the power cable from motherboard. I never got a response to that question if they would pay for the damages. Rather, I noticed someone responded on Yelp asking for a offline chat a few months after my post who had happened to not even notice I had tried to contact offline. Other than that, the company hasn't answered me for all this time. It was a terrible experience and I still do not recommend this place.
