I left for the coffee shop and he was waiting for me outside when I came back. Also, I just happen to have my dog with me and thankfully he let us both in. If not, my screen would have gone unfixed today. So far everything is working and no cracked screen anymore!

I returned 1:15 hours later and nothing had been done to my phone. I asked for a refund and my property back twice and was ignored by the clerk. I then informed him that if I was not issued a refund and my property returned that I would call the police. At that point, another customer stated that he would not issued her a refund. The clerk's response was that "we needed to calm down and just wait". He placed my phone on the counter which I picked up and I proceeded to call the police. He then agreed to a refund, but stated that myself and the other customer were not doing good business and being unfair! In what world? I prepaid for services not rendered and as the customer have every right to request my property and money back. The company does does not operate in good faith!
