Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience like others have had. To the staff- Simple solution - please run a diagnostic before attempt to sell a fix. iPad battery was draining, brought it in and without any diagnostic, told me it must be the battery since it's an old iPad (7 yr old). "$100 to replace with 100 day warranty". Guess what, made no difference. In fact the battery drains faster now. Brought back and now I'm told it's actually a problem with the "motherboard" and would be $120 for attempt to fix. Maybe diagnostic should have been done before charging me $100 and giving me a "100 day warranty". No offer of refund or even partial refund as the battery drain is worse than it was before the replacement. read more

I brought my iPhone X due to the phone not being able to get a charge. I initially was quoted for a charging dock replacement. When I stopped by, the gentleman (forgot his name, but this was on a Saturday) told me he might be able to just clean it out to see if that would do the trick. Apparently this is a common issue with Apple phones. He told me "give me 30 minutes" and I told him and give him 45 min so that I could check out the Bahn Mi sandwich spot in the plaza next door. Came back 45 minutes later, phone was good as new. No need for replacing the dock and the price was HALF of what it was going to be. WOW. I decided to buy some phone accessories to show my gratitude. My S23 Ultra's camera had cracked, and it was internal. I shined a flashlight on it and couldn't locate the crack at all, which made me nervous about how expensive the cost was. With a quick Yelp search, I chose this place due to its experience with Samsung Phones. Luckily, it wasn't expensive to replace ($50). After 30 min, my lens was fixed but John said he only had an "off-market" lens available so he said there would be a slight quality difference which I also noticed. He offered to order the original lens for $20 more which I opted in for, and he let me keep the "off-market" lens on hand so at least I had a working camera. Once the camera lens arrived, I got my phone fixed immediately but then noticed a vertical line glitch when video recording. Since it was under the 100-day warranty, he reordered another camera lens and now it's working great! The only reason I gave a 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that during my third lens replacement, my 0.6x zoom got affected. Keep in mind, that the only thing that needed to be fixed was my 1x zoom, not my 0.6x or 3x zoom lens. I wasn't feeling confident when I saw that my other lens got affected but John fixed it immediately and restored my trust. read more

I Break For U - is what this establement should be called. Long story short, I tapped that "Get Pricing" pricing button on here and got a quote for $70-$80 to replace a battery for my S21+. I go in person and before I handed my phone over, I asked if it the battery is an original Samsung battery and the guy said yes. An hour later, I picked up my phone and charged it. Sometime during the charge, the phone completely turned off and won't turn back on. I go back to the store and SURPRISE! SURPRISE! the battery they used was NOT a original Samsung as told. the same guy wanted to blame it on water damage I had over a year ago and suggested I pay another $200 to replace the screen. GTFOH. My S21+ was working perperfectly fine even after having water damage except the battery drained fast. After some back and forth and him "calling his manager" they offered to have my phone sent out (1-2 days) diagnosed and "fixed" for free. NOPE. I asked in advance if I could drop it off in the late afternoon. They said yes. I got there and told me I could get my phone back in 24 hrs at best. I said they didn't tell me they couldn't fix it in the same day. They said they "didn't tell me they could." Granted. I didn't ask as the first thing on their website says "Same Day Repair." If you choose to do business with them please ask everything (obvious or not) before you go or have them work on your device to prevent any miscommunication. P.S. The employee took my name and phone number, and advised me that the battery should be in by Tuesday and I would be contacted to bring my MacBook back for repair. It's Thursday and I never received a call so I followed up. The person who answered sounded surprised and asked if I had an invoice. I was not provided an invoice when I went in person and should not be expected to know THEIR business process. The person seemed confused and didn't know what to say. After 13 years of not having so much of a scratch on my phone, it finally happened. It dropped and landed in a spot where it was literally pierced with many spidering cracks coming from it. This was the only shop that answered swiftly and had the part to replace same day on the weekend! However, the new screen seemed to have a dreaded green tint effect on low light that hadn't previously been there.
