I asked for an intake pipe to be installed and the owner insisted I didn't need one. My HVAC unit and gas water heater are both in a small closet putting a risk to sucking in carbon monoxide. The owner refused to put one in still wanting to charge me extra money after I have already spent thousands of dollars. I do not recommend them. I would use someone more professional. They also had it draining straight into my crawl space without running a pipe to my sump pump. read more

I hired and paid them to install three furnaces and an AC unit in my shop a year ago. Because of an error on their part and a recall to the job by the inspector, they now refuse to come back to the job site and finish installing the thermostats and doing the initial start ups. Extremely unprofessional during the repair, including cursing out my father who isst trying to get the job done right. A read more

Moved into my new house which was all electric.. I wanted to switch to central heating and cooling and I didnt wanna wait the whole summer for it... after 3 failed attempts to get someone to get the job done I was feeling frustrated with the whole thing... my guy put me in contact with IGIT and they came out that next day and quoted me a price (which was great too) and that following week they had their crew out there and 2 days we had a fully functional heating/cooling system! We had a small hiccup after install and the team was out there that day and had it fixed and its been perfect every since...im very weary on letting ppl in my house when im not around... soon as I spoke with John I knew I wasnt gonna have a issue.. very professional team but very laid back and conversational...they walked me through the house a few times over those days and kept me updated on what they were doin.. My husband met with the technician, and he let us know we'd have to get a new unit and also a new coil. Shawn, the owner, came out to give us an accurate estimate and they scheduled someone to come out and replace our unit that following Monday. It was quite a job, but they did it and got everything up and running. They wouldn't even leave until they knew the air was blowing out at a certain temp. I couldn't recommend them more. Rooterman showed up at the time scheduled and diagnosed our plumbing drain line problem. They installed a new clean out and jetted the pipe, then showed me the pipes via the camera they use to check everything out in the pipes. I was very happy with their service and highly recommend!

I was not informed beforehand that there would be an excessive fee for moving my toilet 1 ft. I would not expect an auto mechanic to charge me $100 to remove tires in order to do a break job. I would have gladly moved the toilet myself if I knew it would be an excessive fee. When I called Chuck to discuss it with him, he informed me that there's nothing wrong with charging over $600/hr to move a toilet or to charge me an extra $110 for something so simple without informing me beforehand. The quality of work was good but the cost for repairing a minor clog was excessive and included undisclosed fees.

We just had IGIT install new HVAC in a home we remodeled. The rough in inspection passed with no issues and they completed the rough in as scheduled and within the agreed upon budget.
