I got in contact with i-Go Repairs, David, when I decided to replace the shattered screen of my iPhone 7 Plus. He replied to my initial message within minutes of sending it, and came later that same day. He also offered to install a screen protector after he was done with the screen, which I took him up on. This was convenient, because I did not have to worry as much about the phone possibly falling again and shattering, and it was not a significant additional charge. He did not need much time at all (without sacrificing a great job done) and made sure that key screen-related functions worked before he left. Although I was very happy to have a crack-free screen again, that happiness was short-lived, as my screen would periodically be unresponsive... However, David not only was very responsive in setting up a follow-up visit, but he even took the time to explain the different kinds of screens that could be used on an iPhone 7 Plus, and how I could try to correct the issue myself. When that did not work, he was prompt with the follow-up visit, and replaced the original replacement screen with the correct one, at no additional charge. Though I have been hesitant in the past to pay for the services of someone independent to Apple, David's service was significantly cheaper than what Apple would have charged (without AppleCare), and I am very happy with it; I also felt the service was professional, but personal at the same time, which I value. Not many businesses of this kind come to you- but he showed up when he said he was going to show up and fixed the iPad in his car in less than an hour.
